Would give this site zero stars if I could. These people have messed up orders for us before, but we went back. They cant be bad ALL THE TIME. Well, yes they can! . Saturday night ordered a THREE-piece dinner through the drive-thru. Had to repeat the order four times over the loudspeaker, because the order taker kept repeating, "What you want? What you want for sides?" Had to tell her three times "NO drink". The receipt showed a Pepsi, but no charge (evidently part of the meal). Got home, found TWO pieces of chicken, one breast plus wing. Hard to divide between two hungry people. Ordered extra sides: $2.00 a pop. Green beans.....a whole can of them, .............is only $0.60 at Publix nearby. Same with corn. Thats all, folks! Going to Churchs or Chik-fil-a from now on. Bye, bye, colonel!

Dont go to KFC in Newnan after 8pm. They will be out of all breast and extra crispy chicken. Not the first time but its what my daughter wanted!! Tonight the young man that was working in the black hoodie should not have been not there. Actually, I would have fired him on the spot for lack of doing his job/service. He was unaware af what was going on, who was next in line. He did not care about taking orders or getting the orders right. The manager jumped in to take over but she was on a sinking ship. The crew checked out. So sad because I grew up on KFC chicken being spot on and this place is a loss cause!!

I stood at the counter for ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and took my order. It took almost as long to get our food. When we did get our food three was barely any chicken in the famous bowl. I went back to the counter and stood for another five minutes to order a popcorn chicken, thats it, one order of popcorn chicken. It took them 18 full minutes to get me my chicken which had been finished cooking for 15 of those minutes. Terrible customer service and service times. Unacceptable.

Simply a pathetic effort at customer service! I got home last night with our 8 piece family meal to discover five wings, two legs and one thigh!!! Talk about getting robbed, and this isnt the first time in recent months, its just the worst. Not the KFC, I grew up with... no wonder they are struggling to maintain their old customer base. Never again! Its sad, because it was once one of my favorite places...

Ordered food in drive thru maybe 2 cars in lot she ask me to pull over and will bring order out.Well I waited watch 6 others come thru and got bigger order than mine .I went inside and they forgot me I guess manager thought I couldnt see her as she said something to people in back then slopped my food in box.2 $5 fill ups I drove 25minutes for rude people.and Lil chic pieces.

As soon as I walked into that KFC and couldnt help but notice the scent of sweet chicken. That place is OFF DA CHAIN. The chicken be CRISPY like you never seen before! I took a bite and I was all like "WOOOOOOOOOAH Is dis fureal KFC?" The ladies was kinda rude tho I tried to holla at one of them and she wouldnt let me I was all like "please you aint pretty anyways"

We usually go on Tues night to get the senior discount and the buffet does not have any fried chicken on it. We are told each time that we have to wait 10 to 20 minutes for the chicken to cook. They take care of the drive thru first, then the sit down customers next. Very poor service inside and long waits for what you want from their buffet.

It may have just been an off night there, but service was extremely slow...I waited in line with 2 hungry kids for over 10 minutes even though it wasnt crowded (~5:30pm). Then they didnt tell me that they didnt have the juice drink that was supposed to come with the kids meals. Food took a long time to come out too.

I love KFC, but I wont be going to this one. This was the first time I have ever visited this location and the immature boy behind the counter was too busy using profanity and shooting birds at his co-workers in a joking manner. The only white kid behind the counter, so it wont be hard to figure out.

Went for lunch buffet at noon. There was no good. And a line of people waiting for the to cook chicken and make some side dishes. Worse in spite of looking at the empty buffet the manager kept asking what was the issue. He got annoyed because we were standing there waiting for food!

Great food, the person who was cleaning up the place was doing a great job and he was taking pride in his job which made my experience with this kfc a very good one. The staff was very friendly and gave a warm welcome. Great place.

Average service, average food, too pricey. This location is always very busy. Theres rarely a clean place to dine in, so we get our food to go.... when we go that is. KFC in general has become too expensive for the food offered.

The service is always fast and efficient. They go above and beyond to ensure that the food has all the proper parts. If anything is incorrect they always offer to quickly fix it.

The biscuit was hard as a rock. Cashier had a bit of an attitude, but maybe Im looking too deep into it. My chicken was hot and fresh though. Overall my experience was average.

I love KFC, but the price you have to pay to get a breast is ridiculous. I will just go to Mothers Kitchen in town to get my fried chicken breast. :)
