Sent to the company email address for feedback: "I heard good things about your food, so I thought I would take my daughter and her friend this morning. We arrived and were greeted, put our name on the list, and then we waited for 15 minutes outside before seating. Standard, no big deal. Upon being seated it was pretty quick with coffee and she took our drink order, brought the girls their drinks, and took our food order. My daughter specified she wanted a ham omelet no cheese. "NO CHEESE. NONE". I then repeated "no cheese, ONLY HAM". It was then over 20 minutes before her friends food and mine arrived. "Ill be right back with your omelet" but it was another 6 minutes before the omelet arrived….with ONLY CHEESE, no ham. *sigh* It get’s sent back and was then another 22 minutes before her corrected omelet arrived, meanwhile her friend and I are both finished without meals. The server in a snarky tone looked at my daughter and said: "enjoy that". Really?? I asked to speak to the manager, which took 9 minutes before I even saw him enter the dining area, he then proceeded right by us to the hostess stand. When he finally returned and stopped, he might as well have been reading from a script what had happened and what was going to be done to correct it. I was infuriated and said I would be leaving a review and that I did not wish to pay for any of this experience. He said "fine, Ill cover the check" and said it was "a communication breakdown, not on your part". Really? Of course, it was not on my part. But when an order is wrong or missing, it should go to the FRONT OF THE LINE. It should not take 22 minutes to get an omelet. And it should not arrive with snark from the server. I left $10 cash for the server along with a note. Her mistake, and obviously the kitchens, should not cost her living but it also should not be rewarded. I hope things improve in the service otherwise, you will get nothing but 1-time visits and bad reviews. I hear similar stories at the Smyrna location, so perhaps it is something in your company that needs to be fixed."

Have been to Snellville and Columbus, GA locations, love them. VERY DISAPPOINTED w Decatur location. Shown to booth timely, even though the table was dripping wet. Even flatware and napkin got absorbed w excess water on table had to ask for more napkins. Had to ask for water, coffee literally the bottom of the pot. I got more grounds than coffee, waitress poured 1/3 cup. Ordered Trifecta scrambled eggs, plain pancake and crisp bacon. Two tables who had arrived after us received their order before our cold meal was served to us. Pancake so cold the butter would not even melt. My eggs looked like they were fried and chef decided to chop them up calling it scrambled. My eggs were hot because they forgot them and only originally served me cold pancake w cold crispy bacon. I advised waitress to just nuke them. Told there was no microwave in facility. Expensive breakfast for two over $40.00...will continue going to Snellville and Columbus but NEVER DECATUR...disappearing waitress busy chatting w kitchen staff. Decatur needs new chef, attentive servers...just plain common sense. Dont waste your money or time with Decatur!

When I heard of how great this place was, I became skeptical as always, and thought it sounded overrated. I decided to go with the one food that seemed to really decide if I liked it or not, the waffle! It was superb, my favorite waffles yet. All I have to say is good bye to the Waffle House, looks like someone figured out how to get the job done better. The mood is great, quite pleasant. Breakfast and brunch, all day. No Deep-fryers, no microwaves, and no heat lamps, quick service, and food is always hit and ready to order, breakfast and brunch all day. Healthy. Clean. Delicious!

Nothing here was really outstanding. The food was okay but just that. They put a TON of ice in the juices so you get just a little and it dilutes the flavor. The service however was sub par at best. I really hate that they give you your check while you are still waiting on food. We asked for water only two out of six got water so we gave up. Our food was messed up and our waitress barely came to check on us. We had to ask others walking by to get her so we can order more. Would not recommend out of anything. Not the worst ever but I will not be returning.

Nice to have another option in the area. Everything Ive had has been quite good.. my only complaint would be the skimpy eggs.. or maybe its egg. The toast is a thick sliced multi grain. The pork sausage links are great. As are the carrot pancakes. On my most recent visit, I took my parents and my mom had a Huge serving of French toast and was able to finish about one slice...but she Loved it. I also really enjoy the flavored creamers...against better judgment...they had pumpkin spice at the usual time of year..

Bad. Just bad. Small quantities to price. Coffee could taste good but assuming its prepared correct, its also hard to get more coffee as theirs a carafe on the table, Dennys style... Our waitress got both orders wrong. The bill totaling was incorrect which required me to go correct it at the register because as you guessed you dont pay at the table, IHOP style. Maybe some of this will be worked out with time but I doubt it. I love breakfast foods. I wont go back.

Great service, incredible food. I had the avocado toast with scrambled eggs. My husband had the traditional breakfast and upgraded to the millionaires bacon. What a treat! We returned for lunch the next day and were even more impressed! They were more busy and service was still great. I had the vegetable soup and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Beautiful flavors and blended with perfection. I cant wait until we get one closer to home!!

This new brunch restaurant is going to go places! The food is delicious and the atmosphere inside is charming (though in all honesty the patio feels like you are eating in the middle of a parking lot next to a busy street...because you are). I had the PBJ waffle which was both unexpected and delicious, my boyfriend had the tacos which were also quit tasty. Hurry in for a visit before everyone finds out about this place!

New place for me first time visit little long wait but its very busy on Saturday morning food is uniquely different and good coffee is very flavorful. Friendly staff. Its a chain restaurant out of California. The chairs at the community table are very heavy and hard to move. My recommendation is that those chairs be replaced with lighter-weight ones of similar design.

A bit pricey for the serving size but still tasty. Interesting menu, nice country theme decor, and a great variety of seating options. The place looks small from the outside, but is quite spacious inside. Servers are plentiful, service is reasonably timely. Coffee is full flavored and robust. Deserves a return visit.

There is absolutely no good reason to wait thirty minutes for mediocre, tasteless food that you can prepare much better versions of easily in your own home without all of the screaming children watching Elmo full blast on a smartphone while their parents ignore them.
