Came up from Indiana for a meeting in Ann Arbor. Saw this place next to Jimmy Johns and was about to walk into JJ when I saw there was free WIFI at Zoup! and a spacious dining area. I needed to do more work on the laptop before the meeting and this was perfect (although I thought... "How can a soup place stay in business?"). Well the lobster bisque was delicious! The sandwiches are excellent (I had hoped they would have more than soup on the menu) - chicken toscan was great! Service was friendly and responsive. Music that was playing was pleasant and relaxing. I found out they have been in business 10 years and now I know why!

I received moldy bread twice already when ordering to go. I will no longer eat here. That is pretty nasty and bad for business!!! I see many complaining about prices... well although ALL of Ann Arbor is fairly pricey in general, most soup quality could be better. I can see if they were all organic then the price would make sense but they are not so the price should be lowered specially for the quality which could be better. I was fine with a couple of the soups there but I can not get my self past the moldy bread to try it ever again, no telling how old the soups really are!

A friend recommend this place to me and after they explained what it was I had to go! I love soup especially if there is variety. This place has 100+ soups that they rotate everyday (12 on the menu a day), so not finding something you like will be impossible. I got the Corn & Crab Chowder and it was delicious. The little loaf of Italian bread that comes as a side for your soup is great. A cup of soup will run about $6-$7. This place is definitely a new favorite. I cant wait to try more soups!

I have eaten at Zoup!s several times before my friend got a job there and I thought it was okay. The soups are not fresh at all. They are brought in frozen via truck and reheated in baths. The employees are paid min wage. Then my friend and his co worker were fired for being gay and the manager Cassie refused to give them their last checks. Only eat at this place if you like frozen soup and homophobia.

the soups are great! I had the chicken and dill and my sister loved her lobster bisque. the only reason why they dont get a 5 is there sandwiches. I got a Greek wrap which taste good but no value. I had more wrap then ingredients inside. my sister got a tuna sandwich and was the same thing. it was on french bread with 1 scoop of tuna. only 1/4 of the bread had tuna. I will only be here for the zoup.

Finally a place where I can get honest fresh soup. This soup is a meal if you choose a larger size. I have received friendly service and Ive never had a bad experience. Theyll give you a little taste of a soup if youd like before you order. Their soups are not on a schedule, but their website is updated daily with a current menu. Be sure to view the menu for the correct location!

I eat soup year round, so this is a great place for me to stop by for a quick bite. The staff is always friendly, and there is always a good variety of soups to choose from. The salads are also really tasty. Had a problem with an online order, and the situation was responded to and resolved quickly. Definitely a favorite little spot around town.

Friendly staff, good food, convenient location, and you never have to wait long. Be sure to sample the soups, as sometimes they dont taste exactly how you might expect. Lobster bisque is a hit, and their sourdough roll is delicious.

Great soup and sandwich place. The staff are helpful and friendly. They encourage you to sample soups before making a selection. My personal favorite: Chicken Pot Pie with extra crust!
