We wanted a cheese pizza and a 3 meat pizza. The second one wasnt ready. The guy told us it would only take 6min and to pull to the front and he would bring it out to us. We waited n waited n waited. Finally a guy came out to empty the garbage. We ask him if ours was ready. They were not busy with it being a Sunday evening. He went in and told the other person that took our order...he went around the counter and picked both pizzas up and brought them out to us. (we had went thru the drive thru and neither of us could walk..we were coming from seeing the doctor) Needless to say we did Not have a good experience at our one and only visit to Little Caesars in Douglasville, Ga. One star was too much! The pizzas were not good either in the end. Hardly any meat on the 3 meat pizza and mostly just bread for the cheese pizza!!

Ive been to this location a couple of times now. I generally place unusual orders, so it takes them a while to get my food to me; however, the customer service is pretty good. On my most recent visit there was a "problem" with my order where a bubble had formed in the center of my pepperoni cheese bread (PCB), and they were adamant about making me a new one. I had to insist that I was okay with the bubble, and when I got home with it the PCB tasted fine. Still, I like that they were determined to make sure my order was perfect. Good for them. My only complaint I think is that their drive-through line ends up backing up into highway 5, which causes traffic problems for people who turn south from I-20 exit 34; however, there are alternate routes to my house that bypass this problem so its not a huge deal to me.

Terrible customer service . The pizza mixture and size are never consistent. The crust rise unevenly. Went to order pizza and made a special request for the crust to be evenly laid. After waiting 10mins extra- the crew didnt separate my order from the mass production- hence order taker could not determine which one was mine . Yet he was unapologetic about it. I sought for my refund and left. $mmh....

Our order is always wrong and they never seem worried about it ...this is coming from a former pizza place manager so I understand the issues but really when you repeat an order back but then its still wrong you are not doing you job ...poor manging skills and poor work ethics ...only reason we hi is because its cheap and most of the time tastes good

Good, fast, and cheap. Is it the best pizza Ive ever had? No, but its far from the worst as well. My only real complaint is that they are the only Little Caesars Ive ever been too that doesnt keep their marinara for the Crazy Bread hot. Hot breadsticks and cold/room temp sauce do not make a good combo.

On 7/18, the manager was very rude...just like others have mentioned. REALLY UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE!!! Said "this is MY store and you do not touch the window!!" I was trying to speak to him about "no answer at the drive-thru." Called customer service to contact franchise owner. Waiting on return call.

My experience was horrible the manager was very rude and try to get in to a confrontation with me. I guess i would hate my life if i was in my 50s and worked at a pizza place. But luckily im in my 30s and own my business.

Love this place smiling faces great cust. Serv. Its clean inside and out give you what you want. It keep a crowd , Its like standing room only pizza pop out every 5 mins.you pull up and pull off always hot pizza.

If you wanna grab cheap lunch on the run those hot and ready pizzas are convenient and cheap! If you go around dinner time definitely call ahead because this particular location is always jammin

Both me and my roommates debit cards were compromised at this store 2 weeks apart.. Had to get new cards.. Hot and ready is a joke there and its ghetto!!! Probably explains the card fraud

Walk in to order pizzas look in the back where this guy was making pizza without any gloves on then he walk around touching doors, walls and went right back making pizza!! Nasty
