Dear Pizza Hut acworth: I hope you read this and I hope that the rude waitress gets herself fired. You people are rule, guileful, sham of a restaurant. So we walked in, and ordered our food. She stood there and kind of giggled as I placed my order. Then walked off for about 10 minutes and came back over and said the food would 20 minutes to make. Then the phone rang. And rang...and rang...and rang. She just stood there dumbfounded at how it could ring for so long. Finally with a long sigh, she picked up the phone. My brother was so annoyed at that phone sitting and ringing that he wanted to go and pick it up for her. We ended up getting wings. They werent terrible, but they are covered in this honey, spicy mixture which is absolutely terrible. The wings were barely covered in the stuff except for right in the middle. They were dry and very uncovered by the sauce. As we stood there and waited with about 3 other people waiting hopelessly for their pizzas and wings to come out, that dumb waitress just stood there, and half laughed and half worked. Ignorant moron. I work in PR and even I know that you are not supposed to act this way in a professional work atmosphere. When she finally handed me my food after 20 minutes of us waiting, she handed it to me with the biggest grin on her face. At that moment she told me it was time to pay for it. We ended up paying around 30 bucks for a few wings. Awful. I wanted to laugh and walk away. The dominos next to my house serves wings for a fraction of that price. If there was one moment of this whole event that made me really hate Pizza Hut was when we were walking out. When she handed me my food I was almost completely sure she had spit in my food(even though I never saw it, her face showed it)and I will never be eating at Pizza Hut again. Ignorant disgrace for a restaurant. The Pizza Hut located at 5070 Cherokee St. Acworth Georgia, is probably the worst. Thanks for making me pay for overpriced and yet still disgusting wings, Pizza Hut. I will be shopping at Dominos, and Little Caesars now, because they actually serve quality food. The clerk I described was short. Probably around 53. Was wearing a black hat, red shirt, black pants(typical pizza hut attire). She had brown hair. Was pretty plain faced with a bit of acne. She needs to be fired, because any profit making businessman/businesswoman would know that she is not a good fit.

Stopped in for the lunch buffet. Terrible mistake on my part. Sign said "Wait to be Seated". Servers just kep walking past me and ignoring me. Place wasnt busy, but there were dirty tables. No one was moving too quickly. After about 10 minutes, I was finally seated. Went up to the buffet to start with a salad. Bowl for the caesar salad was EMPTY. So I grabbed some lettuce from the other bowl. Was going to use ranch dressing, but it was EMPTY. I found some thousand island, and used it instead. Went to get some pizza, and it all looked dried out. Like it had been under the heat-lamp for a couple of hours. They finally did bring out some fresh and it didnt seem like the oven was hot enough and was under-cooked. Vegetables were raw on top, and crust just wasnt baked enough. Taste was phony and like plastic or a carton. I will NEVER go back to this place. HORRIBLE food and service.

Seems very clear that there is no management. Cant be. I was served the most pathetic excuse for a pizza at this location a few months back. Missing toppings, toppings sitting on top of the crust, burnt crust and just plain made wrong. Whoever made that pizza doesnt care about anyone or anything. Also, theres rarely anyone actually at the counter or answering phones. At least a 5 minute wait before you will ever see an employee. My advice is to stick to the Wing Street items (since they are premade). If you order wings, more often than not they are not all completely covered, which means more laziness and lack of care again. Bottom line is that the customer comes dead last at this store and all the employees are apparently very happy with that fact. You are definitely rolling the dice every time you place an order.

Last time for any pizza hut! With all the pizza companies out there, you would think they would insure exceptional service, in all aspects, not so! We use to order pizza every weekend, but service, quality, freshness, disappeared from this company! After complaints, with no resolve, we stopped buying their pizzas. After several years, we tried then one again. Its worse than before! Just took our delivered, cold, undercooked, horrible tasting pizzas back, after sitting on hold for 28 minutes with their call center. Guess everyone feels the same about this company, for someone to sit on hold that length of time! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Back to companies we trust!

Where to start... Oh how about the rude waitress who keep us waiting for 20 minutes until she finally walked over and ask if wed like anything to drink. Then in the middle of ordering she rudely walks off didnt even introduce herself for one. She keep walking away and making her self scarce and gave us plastic silver ware and we had been there for over an hr and it wasnt busy it was quite dead so why werent there any clean silverware? finally myself and husband and our friends got annoyed with her rude behavior and got the manager. The manager did apologize and paid for our pizza but still I will never go back to this pizza hut!

Havent eaten the pizza yet but the order process was insane. I ordered 2 medium and 1 large pizza told my total was $52. I flipped 2 medium pizzas are special $6.99 was told I didnt ask for the special WTF so just charge full rate? The large special $8.00 was being charged $21.00 again didnt ask for the special just charged full rate. Went around for 30 mins on 3 very simple pizza orders ridiculous I swear the girl taking orders was slow or dislexic or just felt like giving me whatever toppings she wanted cause she kept reading off everything I didnt order. We shall see what shows up at the door..... Stand by

Sitting here at 4am and thought Id post. Me and my toddler are both seriously ill...projectile vomiting, and stomach pain (from the pasta dishes). I wouldnt bother rating, except 6 out of 10 times Ive gotten sick from this place. My stupidity for it happening so many times. My partner is the one that continues to get food from there, and I (like an idiot) give it another chance. This time with my baby is the last time!!! Ive never had a problem with Pizza Hut before. Its just this one location. Really outraged! Unless you have an iron lined stomach...........dont risk it!!!

For anyone who does not know this little tidbit, there is an expiration date for the credits they give you. Thats right. They mess your pizza up, send you straight to a call center because, god forbid they answer their own phones and then have the nerve to put a time stamp on the one thing that will make the situation right. The delivery drivers are rude, the management staff is disrespectful in their treatment of customers, and the food that is finally delivered is just unacceptable. Do yourself a favor; Papa johns is right down the road.
