The bakery at this location is by far the worst. Their employees are uncaring, disrespectful, and incompetent. It was my sons birthday event and I ordered a specialty cake almost a week before the event. I went over my order with lady at the counter. My pink receipt also had the correct details of my cake. Went to retrieve my cake on the day of my event. The cake was not what I asked for and FROZEN. I showed them the receipt of what I was supposed to receive. The woman just gave me a blank stare. I asked why is my cake FROZEN?...again the woman gave me a blank stare. Asked to speak to the bakery manager, what a joke! She took her time to see about my concerns. I advised that it is my sons birthday cake and the event is about to start in a few minutes. She just shrugged her shoulders and told me that they can make another cake for me if I wait 20-30 minutes. This was unacceptable and advised how incompetent she and her staff was and that I didnt even know why I was speaking with her showing me uncaring gestures. I then proceeded to find and voice my frustrations to the store manager. She was very polite and caring and felt bad the my son didnt have a cake for his birthday. She offered to have them make another cake and bring it to my event. I told her that she was very kind and thank you for trying to accommodate me but I didnt want to take the risk of having spit or anything else disgusting in my food. I did mention that I would never go this bakery and possibly this Publix again. The store looks like a ghost town, they hardly carry any products, and surprised that this store is still operational. The neighborhood has changed, however, this store is becoming crappier and crappier as the years go by. On a brighter note, my son did enjoy his birthday with a cookie cake from the Great American Cookie company!

The only reason I am rating this location a 2 is bc of my most recent experience. I went to the bakery to order a 40 count PULL APART CUPCAKE CAKE a week in advance. It was my daughters First birthday, and she loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse so I ordered the Clubhouse theme and asked for her name to be written in pink. I literally repeated my whole order 5 times and made the lady read it back to me. I come back the next day and change my order to 20 cupcakes because "40 cupcakes were too many" Anywho, I go to pick up my cupcakes and what do I get? A cake, not cupcakes...& with orange writing, not pink. The woman who was working at the time was very polite and changed the writing to pink but the bakery manager insisted that it was my fault I received a cake and not cupcakes because I was given a copy of the order and didnt catch the barely legible written mistake of his trained&paid employees(I had the pink copy of a carbon copy). He directs me to the Store manager Justin who basically tells me its my fault as well. I will never shop at this Publix again. The only reason I tolerated the mediocre produce, long lines, and annoying loiterers was because the customer service was half way decent. Ive worked in management for years and never would I ever tell a customer it is there fault because my employees messed up even after having the opportunity to correct the mistake.

I love Publix grocery stores. I frequently purchase their croissants and Cajun turkey from the deli to take to work for the office to eat on occasions. So I prefer the store over the comp. They have great publix brand premium yogurt (mojito and coconut). The best around. Also BOGOF sale. Awesome. Con: This particular Publix is not the best one that Ive visited but still nice and organized. Yes Publix is a bit more expensive but everything for me is always fresh. Shelves are stocked and lines are not considerably long. So its worth it. Ive even forgotten a bag of groceries (bagging section) before and called back to the store. The Mgr. told me to come back and get whatever I left. No receipt needed. I had the receipt and asked if I needed to show it. I was told no and that things were fine. I will always shop at Publix.

One of the employee`s once was angry. His angry stare made me think twice to go back there ever! Problem #1 The food expires fast so it is not worth to buy bread or dairies there. Problem #2 The whole store is under a/c so everything is cold all the time including their crappy bread that expires fast. And the fried chicken they sell has to be cold because of the a/c. Walmart beats them on that side but it is too far from me. The chocolate has a high price compared to anywhere else in GA. So I am in a choco diet! Problem #3 Every time I go to Publix in the parking someone asks me for money. I don`t like being watch and followed by someone because they ran out of money. Once the person asking for money had a V8 vehicle. Of course you never have money. Driving a V8 in GA! Get a KIA!

Did not purchase This is the not the first time this happened, but im starting to see a trend with this store. Will not be coming back to Publix. Waste of time and causes other people in line to wait.

Honestly a terrible experience. We really didnt know they were closing and the staff was more than ready to let us know. The front end manager had an attitude when picking up the last till. We can only shop at night and my dad genuinely didnt realize how late it was. That being said, you dont push past a customer to get to the time clock. Its unprofessional and rude. We were sorry that we inconvenienced the staff but we apologized and in return were met with an unplesant attitude.

Customer service is outside the norm of other Publix stores. Main reason to shop at Publix is for the best customer service. This store showed the rudeness usually seen at other major chain stores. Almost like cashier worked hard at keeping the whole attitude of not wanting to help someone. Choose a better store to shop at . I know I will

10 minutes to answer phone and hung up on me!! from deli, could have picked up the phone for one second and acknowledge me, I managed a deli before, you can take a minute to answer the phone as you run to cut meat.
