Arrived 2pm Sat afternoon, seated right away, waitress came promptly, took order for drinks, ordered icewater w lemon. Drinks came fairly quick, ordered french dip sandwich with salad with honey mustard dressing on the side for wife, fish & chips for me. Had to ask for utensils, napkin. Wifes order arrived 20 min later- sandwich good, but came with fries, not salad. Told server, who came back 10 min later with the salad which came with ranch dressing already on it, again delivered by someone not our waitress. Told server about the error- it was never fixed. Not only did my fish & chips did not arrive with the french dip sandwich, I waited another 20 minutes and still was not served. I got up and told the hostess I wanted to see the manager at our table. Manager never showed up, but another waitress brought my fish & chips, which had been sitting on a hot plate for a LONG time. Fish filets were cheap breaded cod that had been frozen- a Wendys fish sandwich is MUCH better than what I was served. We were told our meal was on the house. Music was too loud and there was an disinfectant odor, like the cakes they use in urinals. When we left there were many people sitting in the lobby waiting to be seated. They have my greatest sympathy. This restaurant needs an intervention from Robert Irvine of Restaurant Impossible. He would have been swinging his sledge hammer today!

I visited on 12/26 and was extremely disappointed. Service was mediocre. We came to the restaurant at about 130pm, when there werent many people in the there. For some reason it was still about 10-12 minutes before our server took our order. I ordered one of their strawberry banana smoothies, and waited about another 20ish minutes for it to show up. Since it was a Monday, I was going to order their bottomless appetizers...until I was informed it was $12 per person...which would have meant $24 for the girlfriend and I. Nowhere on any of the literature does it say this. Im not the argumentative type, so we just ordered something else. Variety of food was just...sad. I havent spent a whole lot of time in Fridays restaurants, but I do eat out quite often. Ive eaten at my share of bar food-type establishments, but this is by far the most bland. The restaurant was very generic, as was the menu....theres absolutely nothing unique on it. On top of all this, the food was very mediocre and considering the quality, very overpriced. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

This place is very hit or miss for us, so we go with caution. The service is usually deadly slow from the hostesses to being served. Many times Ive visited when there is less than half the restaurant at capacity, yet we wait 15 minutes for a table. Seems to always be staffing issues. Twice when we visited, we were not acknowledged by wait staff for 15 minutes upon arrival. We had to ask someone to assist us, which just puts a bad taste in your mouth from the beginning. There is constantly different management walking the floor so I dont know if there are 12 different managers or turn over is incredibly high, but I digress. The food is usually satisfactory to very good, so not much complaint there. However, to end on a positive note, the most recent visit last night was great. Our server was very attentive and the food was great. Just go during peak hours and you should be okay.

I had to give a star to review, but my actual rating is-10. Last night(3-11-16), we went to this location expecting to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday. I called on Tuesday to reserve a table for 15. I wad told they had my name down and would see me on Friday. As all of my guest were arriving the hostess acted like she was put out when I told her I called and made reservations, then another hostess started whispering to her. They went and got the manager who told me that only a manager could make reservations and they could not have a reservation on a weekend and could not seat us. They were all very rude about it and I had 15 people ready to eat. This almost ruined my daughters birthday. We went down the road to longhorn steak house who graciously accepted our business even though they were very busy. I will never come back to this restaurant again.

Last night 2-16-13 me and my girl went to T.G.I in miamisburg-centerville, we had a huge problem with ordering food. We waited about 30 mins for waiter to come to us, then another 15 mins to get drinks. No silverware was given, so we ate our side with hands, then, I asked a waiter for silverware and she brought only ONE, it was two of us. Then it took her another 20 minutes, she didnt even asked if we want to order our meals. I was hungry so I got out of that place. Before I left, I noticed manager about what happened. So we decided to come back an hour later. Rafael and Neo (managers) took care of us and everything was amazing. I really love their food, quality meets value for a fact. The person I will always ask to serve me is going to be Diego, he is nice guy and knows how to work. Love T.G.I Fridays at Miamisburg-Centerville road. A+++++++++++++++++

Extremely disappointed. Sons birthday dinner. Restrooms were filthy, sink took over 2 minutes (I timed it) for hot water to get hot! Waitress was not upfront about unlimited appetizer. (If you share appetizer it is not unlimited) Same price as unlimited! $10.00.. My son wanted it as his meal. My other two kids were starving as well so I told them to have a bite. At that point we were no longer allowed to have anymore! It took over two hours till we could leave! It was not the best birthday dinner. Waitress should have taken more time with our table. We should not have had to flag her down.. she never asked if our steaks were cooked to order or if we would like dessert.. $89.00 for a 2 star meal. Until there is new management we will not be back!

The food was great, and so was the service. So much so that I and each of the other members of my party all left notes on our check to our waiter. The floor manager came over to talk to us several times and was very easy to hold a conversation with. However, when we left to go out to our car it wouldnt start. We came back inside and the manager was standing at the front when we asked the hostess if she had jumper cables and he offered right away to help us. He spent a good 20 minutes trying to get our car to start, but it wasnt the battery that was the problem. He gave us directions to the Midas nearby and kept apologizing for not being able to help more. I am so impressed by the way this restaurant is run. I will definitely be coming back!

This place was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. If you are going with a larger group of people I suggest you find somewhere that is willing to seat you together or near each other. I called in 3 days ahead and then the day of to confirm that we had a table the lady took my number and name then stated she would have the table ready when we arrived they stated they would not seat us or have us due to us having over 10 guest and the manager was very disrespectful and rude. He started arguing with me before I could even get a word out. He said we dont need all of your money. You will need to find somewhere else to hold 15 people.
