Customer service was horrible, the waiter was rude as well as the host at the front waiting to be seated. I asked the hosted how long was the wait and he said he didnt know which was very disrespectful. Also we had the waiter by the name of IMANI who was very rude, unprofessional, didnt speak, didnt communicate, she didnt do anything !!!!!!! I complained about my food my egg white omelette were burnt she instantly got an attitude and asked me how would I like my eggs ??????? After we waited for 30 minutes !!!!!!! For our food !!!! Like that doesnt make any sense.... that was a dumb question! So she took my food away not only was my food a disgrace my grandmother food was cold and the butter wouldnt even melt on her pancake! Thats ridiculous ! I had to ask another server to get a manager because it was ridiculous. However, the manager was very nice !!!!!!! I truly appreciated her for everything that she did for us ! But sadly because of her servers, and waitress are horrible because I will never eat at this location again!!!!!!!!! If it wasnt for my grandmother I wouldnt have left her a tip she didnt deserve it at all ! Im huge on customer service and if Im paying for something I expect exceptional customer service! She didnt ask me if we were ready to pay our bill, if we needed anything, if we needed a refill, utensils, dry our table off, any necessities or anything... my grandmother gave her $3.00... I wanted to give her $0.00!!!! I complained to the manager and told her, attitude is nasty and she wouldnt work for me ! And I will call corporate!

Went today and it was Awful. The food was ok but as for customer service they need to work on it. Waited 15 mins to be seated and 40 mins for our food. I have never waited this long at any other i hop except this one. Laura who can barely speak english was our waitress and she was friendly but failed to inform us that the food would take so long and didnt come back to check on us during that 40 min wait for our food. We had to chase her down to ask. She went to the kitchen then came back and said oh its ready because we told h re r we were leaving.5 mins later,still not ready. We were up front paying for just our drinks when the food finally came out. Not her fault the food took so long but she shouldve checked on us. Im not the only one who had this problem. I seen another man telling the staff he was calling corporate on the manager for the customer service and yes the manager was very rude to this gentleman. Many other people there were complaining as well. I will NEVER go back

So I had such a taste for a turkey club w Swiss cheese and decided to go to the ihop on Memorial drive. My waitress Kenia was great. My order arrived and I didnt know the sandwich was prepared HOT because I asked for the bread was toasted. The Manager Asad is working the grill and preparing the orders, so I apologize for the miss understand and request my sandwich to be prepared cold w toasted bread. She return my order back to the kitchen area only to bring me back the same order were as he removed the hot meat and exchanged w cold meat,lettuce ,Tomato on the same bread w melted cheese . As a manager I would assume that Asad would know better,to reserve food that has left the kitchen, served food that was prepared hot and exchange cold meat to their customers. This unacceptable and Im sure this practice has voilated policies and procedures with regard to food preparation.

Terrible service, I went there twice. Very unprofessional . I sent my food back and literally heard the cook complaining about it and the manager encouraging is conplainig. Then they brought me back out the same food. The exact same food. Its terrible. It Does not feel like its up the quality of service that IHOP holds itself too. It feels like a back woods diner that youd go to in the middle of the country side roads. The workers arent efficient. It was 3 tables of ppl and 3 waiters and no one came to refill our drinks. Then the manager complains when you complain and instead of just handling problems she argues or debates with you or talks smart to you. Very very displeasing even in a "I just need some food" type of situation please do not waste your time or money here you will be very very very disappointed with your decision.

I always come to this ihop and have never been so disappointed. We are under a water boil advisory so I can understand Not having water, but youre a business so you should do what you need to do to run your business as normal. I was seated promptly, but waited a good 20 minutes before my order was taken. I wanted an iced coffee and the waitress told me that they didnt make any so i just got regular coffee, then I look at the other table and they have iced coffee. Ok, I let that go. Then, i get my food and my bacon was floppy and undercooked. I sent it back and it was back in about 2 minutes, which means they just put it in the microwave. If I wanted microwave bacon I couldve ate at home and kept my money.

It was terrible. it was already late I was ready to eat and go home. . It took almost 10 mins to be seated and thats only because I walked up to the manager and then seated my self after she said some one would be there another 20 mins go by and Erica comes by which was great. she was not rude at all she got us service and drink also not to mention was off the clock. she should be a manager. the manager pulled up her sock while dealing with food .. it was just bad this was my 2nd time in 2 weeks with different ihops . Erica and Eliah was great thanks. idk if the manager or shift leader was short of staff but regardless they could step it up a bit

The food is good most times but, the customer service can be horrible. I feel that if you absolutely hate your job or if your tired then you need to go home. Why make the experience for customers less because you are in a funk. If its not over the phone its the environment that people lack professionalism. Yeah its supposed to be relaxed an layed back but, I mean the amount of chatter between co-workers an respect for customers around is horrible. I order because its close, that is the only reason. I wont go sit an eat ever again. Definitely need management to get those loose lippers together before people migrate away even though its convenient

Id Given This Place A Second Chance After The Terrible Customer Service After The Server "Forgot" To Give Me My Change Prior To Stating That She Had To Go To The Back To Get Change. Today I Stood Waiting 10 Minutes To Place A Togo order 2 patrons came in after me to be seated by the host after they were seated I Stood an additional 5 minutes waiting until I Left out of frustration. I Guess monetary tips take priority over service. This is my first Google review and the fact that decided to write this review shows how upsetting this place is staying far away.
