Great pizza, horrible customer service! HORRIBLE, something needs to change, for such a good pizza place, they are the absolute worst, especially ordering over the phone, they put you on hold and dont even tell you to please hold.. my coworkers and I ordered a pizza for delivery at 11:00, it took 34 minutes ( we timed it) for the guy Rick on the other line to even comprehend what we wanted to ordered, he kept forgetting what we were talking about, for example the sandwhich combo comes with a drink, and when we said we wanted a fanta orange, he said oh a litter of the fanta orange..? NOOOOOO the one that comes with the combo, and god forbid you want to split the payments up or have multiple orders, they really dont understand that either, I would rather pay more money at Pizza Hut, than to deal with this lack of service, its fast food, not rocket science, and Im sure management knows all this and they probably do not care what so ever which is sad, because you can only make customers annoyed for so long before your business goes into the ground, HIRE NEW PEOPLE.... cause I will not recommend this place to anyone... by the way its now 12:42 and we still have yet to receive our order...

Well, the level of competency is deeply lacking. Pricing is great but unfortunately in alignment with "you get what you pay for...". Theyre not very articulate nor does the ability to discern when asked questions. I asked what the specials were and the response was..."well, pretty much, like everything is a special." I guess I was expected to just order up then, since its all specials. Where has the conscious ability of youth gone? Oh, and my previous order required me to go out and get my pizza. It was not delivered to my door. The first time I ordered carry out and they could not produce a real receipt. They had to write one up for and it took an extra 10 minutes to do this. Cheap pizza is a great concept but I think after the three tries with Riverside Ill stick to Johnnys although more expensive the reward is both in product and service which is what I look for when doing business. They list themselves as a European restaurant. Really? How do you figure? Pizza is not Italian.

BAD BAD BAD BAD! I hated that I even spent money on their horrible service , the person who answered the phone was very rude and had a attitude from the start! I am a college student and our school orders from Riverside alot so the fact that they would get order wrong THREE TIMES and not care mad all of my roommates. We ordered a very simple order on the phone and waited 3 HOURS fro our order. Without a phone call or anything, they charged my card without bringing the pizza. After calling they explained that we gave them the wrong number after giving them the number 3 times. After asking why they did not call us back she explained that they wanted to wait to see if you would call back after 3 HOURS! After we got a free pizza onto our order , we got our food and found out it was all made WRONG! I am NO LONGER ordering from this place and neither is the people (15) that was suppose to get there food today and it was wrong.

Dont trust this online menu... I just went here for the first time and the gal at the register said it my large 1 topping was $6.99. When I mentioned the allmenu posted for this business says $6 and showed it to the gal at the register she said oh well somebody else must have posted that... And then told the manager never mind as she had called her up earlier to talk to me. The fact she shut me down BEFORE I was able to start talking to the manager shows a total lack of service / ethic from management from the top down. I am waiting on my food now and dont care how good or bad it is, I will NEVER come back... I work too hard for my money to be treated with such little respect.

Nothing special. Ive tried pizza from NY to Cali to Key West and back. Believe me I know what great pizza tastes like, and this aint it. And as far as value goes, 2 large pies with 2 toppings plus a side topping plus a 2 liter soda cost almost $25, and the pies arent very big. I wouldnt call that a super deal. Yeah, the pizzas okay, and Im sure Ive had worse, but thats the best I can say about it. I havent tried their thin crust, and I probably wont. Its not likely to be any better. If you want awesome pizza, visit NY. Southerners dont have a clue how to make a great pie.

Horrible. The staff is unfriendly, was hung up on twice. The manager refused to return our money even though the wrong order was delivered. Was left on hold for over 10 minutes; completely unacceptable. Update- manager (Ashley) stated that she would personally bring the missing food. Sent a driver instead with cold food. Please, dont waste your time.

This is my FAVORITE pizza place in Lawrenceville. We get pizza here almost every week. The pizza is cheap, but tastes better than Dominos, Pizza Hut, or CiCis. We only ever come in and buy the large pepperoni which are ready to go. Dont call them on the phone, dont ask them to deliver, just show up and buy their yummy, ready to go, pizza.

How can anyone compare Riversides pizza to Little cesars? The pizza at Riverside Pizza is great quality and the pepperoni is not greasy and the dough is cooked all the way through. The pizza crust and dough tastes great. We have been a hugh fan for years. They may be $5.99 for a pepperoni or cheese but worth every penny!!

Their pizza is amazing! The pepperoni melds so perfectly with the flavors of the sauce, and their crust (and by extension, their BREADSTICKS) are amazing! The fact that you can get something so delicious, so fast and so cheap is AMAZING! I wish I still lived in LVille so I could eat it weekly, again.

Was excited about what I heard about this place. But was quickly disappointed order a large pizza and lemon pepper wings pizza tasted horrible and wings only had lemon pepper on one side on top of tasting horrible. My money would have been better spent with a frozen pizza

Pizza is my favorite food and the pizza they make here is delicious! My mom or dad would usually bring it home to us and the cost for this pizza is the same as Little Caesars ($5), which is like half as much as Pizza Hut or Dominos. Whats not to love?
