Even do chick fill a is well known for its customer service, being located in a mall does not stop chick fill a from delivering a great customer experience. Me and my wife were sitting on a table and were approached by a team member called Tom Green, to our surprise Tom asked us how are food was and if we needed refills! Were not in a chick fill a dinner, we are in a mall and for a team member to approach us to make sure that we were doing good, it was reassuring of the type of customer service chick fill a offers 10/10
