The food at this place is out of this world!! The "Gooey" burger has a fried mac n cheese bite on TOP of the burger! Honestly, one of the best burgers Ive ever had. They have a whole list of creative burger selections. You can have your burger as beef, veggie, or turkey. I love all of the options they have. They also have really tasty sauces that they make themselves. They have a good beer selection as well. The service is excellent, especially the waitress, Lindsey. She is very friendly and knowledgable about the food and beers. This restaurant needs to be featured on theTravel Channel! Definitely make a point to stop at this place if you are traveling through GA or staying close by.

Drove from Toronto just to see one of their legen sidewalk signs. Stayed and enjoyed one of their burgers, and it was delicious. After the 15 hour drive there and looking at another 15 hours back, I needed a pick me up. I ordered a soy latte, and I was astonished how good it was. With a full belly, and a caffeine kick, I set back on the road home. I was barely on to the US-19 when I felt the farts coming on. I had seriously devoured that burger in quick order; I was not the least surprised. But as I continued along, I was starting to make myself gag. Thats when I realized that they had given me... wait for it... dary.

This restaurant is fantastic! It has just become one of my new favorites in Dahlonega and Ive been to almost every single restaurant in the area. This place has one of the best burgers I think Ive ever had! I got the Mac and Cheese Burger (AKA The Gooey Burger) and it wasnt greasey at all, cooked perfectly, and delicious! If you are on the square and looking for a good bar setting type restaurant, I definitely recommend here!

Hands down the best place my husband and I have eaten at in quite a while. Grass fed beef option was wonderful, the unique made in-house sauces were amazing, and my personal favorite was the home made peanut butter pie that was made from homemade peanut butter! The meats are from local farms and some of the veggies are from one of the owners gardens. If you like quality food, then this place is a must.

The menu is very creative, kalettes and fried green beans are fantastic. The burgers are not run of the mill by any standard. They have elevated the burger with creativity that is unparalleled and yet it is still a burger. The staff is amazing, very knowledgeable about three beer, whiskey and wine choices and just plain fun to talk to. I give Spirits Tavern 5 out of 5 stars

The staff here is exceptional. My husband and I visited here on vacation for our 5th anniversary. I called ahead to inquire about vegan options and they were so friendly and helpful. They carry a Dr. Praeger veggie burger that is absolutely delicious. Even the fries were crisp and perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend!

Best burger otp north, I always get the walker with Mac n cheese bites. The avocado salsa is unreal and the jalapeño cream cheese adds the perfect combination of texture to this already juicy and freshly topped mammoth of a burger. The Mac n cheese bites with the comeback sauce bring it all together

Spirits is great! Love the new wood tables, they really add to the aesthetics of the room, and decor overall is quirky and cool. Food is great. While it may seem expensive (and technically is) you get both quantity and quality food, so it is definitely worth the money. Overall, love it!

The burgers are the best in town by far and the tots are pretty much perfect. Always good craft beers. Service and bartending are always on point. And if ya need a good cigar after your pefect burger and beer, find gandolf behind the bar and hell point you in the right direction.

This place has great burgers and drinks, but today I tried the hotdogs...terrible idea. The hotdog is small, the bun fell apart immediately, and it was loaded with all the fixings (too much). The only good thing on my plate was the tater tots. Stick with the burgers!

Stopped in for food and a beer after enjoying an afternoon driving mountain roads. The beer selection was good, the service was excellent as was the food. The Kalettes were amazing. Sign on the door states absolutely no firearms allowed inside. Be advised.

Phenomenal service from bar and serving staff anytime Ive been. Fun atmosphere, especially when live music is Thursday through Saturday night. Sundays my recovery day with Tracy and the build your own bloody mary bar. Awesome overall experience.

Good bar, very nice food. Sides are so big they could be the meal. Huge burgers, love the crab roll. Fried green beans...the best. Enjoy the Sunday "make your own " beverage bar. Guava Bellini, yes. Specialty alcohol items.
