I placed an order for pick up today around 4:30 for two large hoagies -- one steak and cheese and one avocado plus portabello mushrooms. The timer online said it would be ready by 5:10 (which I thought was a little confusing that it would take 40 minutes to make these sandwiches, but ok). I arrived at 5:15 and was told my order still wasnt ready (after 45 minutes?!) So I sat and waited some more -- probably less than ten minutes. Once I arrived home I noticed that the portabello was thrown in my sandwich in HUGE chunks. Not slices but massive and odd shaped chunks. They were super dry and difficult to eat so I had to take them off and cut them to more manageable pieces. They were a $1.75 to add on so I didnt want them to go to waste. I also noticed that I barely had any avocado, and what little I did have was not seasoned as the menu described, nor was it particularly fresh. The large sandwich was mainly filled with lettuce and onions and felt like such a rip off for $11. The bread was delicious as always, though. My experiences at this restaurant have always been hit or miss but for anyone interested in their vegetarian hoagies, I would suggest avoiding them altogether.

I dropped by for take out around 6pm on a Tuesday. It probably is a nice place to dine in later in the evening - way too many kids for my personal dining pleasure, though. Ordered the Red-Skinned Potato and Mediterranean w-Italian sausage instead of chicken. Both were ok, but bland - they both needed fresh garlic - couldnt taste it at all. Red potato could have used some try fresh cracked black pepper and a smidge of fresh rosemary for a pop. Weve eaten pizza all over the country and are still the bigger fans of independently owned where the pies are packed with flavor. Good effort and friendly staff (loved the tunage.)

Update: 8/11/17 my family of 4 had Pacific Rim pizza and hoagies and waited about 45 minutes for our food but it was worth it. Excellent service the entire time. The place was slammed busy because everyone knows how good the food is! Keep it up cuz we will keep coming. ____ Original review: Fun atmosphere and great food! Nice vegetarian options. My husband and I ordered the tofu hoagie on wheat (not a typical item) but we split it and really enjoyed it! Excellent service. We enjoyed trivia at 7:00 p.m. too. We didnt have to wait for our food at all.

Avoid this location if you can. Went in and ordered a simple pizza. They brought the pizza out and it was missing an ingredient. They didnt tell us they were out until they brought it out. So we had to order a different pizza as a replacement. We had to wait for that pizza to come only for it to be disgusting and oozing pesto sauce. We didnt eat the pizza and we were still charged for it. Pretty disappointing.

Very good pizza. Decent service. The booth benches are somewhat uncomfortable, though (hard wood, no cushions). Their little known about creamy mushroom soup is excellent as well. The very young staff will sometimes crank out the music on more of a heavy metalish theme when theres no management around, but theyll turn it down if you ask w/o being a butt about it (ahhhh, youth).

There are two reasons why Im not rating higher. One is I ordered a specialty drink and when served, a nasty hair was floating in it. Second, my mushroom hoagie was cold and the mushrooms werent grilled as the menu stated. Its seems as if they pre-cooked them and just slapped them on the sandwich. Our server however was quick to correct the cocktail and she was quite personable.

I know not everyone appreciates chain pizza joints but Mellow is one I can get behind. The pizza is uniformly good. Ive have it in multiple states and locations. Also, their craft beer list is always healthily long. This particular local boasts friendly service staff and a brew slinging bar tender that knows his stuff.

The bartenders were friendly but also had tables on the other side of the restaurant so it took a while to order food and drinks. It was trivia night and that destructed us from the wait. They have a great local beer selection. The pizza and other dishes arent anything to rave about. Zero flavor.

Food was good. Lil too pricey. Not cheap enough to want to experiment with new stuff on your order. Service inside was mediocre at best. Wasnt asked once if i need a refill. Other than taking and paying my order, she never came to the table. Spent $40 on 2 ppl.... Id rather have steak!

Chairs in new addition are a F u c k i n g joke. Need donated to Goodwill or a metal scrap yard. Ordered the muffalotta appetizer - could not eat it - from New Orleans - serving something like this in NO one would be arrested. Entire place is an overpriced scam.

Me and my daughter ate here 3 days ago. The service was excellent, waitress was very polite and pleasant. The pizza was awesome!! Clean dinning area and very clean bathroom. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food at a fair price.

Manager took one look and refused to take my mushrooms money.. Doesnt say anywhere that I cant use both at one time. I mean why look to see who I am to then say no. smh too much for the little amount of food anyways thanks but I will not be returning!

I ate here for the second time And it was amazing I always ordered a large pizza With Beef Mushrooms Cheddar cheese and pepperoni My favorite kind of pizza And it was absolutely delicious It hit the spot for me :) I recommend this place to anyone

This place was very nice and the food was really good! Service was great and! They have a Bar not just beer.. Update!! This has become our weekly place to go! Kelly bartender is amazing and awesome.. Food is and staff are Great!!!

Service was great. Our server was handsome and cool. Our food was perfect! The hoagie grill wasnt working and there was this one fly that came out of nowhere flying around. But all in all great for sit down on my lunch break.

The overall feeling of the place is people friendly. If you are an "Old hippie" type. This place is made for you.Pizza is fantastic and so is anything else on the Menu. I drive 75 miles once a week to eat here.
