Im giving this Popeyes or one because when I showed up I waited at the call box for over six minutes during this time I was able to overhear the ignorant ramblings of the three employees that should have been taking and preparing my order while they were standing outside. I considered that the call box might be broken so I decided to pull around as I pulled away I hear a voice say order when youre ready I continue to pull away as I pulled around to the drive-through I witnessed employee with the headset or one giving money back to a black truck that was second in line with that truck pulled away she walked up to the vehicle on the front that was turned off with the passenger door open that led me to believe that she knew them because she seem to be having a casual conversation with them. I went to the drive thru place my order ask for a three piece dinner and my side red beans and rice when I got to the window the young girl said my Manager said I had to get another side because they were out of red beans and rice so I said well give me mash and gravy and could I get a credit for red beans and rice then the said the manager told she didnt have to give a credit because I got a different side so I said the reason I came here was that I wanted red beans and rice and also chicken now I could be wrong but as a customer I thought the manager would try and make you happy by saying she could give me a credit its not going to cost that much for a red bean and rice off the budget bad manager !

I took my girl here because Ive always loved them in the past. I noticed their stores have been closing down and now I know why. This experience was a much cheaper one than Popeyes is known for. It had to be the worst dining experience ever. The staff was unprofessional, sweat, and unsanitary. The food was purely fat and fried bits, with hardly any white meat chicken in the middle. The fried coating even looked plastic. The potatoes were blah, and the decor was complete crap. Its no wonder places like this are going down the garbage chute.

Ive been a customer of Popeyes for many years. Tried many in Florida, and I can tell that this store is the WORST of any. There is one employee in the storefront that is the HERO of the restaurant (I forgot his name). He does his job above and beyond his duties and the duties of his coworkers who do not do their jobs (including the manager, who is responsible of making the restaurant comply with Popeyes standards). Late fast food is not good food. If you are looking just for the taste, this restaurant is ok for you. Otherwise DO NOT GO!

Awesome chicken, but WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!! Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes, no one greeted nor took my order. Drove around and went inside, asked of anyone was working the drive thru, lady apologize and walked away. Cashier took my order (10 pcs for $12.99), she had a nasty look on her face and kept giving me the stare. Got home, open up box to have lunch with family, got only drummies, 1 thigh, and few wings, DIDNT even get the 10 pc chicken!!!! Wont be going back there ever again. POS!!

The employees here are so unprofessional. I waited in line for a few minutes without even being addressed, and when I was addressed I was greeted with an attitude. I dont understand why it took so long to answer when the building is practically empty. When I was answered I was told to "order when I was ready." How can I order if no one will take my order? Their employees need to work on their attitude and timing. I only gave it a two because I like chicken tenders... two is beyond generous.

this Place really really slow one day I stopped in here to get some chicken to go and red beans and rice it is good I was there 45 minutes and still did not get my food and nobody took my order the lady there could not open up the cash register because the manager had two keys and she was in office sitting on her can I will never go back to this place again !! laziness laziness laziness people want to know why Popeyes going out of business

Need to go ahead and hire a new staff that actually pays attention to what theyre doing. Went during a non busy time and ordered 2 $5 box...get one and then something totally different. Figured maybe they were off their game....Went a second time a week later and they got the order wrong again. Called, asked to speak to someone regarding the issue and was put on hold....as Im writing this....still on hold. 13 minutes ago....

Rude staff alot of attitude ordered a $27 16 piece lady gave me 9 drumsticks 4 wings 1 breast and 2 thighs I opened the box and was touching the chicken and I asked for more thighs and breasts and she took the box back and put the chicken back on the warmer to serve to someone else the lady then walked to the kitchen for a minute and was laughing and said they have to drop more chicken and I just got a refund.

I used to love Popeyes spicy fried chicken. It was my favorite up until a few years ago. Once they started pushing to expand it seems like the recipe changed or I continue to get regular chicken when I order spicy chicken. Either way, I wont be eating here any more. The last time I stopped in it took over 25 minutes to get some chicken tenders and then they were not spicy at all. Talk about disappointed.

I stopped for dinner on my way home from playing pool. I love Popeyes and was done playing early enough before they closed. I ordered a Surf n Turf dinner at 916p and received my order at 941p. I was told there was a wait on spicy however no apology for waiting 25 min and my fries and shrimp were luke warm. I have stopped here before with no issues but tonight was not a good experience.

This Popeyes is 1 of 2 in the county. Do your self a favor, & go to the one in Pinellas Park. Much better service & food, and they actually have chicken cooked ready. Everytime my wife or myself go there, there is a wait on something, usually chicken. Yesterday, went there and they had no biscuits!! At Popeyes?! Seriously? You can thank this review later.

Waited in drive through for 30 minutes before someone took the order of the people in front of me. Was taking too long so took my business some where else. As I left Popeyes there where 4 cars waiting in line waiting for there food an 3 cars who hadnt ordered yet. Losing out.

The food is NOT the same as the other Popeye locations. Furthermore, they overcharged my debit card and failed to issue a receipt. The staff is obtuse in my opinion. The district manager needs to evaluate the operations at this location. DINE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
