:WARNING TO ANYONE EATING HERE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DINER AS THEY WILL NOT MAKE GOOD ON ANY BOTCHED ORDER & WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR GOOD!!!!!!!! Would give this place a 0 if could!!!!! Late last Friday night (just a few days ago) was our VERY first visit. We ended up being missing 2 items from our receipt 1 cheeseburger & 1 milkshake! ( A measly $6 or so worth of food!) Firstly, had to watch inexperienced staff bungle through getting the order together even though it was called in previously. Staff to customer ratio is definitely lacking in this chaotic environment. Shortly afterward arrived home a little after 8:00pm & didnt get finished eating until after 9:00pm (when they had already closed). So was unable to call right away because of this. Well the weekend came & went & got REALLY busy first part of the week. Like I said- not too big a deal anyway just a burger & a shake missing; so I just figured Id call about it when I placed my next order since we had planned eat there again this week which would have been another $45 dollar order for them!!! However, when I called & mentioned the missing items from a few days ago to see if they would make good on them before ordering; I was caught with the most RUDE surprise in them telling me that I waited too long to call & that they would not make good on the items that I WAS CHARGED for but didnt get because of some same day policy that I guess people are supposed to just know about somehow!!!!!!! So according to them, if you are short changed because of their mistake you have no rights to your money taken after that day!!!! Could have just said "Sorry about that mistake, well make that up to you by replacing the items in this order... now what would you like to order?" They instead chose to lose a new returning customer for the sake of $6 worth of food!- Unbelievable! I asked to talk to the owner & was refused by the BEYOND RUDE self professed "manager" (Some manager) who hung up on me when I asked to hold for the owner! Well, I will certainly take my hard earned $$$ & business elsewhere to someone who appreciates it! I would rather even give my $$$$ to a corporate style money hungry fast food place (which I despise) than give it to this clip joint!!!! BTW - A REAL smart business decision & ridiculous logic to forsake a permanent customer & goodness knows how many thousands of dollars in repeat business over the course of time for the sake of $6 worth of food which cost them less than that!!!! Hope they invest that $6 wisely as it is the LAST dollar of mine they will be getting!!!!!! So much for taking care of the customer! NO educated people skills at ALL!!!! -Oh & to the business... PLEASE POST SOMEWHERE IN YOUR DINER YOUR SO CALLED "CALL SAME DAY ONLY TO GET A REFUND ON ANY ITEMS THAT WE MAY HAVE CHARGED YOU FOR THAT YOU DO NOT GET OTHERWISE WE KEEP YOUR MONEY FOREVER POLICY" THAT YOU KEPT REPEATING TO ME ON THE PHONE, BECAUSE IF YOU HAD HAD THAT POSTED I MAY HAVE STOPPED EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE AT THAT MOMENT TO CALL! Because believe it or not people do have more important things to do than to call IMMEDIATELY about a botched order caused by your incompetent staff! Even corporate vultures like the major fast food chains will make right on a botched order without some ridiculous time frame. I CALLED WITHIN THE SAME WEEK!!!! NOT A MONTH OR A YEAR LATER!!!! Enjoy the lousy $6 I was cheated of... Invest it wisely & try not to spend it all in one place;)

My family and I have been eating with the Nichols since I was tiny! They used to bethe dairy mart and since they have moved the food is even better! We moved away from GA and still cant find anything close to the food they have! It is very cheap and the staff will give you the shirt off their back! You have to try the Jumbo double cheese burger with everything! You will not be disapointed! Thank you Nichols Diner for allowing my family to enjoy the great food and enviroment....

After seeing the condition of the restroom, I took my kids somewhere else. There were ants everywhere, the walls were filthy, there was a chunk missing out of the soap dispenser and things floating in the soap. I dont even want to think about the condition of the kitchen. They scored 92 in their last health inspection. Health inspector must be somebodys cousin or something.

Today I had a regular burger. It was pretty good. The meat to bun ratio is lacking. I had several bites of bread and slaw. The burger lacked salt and pepper and was quite messy. Service was quick and the food was fresh. Over all not too bad for the price.

Great burgers! Pretty quick. Clean inside, staff is friendly. Here is a tip, our family of four always gets the family sized fry. Plenty for all of us and cheaper then individual orders of frys. Skip all the chain burger places in the area and go here!

This place is incredible. Broasted chicken is soooooo good. Great burgers and shakes and you can get slaw on your burger. I have eaten here for more than 30 years and have NEVER been disappointed.

The onion rings melt in your mouth when you bite into them, the ffs are crispy on the outside but nice and creamy inside, & the BBQ sandwich is so good!!!! Yum!!!
