We entered the restaurant around 6:30PM on a Friday, and it was surprisingly empty. We got a table next to a window, and ordered immediately after we sat down and got drinks. The food came pretty quick: the pho usually comes first (since its just broth and noodles) and the rice/vermicelli/sandwich dishes usually come later. Overall, the atmosphere is really hip and modern. The restaurant is well lit, and the decor is really nice. This would be a suitable place for a dinner date or a late night snack since its 24 hour. I got kinda bored with pho, so I ordered the C30 broken rice with the 7 different meats (I dont know the vietnamese name) which sorta allows you to have a taste of all the cooked meats that the restaurant offers. It also came with picked cabbage/carrots, which had a sour pickly taste that complimented well with the sweetness of the meat. I thought the pork chop was juicy and cooked perfectly, and it was my favorite item from the dish. Overall the meats on the plate were a little too sweet, but thats just my opinion. The broken rice tasted amazing if you pour the fish sauce over it, and is a new taste for me than traditionally cooked rice. PROS: -Legit chopsticks. Not those splinter-y, cheap ones you find in most Asian restaurants. These are world-class, black-finish bamboo chopsticks you find in 3 Michelin star restaurants. Just kidding, but they were really nice chopsticks though. -Big portions. Youre gonna have a really hard time finishing the XL bowl of pho. Even though I noticed that they cut the portion from before, its still massive. The bowls so large you can probably hide a dead baby inside it, not like you would. -Variety. If youre not the soup noodle person, dont worry. They offer vermicelli (cold noodles), a ton of rice dishes, and vietnamese subs. These subs are amazing and cheap too, and I usually just order one to go to eat the next day. CONS: -Language barrier? I tried to order the banh mi and said it several times before the waiter was like "do you mean the vietnamese sandwich...?" Maybe I just suck at pronouncing things haha. I cant really think of any cons.

Food average. Service was horrendous! First and foremost when we order the food were told no stir-fry dishes only noodle dishes. We order the food and drinks and waited patiently. The food arrived sporadically, instead of everyone in our group receiving food at the same time we ended up watching each other eat. The BBQ pork dish did not come with the usual sauce and proper utensils. The drinks did not arrive since the incompetent waiter did not place the order. We had to remind them toward the end of the meal about our drinks before they brought them to us. I had asked for a bowl and was told "wait few seconds but never came." I basically had to grab one of them at the service station to get the bowl. Awful service is an understatement at this establishment. We were never asked how everything was or if we needed anything after our food was hastily dropped off. To top things off our joker waiter reminded us "The tips was not added to the bill." which I ignored. I was furious, as you can understand, tipping is the last thing on my mind. To make matters worse, the joker chased us demanding tips for the horrible service using the water bottle as an excuse. "Did you guys forget the water bottle? Anyways you forgot my tips." I dont think he even knows what TIPS stand for "To Insure Prompt Service." *******Managers or owners train your staffs- they are incompetent, at this rate youll be out of business eventually *******Potential customers- Avoid this establishment if you dont want disappointment.

The place is nice, food is decent and the service sucks. Right when you arrive, they will look for a table for you, ask for your order. Nice, but then you better hope they remember to cook your food, or perhaps even bring the food that you ordered. They will get it mixed up or forget you even ordered. I went to this place on several ocassions with friends who really like the fact that its open 24 hours, but I have always gotten bad service. Water refilled when I leave to pay for my bill only, or my food wont come out till all my friends get done eating and Ill have to take it to go. If you are serious about getting a good meal in, I would recommend not coming to this place. If you are super desperate, there is no other pho restaurants open, no 24 hr fast food restaurants open, this I LOVE PHO store, could be your last resort. Just make sure you order simple stuff, no rice plates, no specialty orders. Just plain, Pho. Oh yeah, I ordered a mango smoothie to go after my meal, and i stood there for 15 minutes. the waiter asked me why I was standing there, and I said I been waiting for my mango smoothie, and then he remembered to make it for me.

Just walked out this place and had to wait to write this review so they dont see me give them bad rating and mess with my food! Lol terrible management. The workers seem alright but the manager sucks. Manager sat me down, didnt give me a menu or a drink. Couple mins go by, Im starting to wonder whats up. Almost 10 mins go by, Im eyeing him everytime he pass by me. We make eye contact but yet he doesnt say anything. Finally I ask the busser if I could place an order. She says "omg, you havent ordered yet? Im so sorry" I wasnt rude to her, it wasnt her fault. Then bill time comes, the same manager happens to cash me out. I ask him if I could place a to go order and pay for my bowl of pho. He rings it in and I pay for everything. Then they bring the to go order out in a plate.... I told them it was to go. The server asked who rang it out, I told her, and then she said ohh. Maybe this manager sucks at his job and the workers expected it from him. Either way, she wasnt surprised and neither was I. I like Jimmy Carter location the most. Pho there has a slightly more flavorful taste than this place but its highly noticeable.

Visited my sister and B-I-L this summer and they took me here for some pho. I have to say, I didnt think it would be good considering Ive never heard of a pho restaurant being open for 24/7, but I enjoyed it. The atmosphere is cool. Its a great place for friends to gather and eat pho. We didnt have to wait long for a table even though it was busy around 9pm. We had about 11 in our party. Service was average. I had to wave a server down to order. He didnt seem to found to be working and didnt understand that half my party already ordered. We did however get our pho quite quickly. Nice decor, but raise the temperature! It was like 50 degrees in there. Also lower the music; its way too loud. Price is average. Nice addition is being able to decide between larger size bowl of pho. I got a large, but it didnt fill me up and looked like a small. Kinda disappointing. My mom got more noodles in hers than mine and she got a small. Overall its worth a try if your in the area or have a late night craving for pho.
