Horrible! The evening Manager was extremely rude. Very disrespectful , he talked to his employees in a degrading manner. Didnt approach the counter to talk to the customer about questions they had. He stayed in the back and spoke loud enough so I can hear, but had his employee deliver the message. I have lived behind this pizza hut for 5 years and never had an issue at this location. However, aside from this specific manager the employees are amazing here. Always serve with a smile. I also have 7 years in customer service and management, i understand we have bad days, but customers should always be treated well afterall they do pay for the service and help the business continue to be successful. This is the worst pizza hut ever. First off pizza hut routes all calls to a call center who then send the order to the closest store. My order was sent to god knows where and i had to sit on hold and be transfered 3 times before i got my local store who didnt have my order. I had to wait 2 hrs for pizza. That was tonight. On another occasion i ordered and got called back saying they cant even deliver my order for some reason. Had to cancel and eat a sandwich...smh. Tonight is the last time i do business with the hut. Dominoes is better this place was just closer.

This place is a mess. I have ordered pizza a few times and I NEVER got my ranch that I PAID for each time. So tonight (my last night ordering ever) they forgot an ingredient on my pizza and my ranch! So I call a few times and was transferred. So the guy I finally got a hold of told me we will send your whole order out for free and then make sure your ranch is with it and some extra ranch will be in the box or bag. Get the new order and it is the EXACT same as the wrong order. Smh. & still didnt get any ranch

Okay at first I was very disappointed in the service bc I couldnt get in touch through the call center shenanigans and I rated them poorly! Now I that I went to the actually store I give them a 5+ stars because the service is actually very friendly and understanding there. I explained my troubles getting in touch about a bad pizza I received and he handled it with out an argument. Thank you NICK! I enjoyed this new fresh pizza I got in replacement of the bad one.

I stop going there because the service is not good. The staff was very unprofessional I asked to talk the manager he came out to talk me and his shirt was very greasy and dirty and he was the manager . Its been a year since I have been there and I like pizza hut but I will never go there again until they get a proper staff and they need to clean that place up .

Listen!! I ordered online and I went to pick it up and the "manager" gave my pizza away! My fiance still paid and was waiting. She offerd a 5$ credit. I told her that wasnt enough because Im still buying the pizza that shouldve taken 20 minutes is now 30 minutes!! Long story short I got my money back and no pizza.

The website said the pizza would be ready at 7:11. It is now 7:23, and we are still waiting for it to be done. The employee that is preparing the pizza is not wearing gloves, and the manager is more worried about talking about another employees probation. I must say i will never be coming back to this pizza hut.

Dough was not proofed long enough for bread to rise. Tastes funny. A ten dollar credit was given. Erik was nice but tried to pass mediocrity off as excellence. I wouldnt eat here again. ALL the toppings are gathered in the middle of the pizza. Pizza Hut Inc. would be disappointed. -Pizza Lover

I ordered Pizza a few days prior and it was wrong, was told I would be given a free pizza under my phone number. This was by the manager Daniel on day shift. Called to get pizza and he told me that is never done, we dont mess up orders and then give free food away.

I recently ordered 2 pizzas from this Pizza Hut and not only did the food taste fantastic but the manager, Jennifer, was extremely polite and friendly. She took the time to answer all my questions and had a smile on her face. Will definitely order from them again!

Worst customer service ever. Always a long wait time over 1.5 hours or more. Called to cancel an online order and had a rude employee speak to me like Im stupid. The owner even worst a few weeks before this order. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again!

That little building on the corner can not possibly be that busy. They keep you on hold for forever. I just went to another restaurant. I was not up for dealing with bad service. I cant rate the pizza because Ive never gotten a chance to buy it.

Its was the worst. I placed an order online 7pm it didnt arrive until 8:45-8:50 and to add to the worst experience ever the pizza was burnt and all the sauce, meat and cheese was pushed to the middle of the pizza. Never eat from here again
