Im from out of town and was looking for the best brick oven pizza shop in Florence Kentucky. Grammas was rated pretty well so I decided to order from this place. I called at 8:56pm on a Thursday and ordered a cheese pizza with Mozzarella sticks. I informed the guy who took my order that I was located at Microtel in Florence Kentucky and he asked for street and door number all of which were provided. He advised an 1hr delivery time. 9:56pm arrived and no food. I called Grammas and was advised 1hr and 15mins for delivery. 10:15pm still no food. I call back and the lady said you must be the person who we couldnt find. She explained that the driver delivered the pizza but to the wrong address. I dont understand as you can type Microtel into Google and find this place. Nonetheless, she advised me pizza was on its way. 10:45pm still no food. The shop according to Google is 7mins away from the hotel. I called back and was advised it was on its way. I asked for a discount on the pizza as this was well beyond the delivery time frame. They took $4 off the pizza. The pizza was warm at best as I was informed it sat in rope of the oven until delivery. The bread sticks were warm at best as well. Food wasnt good at all and my experience was terrible. Now had I received my food in a timely manner and it was fresh it probably would have tasted differently in a good way. Hopefully others receive better service and quality of food.

The first time we got food from here the fish was fabulous, but they forgot the sides. The pizza we got wasnt horrible, but could have been cooked longer. Was doughy. But seriously, the fish was so good and we got a credit on it that we ordered again. This time, we were impressed with the quantity of cheese on the pizza, that was great, but again, doughy and soggy otherwise. We actually had to bake it again before we ate. This time, got the sides on the fish but the garlic bread was so disappointing I ended up throwing it away. It was nothing like the pics in the ad, it was merely a soggy hoggy roll cut in half and thrown on top of the food so it was basically mush. Also, they would not allow us to sub the fries for anything else, no subs they said. The ratio to good to bad is just too much for the price, we wont be back. Very unfortunate.

Great food for its price, Id prefer my topping on top of my pizza so they cook but it was still good. And I dont understand the new trend of having the most openly Gay guys in town all being waitress. Its like every one has to have one and hes paid to make sure that every one notices how gay he is, like to prove some kinda status of employing gay waitressss. Any way youll get it or I just made you relise how often you have experienced this. Im not a homophobe I have gay friends but cmon turn down the flame your just shy of short shorts and white deep Vs with rainbows.

Terrible experience. I asked how much a large salad was lady said we have a website with pricing on it very rude. When the pizza showed up it was the wrong pizza so we sent back when it finally showed back up over 2 hours after the order. I called in to complain since my kids had already eaten hot dogs. The manager said you choose to have a new one delivered I am not giving you your money back. I said this is terrible customer service. I told them they just lost a customer he said ok BOSS and hung up. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for pizza.

Food is always great, but recently instead of having it delivered, I went to pick it up. The employees were absolutely horrible. I watched the guy taking orders help the two people on front of me, then completely turn away from me as if I wasnt there. Numerous people stared at me and then walked right past, despite of annoyed I looked. A person cam up and stood next to me, which made an employer turn around and ask if they needed anything, at which point I walked out. Completely horrible, completely unprofessional. Wont be going back again.

Received our delivery order, large pizza was obviously dropped cheese was bunched on one side and literally hanging out of the box. Fish hoagie, had a pungent taste, extremely dry. Wings were average. Fries were soggy. Total disappointment. Our last experience, our 16 yr old son choked on a staple. (They package your items with Staples) apparently, the staple missfired into his steak hoagie. We called and the kid laughed it off. I would not recommend Grammas Pizza to anyone, there are much better options here in Florence.

The service was friendly, but the food not so great. It took a long time to get our pizza, and it was wrong. We ordered a pizza with green olives, but the cook put green peppers. When the server brought it out, we told her it was wrong. They suggested we eat the pizza, and they would give us 10% off, ya not gonna happen with my family that hates peppers. I had a Gyro that was not very good in my opinion. The plus side was we were there on a Saturday afternoon, and we had the place to ourselves.

Pizza took a long time to be served. Restaurant was SO hot. Thermostat said 89 degrees. Really made us not hungry enough to eat the pizza. Do have to say, Mozzarella sticks and pizza came to the table very hot. But the heat inside the place turned me off from trying them again. Waitress tried to blame the heat on running two ovens on weekends. That shouldnt be enough to make it that uncomfortable inside.

Got a delivery order from them. Philly cheese steak was sloppy and soggy. I got fries and a drink in which they forgot my drink then tried arguing with me as if I was wrong. Also the put my katuchup inside with my fries! 15 mins later the driver brought me a 22 oz drink from a gas station! Very poor service and staff! This is my first and last time ordering from them! Wouldnt recommend them!

They said it would be 45 minutes for delivery and 1 hour and 25 minutes later we got our pizza. When I called back the lady on the phone gave me a BS excuse that they had to deliver to their hotels that are under contract first. Im kicking myself now for not using my BuddyCard from Larosas. So much for recommending this pizza place to friends. This experience made me look like an idiot.

Online ordering is atrocious lucky to get orders to actually go through and be made. Drinks have been forgotten outright, food has been wrong with forgotten sides, and certain items have been extremely questionable like the very obvious freezer burnt shrimp. On top of all that the whole house got sick after eating from here. Six second chances are enough no thank you anymore.

Each and every time we have been here we have had excellent, friendly service. They have a clean and comfortable dining area and the food is great. Personally I enjoy the Mac Cheese Bites, while my wife prefers their fried mushrooms. We recommend pizza and the hoagies, as those are things weve tried thus far. I can wait to try some of their other menu items.
