This is more like a fast food place. Stand in line in the very small entrance/exit way to place your order. No menus to look from, you must use the board behind the cashier. After you place your order your given a ticket. Now you must find your own seat/table and then clean your own table from the peoples mess before. There are no waitresses. Wait for your ticket number to be called over the the loud speaker system. Once they do you get to run the gauntlet of a non-spacious resturant with a cafeteria tray (or two) full of food to your table. Then fill your own drinks at soda machine. Dont forget the plastic cutlery, condiments and napkins also. Like I said before this is not a "Rest"urant, this is a work-a-raunt. If you want the true Gondoliers experience skip this one and take that 30 minute drive down to Woodstock Ga. Its well worth it. Actual service and much more pleasant/professional atmosphere.

Went there on 11/8/16 and it was ok except they over charged on a calzone and 1/3 of it was just bread what a let down. A co-worker wanted to go there the very next day for (birthday lunch), thought ok give them another try, 9 of us in total 3 thought the food was fair 6 were unsatisfied, no flavor but portions are huge but if it doesnt taste good it is just a waste. I ordered another Calzone and got something I have no idea what and let them know it was not what I ordered, I told the lady at the counter 2 times Calzone. By the time I got my food I had to get a box everyone else was finished. and they charged me 2.49 for a side of Alfredo sauce and wouldnt let me substitute meat for spinach No STARS they need to learn to keep the customers happy!

I havent eaten here in a while but decided to go grab a takeout order. My wife went in and was not greeted by anyone. Two employees were having a conversation behind the counter, 3 feet from her, and ignored her until she spoke up to get their attention. One of the people finally responded to her with and had an attitude while dealing with her. If someone is working you would imagine that they would be courteous and attentive the their customers. At least the food was good, thats one saving grace about this place. We will be back and hopefully the employees will take note and be more responsive.

We usually love eating here but just got a take out order and one pizza that was supposed to have extra cheese didnt even seem to have any at all and they were both way over cooked and dry, I called to tell them about it and their service is terrible I was also told to bring pics or the pizzas for "verification" which is fine bc I dont want to eat them anyways but I just found that to be a little rude also I. Ordered. Extra feta on my salad and wasnt given any or the extra ranch I Ordered either. All in all this visit was just crap in my book.

This is my favorite Gondoliers Pizza place, not even due to its spotlessness and the fact that it has recently been renovated. I just ordered a grilled chicken Salad and had to ask the cook to marry me so that I can have that food every day. Best Salad I had in years! Calzones, Pizzas and Strombolis are delicious as well. Definitely ranks high above any other quick bite dine in restaurant I know. Btw the staff is amazing, attentive, humorous and personable. (The cook said "yes", giggle!)

Came in, ordered and sat down. Immediately had to clean the already clean table because it was sticky. The Booster seat was nasty. Watched the cleaning person take a dirty high chair and put it up without cleaning. Then they dropped a pack of napkins that were open on each end on the floor right next to me, picked them up, opened them, and placed them into the napkin dispensers. Restroom was disgusting. I really like the food there, but seeing what I saw makes it hard to want to go back.

Recently renovated the restaurant is clean and bright with plenty of seating and a casual atmosphere and seriously good Greek and Italian specialties. Everything Ive tried has been delicious but my favorites are the steak calzone, baklava, curly fries, and Greek salads with fresh feta and kalamata olives. Pizzas are always buy one get one free and they have a customer loyalty program.

This location use to have much friendlier employees and much better food. Although one of the ladies from the kitchen was pretty nice today, I just didnt get that same feel from the rest of the employees. The food was hot and made to order but was bland and didnt taste like it use to.

My salad looked disgusting not at all the way it used to be!! Im very disappointed!! My pizza was bland not at all the way it was before the remodel. We wont be going back which is a very sad things because my kids use to love this place!!

Buy one get one free pizza all the time. It is really great quality too. Also amazing grilled chicken salad. I hate ranch dressing but always get theirs. They make it home made and let me tell you... it is decadent.
