Do not eat at this place!! I stopped calling them because every time I would try to place an order for delivery they would tell me that they are not delivering. Then one night I decided to go pick it up, when I arrived they gave me a different price than I was quoted and the guy says "He must have charged you for the deliver." The sign and the menu says the delivery is free. Also, there were several cars parked outside and at least 5 guys sitting around in the back but you have no delivery driver. NO, they have selective delivery when they feel like it. So today I decided to give them one last chance, they delivered my food to the neighbors house and didnt tell me until the fifth time I called, 1.5 hours after I ordered. The first 3 times I called no one answered. The 4th time, the guy says he will call the delivery driver. Then the 5th time the argued with me about me giving them the wrong address. Whats worse is that they didnt even ask for ID or the card to verify before they let my neighbor sign for the food. When I knocked on their door to find out what happened, I discovered that my neighbors non English speaking relatives were visiting and didnt know to turn the driver away. My food was cold as heck and my fries were missing. The guy I was speaking with was like "did they give you the food or what?" I said yes but the fries are missing and of course its cold and he gives an unconvincing "sorry". WTH! I dont care how good their food is I will NEVER spend another dime here and I urge you not to either. The attitudes, customer service, wishy washy delivery and the hidden delivery charge is bad business. I have a right mind to call the BBB and report them because it should never happen that you place a credit card order and the business doesnt check the persons identity before letting them sign. Do yourself a favor and call dominoes, pizza hut or papa johns.

Im from out of town and decided to give this place of business a try. I had originally called Pizza hut. They never answered the phone. Little Caesars doesnt deliver. So, I figured why not call this Pizza Restaurant. The manager answered the phone and took my order. I was told yes they have deep dish pizza so I thought to myself, great! This should taste good after a long day on the road. I proceeded with my order. Was told it would be about 30 minutes. The delivery guy showed up in about 15 minutes which was great. Problem was that the pizza wasnt a deep dish pizza and the crust was way too thin. I ordered light sauce but got heavy sauce. The bread sticks were also paper thin. I called & talked to the guy who took the order, & told him the order must have gotten mixed up. His reply to me was that they dont make deep dish pizza. Mind you he said they do. I am from out of town and will not be ordering from this place again. Too bad this guy felt he could lie about what they have. If he really is a manager, he has alot to learn about customer service. Oh yeah, another thing the crust is terrible..One other thing, he did offer to make another pizza . But, thats crazy since the first order was screwed up & it was nasty. So why would I want another one?

This (owner) tried to make me pay for a order after they didnt have what I wanted!!! This foreigner had an attitude and was very rude. Go to the real pizza walley.( Stone Mountain) and not this knock off place!!! He tried to charge me 32.50 for an extra large cheese pizza, pepperoni 3 toping and salad...The idiot cook made the pizza wrong and then they call me after fact. Fake muslims pretend...cursing during ramadan..just fake...plus the pizza is mediocre at best...I will drive to Memorial Dr to get real Halal pizza from now on!!! Customer service is the worst I ever seen and the fact that they claim to muslims just exacerbate things!!! He will not get my money for subpar service and overrated food!

Read the reviews of this place and against my better judgement I decided to give them a try despite all the negative reviews regarding customer service. I get the guy on the phone and he continues a conversation hed been having before he picked up the phone. I asked him if they delivered to forest park and he said yes. I ask him about the food and he hangs up on me. Really? I tried to call back two times and no one bothered to answer the phone. If thats the best you can do with your phone skills, I want nothing to do with your food. Get it together or get out of business.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Do NOT order from here!! I ordered a pizza and was given a "pizza" sub. When I called back, I was told I could get my pizza for the difference ($2) but then, Im assuming, the owner got on the phone and refused to honor the $2 and tried to charge me $12 to send another SMALL pizza out. When my husband called back, the owner proceeded to call me stupid and say he could not send the small pizza in a delivery. VERY RUDE and honestly the food was NOT good. Dont order from here!!!!

I rarely do these, but This would have been my second time ordering from here but when I called for delivery they told me I can come pick it up after I had ordered. False advertisement if you dont deliver just say that but dont tell me you are only doing pick up at the time. If I wanted to pick it up I would not have called. The first time they messed my order up and forgot meatballs to my pasta but I did not leave any review nor call back. A girl just wanted some pasta. Do better please!

Order wings and grilled chix salad, the salad was disgusting. The chix was old and not edible at all. I called and asked fir another salad was spokento very rudely and hung up on. This place should not call themselves Halal. Only go here if you want to waste money and liked to be treated like crap. You could do yourself a favor and discard their crappy menu that they put on peoples door.

The guy took my order never brought my sodas. He said he would give me a refund but never did. So i called a week later to place an order and he was very rude and said he cannot deliver to my area...i live in Forest Park . 7 minutes away from them. Never again would i bother with them. And i do not recomend any one to eat there food. Bad customer service. They steal money from customers.

Love the wings... they really take care of people there.. went in on superbowl day and they were busy with all the called in orders and I was a walk in. I understood there was going to be a wait so I was fine with it.. then I over hear management yelling "double everyone one waiting order" ordered 20 walked out with 40 wings and management personally handed each customer their orders...
