This isnt the first time Ive had an order mixed up by this location, but it was an awful experience tonight. I placed a pick-up order by phone when I was maybe 10 minutes away. Wings and fries, split flavors. Pretty standard. When I got there I had to wait another 20 minutes or so with no real explanation. Finally they got me my food and I was off. If that were the only issue, I wouldnt be here. With two turns to go until Im at my driveway, I get a call (props to them at least for getting my phone number) that theyd given me the wrong, though similar, order. Sure enough, they had, so I turned around and made the 15 minute drive back. When I got there and returned the food (what theyll do with those wings Im not sure), they read back my order. I had to correct it, sweet honey not sweet chili. The fellow at the to-go station said he was going back to the kitchen to make sure they had the correction. More time passed. After about 15 more minutes, my order was delivered and I left. Again. Only to get home and find out I had indeed been given sweet chili instead of sweet honey. So this would normally be bad but still not enough to motivate me to write a review. What brings me here is that, aside from some words by the girl working the to-go counter (thank you), there was pretty much no acknowledgement that they had given me the wrong order and wasted my time. Nor for the fact that I waited. Twice. Some free fries might have prevented this review, Danielle, or at least tempered it a bit. I dont need kowtowing, but still... a friend of mine got delivered the wrong pizza tonight, delivered to him mind you, and they refunded his money and let him keep the wrong pizza and gave him his. Im not saying I insist on $30 of wings for free, but heck even offering me some water (which the bartenders do without fail when I pick up to-go from there at other locations) while I was waiting would have helped. But nothing. Well, who I think was an assistant manager did apologize a bit for the second wait, saying he wanted to make sure I got fresh food. Half of it was wrong, but hey, it was fresh. This location has messed up before (forgetting fries, that sort of thing), but this takes the cake. Just dont specify what flavor of cake, because theyll likely get it wrong too.

Our family of 10 (2 toddlers, 1 disabled) came here for dinner on Saturday night at around 7 PM. We ordered beer and water as soon as we sit down as well as two sides of queso and chips. About 20 minutes go bye and the queso and chips come out. No drinks though. HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO A RESTAURANT WHERE THE APPS COME OUT BEFORE WATER OR DRINKS IN GENERAL??? Another 5-10 minutes go bye. Still no water or beer. Then beer comes out, well half the orders beer. Still no water though. We order food. Still no water. The waitress is at this point hiding in the back. I had to walk to the bar to find an employee to have him attempt to get our waitress so we could get the water we ordered. 5 more minutes go by. The rest of the beer comes out. Then a few minutes later the water comes finally. Food was good. Our waitress avoided us for the most part other than taking the order and bringing the food out. The manager was no where to be found. There were a lot of employees working and just standing around. All in all the service here sucks balls. The lack of service boils down to poor management as the management can not obviously monitor what employees are doing. We went to a different nearby location 4 days ago and had excellent service. Our waitresses name was Sosina. She may be new but could use some training either way.

I dont understand who controls what is on the TVs and sound system at this location. I went before the NCAA football championship game expecting the place to be packed.....not! About an hour before the NCAA championship game I had to ask that they tune it to the pregame show. They did, but with no volume, so I had to lip read what Nick and Dabo where saying on the tube. Came in tonight and numerous TVs tuned to analysts talking about Super Bowl, but with no volume that wasnt interesting. Otherwise I could watch some obscure soccer match or tennis. Nobody was watching the TVs so I asked that they put on college basketball and 20 minutes later it still wasnt on. I just asked to change my order to go so I could watch sports at home. Id be surprised if they remember to put the super bowl on in a couple of weeks! Pathetic as a sports bar. That said, I love the wings, nachos, and burgers are good too.

If i could give this place no stars i would ! Let me start by saying we had a rude server that made it known we where not welcome .he rushed us with are order snatched the menus off the table .The man never did a check back to make sure we where ok.My friend found a hair wrapped around her wing.when we let another server about the situation the manager shelly came over to speak to us.She was the most unprofessional women ive ever seen as a manager she accused us of putting the hair in the food.Mind you we all work in the food industry and are servers.we where just getting off work !! WE WHERE NOT LOOKING FOR A FREE MEAL I HAVE NEVER FELT SO VIOLATED AND MISTREATED THIS WOMEN HAD HER MIND SET THAT WE WANTED A FREE MEAL AND WE SAID NUTHING OF THE SORT WE JUST WANTED THE SITUATION FIXED ...I WILL BE NOTIFYING CORPORATE ABOUT THE SITUATION BECAUSE THIS WOMEN IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I dont know what was going on today but this was the worst service I have EVER experienced in a restaurant...period. Service was SO SLOW. We were there for 2 hours. It took an HOUR to get our food. Unacceptable. I brought my parents as my guests. My father has been in the food business for 30 years. He has never seen anything this slow. Management came by and we barely raised our heads after he asked meekly "Is everything ok?" and he was gone. Didnt even care for a response. No wonder the service is terrible. When you have a bad leader you get bad servers and food service. Our waitress was uninterested to help get our food out quicker. All she was able to give was excuses. Too bad Taco Mac. I will not be coming in again. If there were negative stars, you would get those too.

Started coming to the Duluth location about 2 months ago after a friend told me about the brewniversity program and made me aware of the one located extremely close to my residence. Since the beginning I have received nothing but top notch service and products. The staff has been super friendly and knowledgeable on suggestions and general questions. Stand out is the bartender Todd as he is attentive, has great speed of service and goes the extra mile to know you and make each of your visits special. All food I have ordered here has been great although i must include that I dont eat here too often so i havnt tried too much of the menu. The managers here are also great and very eager to make sure you have the best experience possible. Overall a great place and chain.
