Very disappointed with my last visit. Although the service I received was excellent I was not pleased with the poor advertising. The signage everywhere says large drink prior to 11 am are just $.99 with no disclaimer. So I ordered a large Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper and Im told the drink is $1.72, a 73% tax, or so I thought at the time. I asked the person who gave me my drink why so much if it is supposed to be $.99 for a large and she told me that the new manager decided to start charging for mixed drinks. So he just decided to do this without notifying customers and adjusting the signage outside. I think I will post this on the corporate site as well, because this is poor customer service and I worked in customer service for 15+ years and I know the difference between good and bad customer service.

If you go thru the drive thru you have to literally beg them to take your order,. Continuously saying HELLO and finally blowing horn to get them to acknowledge your presence. Took five minutes for someone to take our order, 2 slushes. 15 minutes later I am still sitting in line waiting. The car directly behind me got their FOOD and drinks before us. Two of the cars behind them pulled off and left without getting their orders. 21 minutes later we finally got our 2 slushes. This has turned into the normal way of business here, as it has happened to us multiple times. When you ask the very nice young people working there what the problem is the answer is always the same, "we are just backed up". Think some adult management might help the situation.

Waited at the intercom forever just to repeat my order, they came out and ask me did I order chocolate on my hamburger, and my number 7 (coney dog) had nothing on it. Not even chili! The food was soggy and nasty feed it to the pets. Surprised they ate it. Dont usually complain because I like sonic when things are done right but sonic Dublin ga hasnt been good for awhile now.

They are usually very fast about serving your order. Their shakes are AMAZING. You can create your own combinations and the fruit is always real. Very kind servers, sometimes funny. Amazing place for slushies and shakes. Food isnt bad at all. They have lots of comfort food. Kids menu available. Please tip your servers. They mostly work for tips.

Horrible service. 22minutes waiting for my food. AND IS DEAD.....wtf? though I see some Manager wannabe wandering around.... wtf get in there and make some food. Bulls$@&....dont go here. I knew better when. I pulled in. I stopped coming here because of this exact reason. Maybe they need a while new crew. FIRE ALL OF THEM. hire new.

Today on 12/22/15, we ordered our food. They were not busy. Just a few customers here and there. We waited about 30 mins for our food. Thats way too long. We ordered a cheesy bacon pretzel dog and got just a regular hot dog bun with a super skinny and tiny hot dog! Really? Sorry but we will no longer eat here.

Standard Sonic restaurant. Here, the food is good and havent had problems with them getting orders wrong. The staff is friendly. I would give them another star except dont come here expecting fast service. I always end up waiting longer than Id like to. 3.5

When they give you the wrong flavor wings they drown the same wings with another sauce. When you notice the flavor is still incorrect, they do the same again. Not worth the 1 star Im forced to leave. Go elsewhere for those wings.
