I dont usually leave bad reviews, but with the money I spent and the fact that over half of the food was uneaten prompted me to leave a review. I placed a pick up order online 3/1/2015. After I got home from picking up the order I was extremely disappointed with the food. Both of the large pizzas I ordered were under cooked. The party size wings with waffle fries I ordered were also horrible. The wings didnt taste fully cooked and the waffle fries over hard. Ive ordered from this location before and have never been so disappointed as I was with this order. I recommend looking at your pick up order before getting all the way home to ensure its to your liking.

This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have been to in terms of service! The employees dont seem to know how to read or write or know the days of the week. I ordered a pizza for a Monday, it was mistakenly put down for Tuesday. I called, thought I resolved the error, got my pizza. Guess what comes to my door on Tuesday? The same order. I called the store and explained the error. I did not ask for anything free, but got MAJOR attitude from the manager. Uhm....customer service 101 is that you apologize since it was YOUR mistake. The mistake was bad enough now that I am stuck with pizza overload, but the attitude was TOO much!

I have had zero problems with this location. I typically go for the lunch buffet and theyre good about having enough variety there so that I can enjoy my lunch rather than anxiously waiting for the type of pizza I want. Ive done online ordering with them as well - no problems there either. The product - its pizza hut. Theyre consistent as far as I can tell so you know what youre getting. Again, never had any dissatisfaction with them outside of the regret of eating too much of it but thats another story for another day...

Ive gone there twice and have always had decent pizza, but the place is a little seedy and you cant get a beer with your ZA. I was told by the staff that Pizza Hut had been bought out by a Canadian firm and for some reason that meant that they couldnt renew their license to sell beer for a year. If youre doing take out or a quick lunch the place is okay, but if you want a relaxing meal with a beer , forget it.

This location is really great. They are always helpful in providing you information on their latest specials, the staff is friendly and I really cant complain. They also have a really affordable pizza buffet during the week at lunch time. Their app lets you take advantage of some great deals too! Its on my way home so we order pizza every Friday from them. Pizza hut is not my favorite but the grandkids love it. I wish I would have got the name of our waitress today, she was awesome!!! 10 of us were in our group, we order two of the $19.99 box specials. What a great value and plenty of food, we went home with some left overs. Pizza was good, service was fast, waitress was very efficient. Great visit, we will be back.

Tried to order delivery from the Pizza Hut on Carpenter and the person on the phone taking the order was completely incompetent. She asked me to spell out every single word and seemed annoyed that I was calling. After five minutes spelling my name, street address, city, etc. I ended the call before I even placed my order. Yikes!

When we ordered the food and set down to wait for the food to go we observed the way the food is cooked. Staff cooked the food without gloves and we watched one of the weightless go pick up dirty dishes, you h the dirty keyboard and then go to the cooking station and prepare the pizza without washing his hands. Horrible!

My daughter received a book it certificate for reading in school to get her free personalized pizza. She was so excited and we go in i have her hand her certificate over and the employee was sooo nice to her just made her feel special about it. The pizza itself was great (as she said and it looked great =)

I visited Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet with a coupon. I would not go back. I arrived around 12:30 and there wasnt a new pizza out by the time I left over half an hour later. In addition to running precariously low on pizza, they ran out of plates, likely because every single table was littered with dishes.

Open sign is meant to be informative. An employee told me he was busy with the dishes for not being able to turn off the open sign light. There were 3 working. Missed with 5 minutes. Had a long drive, parked my truck with difficulty walked to Pizza Hut upon "open" sign.

I just stopped at Pizza Hut and ordered a individual pan pizza to go with cheese and light onion. It was the worst pizza I have had in a long time. There was not one bit of tomato sauce and the pizza was so dry and tasteless. I wont go back.

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings from here and there was little to no sauce on any of the wings. I called to tell them and the manager was very rude. Idk how to upload a picture but there was really no sauce on the wings. Terrible experience

Came in on Thursday April 27th for dinner Had hair in food. Terrible service, only my husband and I was in reasturant 6 tables sat dirty whole time while employees sat around eating food. Not impressed!

Poor crust, hardly any flavor, there must be only about 25% crust covered in the flavor. Spinach was just "thrown" over the pizza just before closing the box!!
