Our experience at this location this morning was appalling to say the least! If I could give them no stars thats exactly what I would have done. The attitude of waiter David while taking our order this morning was horrible, and had no respect of the presence of my 94 year old grandmother and ill mother who has hearing aids. Not only was he rude in many aspects during his interaction with us, but on top of that resorted to raising his voice and had no regret of causing a scene in front of the other customers! On top of that general manager Sim Robinson Jr. who at first was willing to take care of our bill for the inconvenience was only willing to take $10 off for the inconvenience that is by no means acceptable for his waiters actions this morning! On top off all of that I tried to reach out to him called him several times and he simply REJECTS MY CALLS! So if you want to avoid a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE avoid this Place!!!!

Wouldvee received less than 3 stars if the manager and new server (Miguel) didnt come in and save the day. I visited on an obviously busy Sunday at 11:24 AM. Our server was horrible. Things started to go south when I asked him his name and he said he didnt like to give out his name! Excuse me... Youre a server, make one up! He dropped another tables plate and then kept telling me our food would be out in 2 minutes... it took about 30-45min for us to get our food. A party of 5 who came in after us got their food before us & left before us as well. Thankfully once I asked for the manager things took a turn for the better and also she took the price of one meal off our bill. Some servers are better than others here.

Amazingly, we were seated without wait shortly after 10:00 am on a Saturday morning. My 11 year old son, AKA The Bottomless Pit, wanted to come for the "All You Can Eat Pancakes" promo going on thru Feb 12th. He almost fibished his 9the and 10th pancakes (!), and our server, Monique, was awesome to keep them coming. Food was good, and Monique provided great service with a smile. We like our neighborhood IHOP. The only drawback at this location. Is the messed up parking lot due to renovation of the strip mall while they build out the ALDI.

Everything was wrong. We ordered an appetizer and a kids meal, then shortly after, 2 adult meals. The appetizer came out with one adult meal and no kids meal. The adult meal it came out with had everything in it that we asked specifically NOT to be in it. And the side with the meal was wrong. We havent even got the rest of the food yet and our server was very nonchalant about it all. After telling the server all the mistakes thus far, we notified him to cancel our order because we were leaving. Worst ihop experience ever.

The worst , no cook, waited all most 2 hours for a Blt and chicken sandwich that came out cold . The waiters stated the cook left and the dishes washer was cooking and her and the manager was helping. When we walked in there was 6 staff there . They all start clocking out. Leaving only two people Everybody was walking out. The worst place every. I will never go back smell like urine.

Absolute worst IHOP I have ever been to! The waiter never checked on us and I saw him scratching all in his head then serve our food. I had black stuff floating in my drink and the waiter acted like he didnt want to give me another one and to make matters worse my food was cold and the eggs were not cooked all the way. I shouldve left when I saw their health score was a B

Very worest experience 1 I got hair in my omelet 2 I asked for less spinach but they put more spinach 3 my order was laying down I mean its prepared but they didnt serve my until I asked them is that my food 4 they took 30min to serve two omlets and one waffle 5 long waiting and low quality I went to many IHOP this is worest compared to others

We waited 12 minutes after being seated before we finally decided to get up and leave. Not once were we addressed. We were never even were offered water. It wasnt even busy as most of the tables were empty and it was late at night. If you actually want to eat or drink something dont go here because they do not want your business.

It smells terrible up in here. Buuuuut the staff was excellent & service was so friendly and they addressed the concerns I had regarding the odor with a professional excuse. I feel they should just deal with it instead of finding ways to explain it away. We decided to take out because it actually smell s like puke

I use to live in this area so we would come often, now that weve moved we miss this particular IHOP bcuz of how consistently great the food and service is. I only had one bad experience but things cant be perfect every time. We still drive to this location when were in the mood for some good IHOP.

Dont waste your money! Our waiter was david w he was horrible! Our food took 40 min to come out and when it finally arrived it was cold and there was a hair on my plate. The waiter never came to check on us and was very rude and unapologetic when I told them hair was in my plate.

I tried to place a to go order over the phone and I was placed on hold for ten minutes during non peak business hours. When I tried to call back, the phone was on call waiting for well over 10 minutes. This is very poor customer service. I would expect more from a national chain.

Dont you hate it when you have to wait to be served? They were serving the people seated behind us just fine. No one offered us anything to drink or any reassurance that would be served. It was like we were just dust in the wind to them. And it wasnt busy at all.

Good food and location. Beat the rush for the best service. This location had a lot of high-maintenance customers the day we went, but management was making things right (even though nothing appeared wrong from what I could see....)

Service was terrible. Waited 30 mins only to find out our order wasnt even put in. Waiter completely forgot about us. And a couple that came in long after us already had their food and drinks. 30 mins and nothing no drinks no food!

Employess down mouthing religious beliefs. Making fun of Christianity. Loudly and infront of customers. 2 same employees flirty with chef instead of serving theyre customers. Pancakes BURNT orange juice tasted out of date.

Long wait, I ordered a meal that came with a soup but the soup never made it to my table. I still had to pay full price. My wifes omelet came with a long nasty hair on it. Not my best experience with IHOP.

Every time I go to this location . The servers always mess up my order. The food is ways over cooked or is just tastes too nasty to even eat. I waste my time and money everytime I go to this location .
