This place is terrible before and after the renovations. Ive been here several times since moving to the Dallas area but today is the last time I am ever going back. The customer service is terrible. I mean they have the laziest staff I have ever seen. This place is a perfect example of how bad America has become. The employees just dont care and take no pride in what they do. I took my wife and daughter here for dinner and I went up to the counter only to have the girl tell me she will be right with me and then ignored for the next several minutes. While the other one pulled out her table like phone and went through it never one ask me if I needed something even after making eye contact. Then some guy walks it waving his money around and yells out "treat me like Im at the drive through" only to have the same girl that told me she would be right with me continue to ignore and then went to him and took his order. This place absolutely sucks the staff all looks like they were extras from "The Wire or Breaking Bad" I am done with this location. If I could write corporate and get my money back I would. I will drive several extra miles and pay more money for better service.

I went to this restaurant on April 10, 2016 on a Sunday night. I was offered a manager special and when I got the chicken home it was so dark. The chicken was so dark like they never change their grease. It was refried and dark with the skin hanging off the chicken like it have been picked up all day and put back on the tray. Im really disappointed with this restaurant and the service they gave me. I hope this review help them change how they can get the job done better.

I just wanted to inform whomever is in charge of the KFC located on 1297 Merchants Dr, Dallas, GA 30132 that Miss Dorothy (the very kind lady who works the drive-thru) is the most wonderful person to interact with. Miss Dorothy was working this afternoon when I came to get lunch. She was extremely friendly & was very understanding of my baby crying in the backseat. Thank you so much for all your patience & helping a mom of crying twins. You truly made my day!

Awful experience. There was one person who had just ordered and noone in the drive thru staff having conversations and never acknowledged my husband and I as we stood for several minutes for someone to take our order. We walked out! Poor customer service.

Went to the drivethru and said they had white meat in the fryer it would be ready in 15 min I said ok have to make another stop be right back. Returning 10 mins later they said it would 16.5 mins and had cooked any chicken in a hour. Liars!

Best KFC Ive ever had. Their version of extra crispy is like it used to be. Crunchy, juicy and delicious. Chicken is made fresh. Youll likely have to wait a few extra minutes because of how fresh it is. Totally worth the wait.
