Very unprofessional the young ladies need a course in how to talk to customers. Dont lie to me that the priced have changed since the last time I came two weeks ago. Charge me 40 cent extra and the error wasnt realized until after I was charged on my card. At which point I called the manager and asked why the menus doesnt reflect that change. He said she told me wrong info and charged me wrong he made it right but still his cashier tried to make me feel stupid when I told her that she was wrong for overcharging me and saying that this location charges different then the Candler rd. Location. Update Update Update.... So I go in today 7/17/17 Order my same meal thinking Ill give them another chance. As Im picking up my to go order I guess the owner was feeling himself to the point that he in front of all the customers chastised me for making a review on his company and employee. Very unprofessional Im sure my little money is not going to hurt them. But you just lost a long time customer mi amigo

Just got off the phone with the management that clearly doesnt understand the fundamentals of customer service. This is the 2nd day that not only have the given us 1 of the wrong orders, they didn NOT even put syrup in the bag. The location on the west side has there stuff together, this Flatshoals location does not. Ticket #71

My goodness the food and staff here are amazing. This place is always packed during the times when its opened and for good reason. If youre not full after one of their very affordable quickly-prepared combos (Im partial to the #10 with salmon cakes and cheese grits) then you must have two stomachs.

Glad they added this location. Great breakfasts. Early morning and Weekends Very busy .They get you in and out fast. Call in order available here. Usually at this location I get my food to go. Small Dining area and the line to order intersect.
