Usually appreciate the cost and service from Little Ceasars, but this one in particular needs better management. Asked for a fresh pizza as the one they offered was not hot and cheesy. Im not sure if it was the manager or not but both girls who work there rolled their eyes and were reluctant to do so. One of them (the one with the dread locks) had the nerve to say "if you get it too hot you might burn your mouth". Really! This was my second time ordering deep dish and it was undercooked and goowey. Made me sick to my stomach. Finally, as I waited, I watched the staff carefully and noticed something disgusting. None one in the back making pizza had gloves or a hair net on. Everybody was all over he place chatting, touching surfaces and making food. Last but not least, the young lady (short with short hair) was back and forth handling both the register and making food.....once agin no gloves, no hair net, never washed or sanitized her hands! This place is disgusting. The best thing is to drive 8 miles up the road and use the one by Kroger.

I usually love little Caesars because of the convenience but this location is horrible they have screwed up my order multiple times and they never answer theyre phone when you try to call on top of that the mailbox is always full (probably of complaints from customers) so you cant even leave a message tonight my boyfriend waited thirty minutes for a supposedly hot and ready pizza while others who walked in after him with more complicated orders were served first when we got the pizza home we noticed it was barely cut we had to rip it apart this is the worst little Caesars around its way better to just go across the street to Ians Oven and get a five dollar pizza there at least you know it will be cooked correctly

The customer service is poor. The only time one of the employees smiled was when I asked for garlic sauce. Not sure why she only smiled for that. They dont seem to care about the pizza or being fast. The employees kept being on their phones in front of us and where they were cooking the pizza they were being super loud and playing loud music! The store was very dirty and looked like it hasnt been cleaned for a days. The refrigerator where the drinks are kept was empty and had dead bugs inside!! Yes DEAD BUGS!! If corporate is reading this, you should seriously check up your stores!

Horrible customer service. I have tired it over and over but definitely wont again. Went tonight ordered a sausage pizza and a chess bread. Asked that they cook a fresh bread since I am waiting g on the pizza. Pizza was over cooked, cheese is brown. And she got the bread out of the warmer. Bread is hard and gross. The girl didnt care. She looked like she had been smoking pot in the back. Eyes half opened and slurring her speach. No thanks! I am done with that horrible place! Why is the owner-manager letting this happen?!

The service was horrible, the wait was horrible. I called in an order and was given a pick up time for 30 minutes later, but I gave them 40 minutes to have it ready. I wasnt acknowledged when I came in, and ended up arguing with the cashier (who didnt know how to use the register) because he wanted to serve people that came in after me. I will drive further to another location before I patronize this location again.

We tried the new bbq pizza last night it had no cheese or sauce (very disappointed). I called today asking if that is how it was supposed to be made. Anita (the M.O.D) was very helpful and replaced the mistake of last night with one that she personally and made gratis. And said the staff would be retrained on making the pizza correctly. Because of Anita we will eat here again.

I dont go there anymore! Just want to tell you that their new pizza leaks! It leaked on my car seat! Even with the new sheet they are using it leaks! Update017 They still dont cut the pizza. When I tried to get a slice of the pizza I couldnt because it was not cut properly or at all! Update Sept 2016! Bad pizza!

THE WORST Little Caesars EVER!! Waited 32 minutes on an EIGHT minute pizza! The entire staff is clueless!! Another customer was loudly voicing his own complaint as I was waiting..I should have taken that as a clue and left..NEVER AGAIN will I visit this store!

I like little ceazer especially coz I live a Mille a way but they suck. Today I ordered 2 sausage pizzas for my kids but they put hot sauce on them , they couldnt eat. I called them but wont pick up phone as usual, you cant even place an order on phone.

First they messed up my cheese pizza and put meat on it. No big deal asked them to please make me a cheese pizza. The lady walked to the back washed her hands dryed them on her BUTT then made our pizza. SMH extra seasoning anyone?

The pizza is OK for the price. I mean, what do you expect for a $5.00 pizza. If you dont want soggy crust, ask that they make you a fresh pizza and not to overload it with cheese would be my suggestion.
