Today was the last straw I will never step foot in there again. Went in to make a to go order ask for a 3 piece chicken which was suppost to be 1 breast 1 drum stick and 1 wing. Then I order a basket which was suppost to be a piece of fish 2 shrimp 2 hushpuppies and coleslaw. I watched the guy pull a piece of fish out and put it in a box then he went over to the fryer and put some shrimp in then he says we dont have any hush puppies now my fish is sitting there getting cold while my shrimp cook and they have no hush puppies I told him to just forget it. Then it took them at least 5 minutes to give me my money back. Now remember I had order 3 pieces of chicken 1 breast 1 drumstick and 1 wing I get home after all that and in the box guess what I got 5 wings. So now I have to go back and deal with them again. And now I get work 20 minutes late. Never again

Stale food. Long wait. Portions. Bad service. We purchased tenders, wedges, a biscuit and hush puppies. The tenders were pieces of tenders, and not the customary portion. The wedges were old, hard and stale. The biscuit was hard. No sauces, no napkins in my bag. I saw the cook tell the cashier something, which I am going to assume is that the chicken was not done cooking, since I had to wait for it. She didnt tell me and came back 5 mins later with 3 tiny hot tenders, and cold, old, hard everything else. The hush puppies were amazing. Still, I will never stop there again. I am a KFC regular, but I will not be eating this one again It was empty. Not busy. No excuse.

Went there 1x each in the last two weeks. 1st visit - no white meat available. 2nd visit - no dark meat available. What the heck? This is KFC isnt it. How can you not have both white and dark meat available during the peak of the dinner hour. Oh and 1st trip we were supposed to get two mashed potatoes and got one container of potatoes and one of only gravy. Second visit no cookie in the $5 box. And then, when my meal was $6 they only had ones in their drawer. This place is horribly staffed and horribly run. DO NOT GO as youll be disappointed also.

This location is by far the worst KFC ever!!! They close before 9 most days and theres always something wrong. For instance, I just went through the drive thru at 8:30pm tonight and they only have original chicken. They said there power went out and the fryers werent working. Get with the times and get a backup generator or something seriously!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE ALWAYS. So now Im driving all the way to park blvd and 66th just to get crispy chicken. Are you serious?? Im never going back there again unless they pay me to go back!

If it would allow me, I wouldnt of even put a star! It doesnt deserve any stars! Food was gross. It came out all cold and tasted like it had been sitting there forever and was reheated in a microwave. Had to wait for our biscuit, which came out after we all finished eating and walked out to the car to leave. Then the lady came up and handed us the biscuit. The bathrooms were gross too. Worst KFC food Ive had yet!! Needless to say, we are not happy and will not return.

We ordered 4 meals, and they didnt give us 3 of our sides we ordered to go. The doubleicious chicken sandwich patty was undercooked and had a little bit of red in it, along with no bacon that the picture showed was on the sandwich. The mens bathroom had no soap in the dispenser, mold on the hand drying machine, and also black mold at the drink dispenser

I guess no stars are allowed. Never going to this location again. Had to wait for my order, for 35 minutes(we were told it would be 6 minutes), only to find out they gave it someone else. They gave me the wrong drink. And we couldnt even get in to the lobby to find out what at the detail was, because the doors were locked. And the fish tastes old.

If this place isnt already on the corporate chopping block its not far off. Restrooms were dirty and not stocked, staff was slow. You could tell they wiped the tables off, because the finish is gone too. Problem is untreated wood is difficult to sanitize. Sad state of affairs for the former Pepsi restaurants.

Great reviews. The person who left the bad comments are probably disgruntled ex-employee. I dont eat fast food usually but felt comfortable to eat there. Very clean inside. The staff were helpful, answered my questions, gave me a special order at no extra cost, & fast service. Will go back to that one.

Slow service extremely rude I asked for a pice of grilled chicken and shes like well what kind of chicken in a condescending tone. I also waited about 20 mins for them to take my order and receive my food. Your a fast food joint get it together. Never coming back to this location again!!

Go to Burger King or McDonalds nezr door. Literally waited 5 min in the drive thru without being able to order. Went inside, woman in line wanted to go to the drive thru because shed been waiting 10 min. Needless to say I left without even speaking to an employee.

This is the worst Long Johns Silvers and KFC Ive ever been to. The food was cooked badly and i spent too hours sick and getting sick after the meal. Do not waste it money. And the staff is horrible and rude if they even aknowledge it there

I spend a lot of money on KFC famous bowls at many locations. I visited this KFC ordered a bowl and the chicken literally shattered in my mouth. Worst experience Ive had at fast food in a while, will Not be back here.

The orders were wrong...ordered grilled received original originalrecipe. The combinations leg & wing; 2 thighs, etc. All orders were incorrect. The food was cold. I will not return to this location or KFC again.

Didnt have any white chicken, the young lady at the counter was very rude, and waited forever for our food. And no it was not busy in their and could hear them all just talking. Go to another KFC.

Avoid this place at all cost go to MCDs or Burger Joint because this place sucks. Not only do these retards take forever to take your order they will also get it wrong. Save yourself a headache.

Restaurant is dirty, staff is unorganized. Our off most everything at peak hours. This restaurant needs serious night management instead of playing around.
