Since its not listed on Maps, this is for the Ridge Road location. This place apparently doesnt know what cheese is. I dont do dairy and asked for a chicken parm sandwich without cheese...waited for it for 15 minutes and it comes out WITH cheese. No big deal, people make mistakes. So I immediately sent it back for a second attempt for one without cheese...they yell to me from the kitchen, "do you want parmesan?". Uhhh last time I checked parmesan was cheese. No cheese! Waited another 5 minutes and the second sandwich comes out(why 5 minutes this time?..we were there for a late lunch and time was just as critical for us as anyone that comes in around normal lunch time. We were there at 3. BTW, There were only 2 other customers in the place, so it wasnt like they were busy.) Well, I look at the plate with the sandwich, which the chicken fit only about half of the bun, and there was parmesan on the waffle fries. I asked if it was cheese and the girl says, "yeah". I was like, you know what, just forget it. I left there hungry while the server, and apparently the owners or management that were sitting behind us could have cared less. No apologies, no visit to the table. Nothing! This was the second visit and the second bad experience I have had at this place. Looks like Ill have to pass this place to go to Dominicks on Buford Hwy from now on. Way better service and food anyways.

One star because no stars is not an option! A family member went in to this establishment. He and his wife were going to split a meal. The server explained there would be a charge for each salad which they fully understood. While waiting on their meal, a person came out and identified himself as "the proud owner". He told them he couldnt make money if they split a meal. The family member was shocked and explained the server never said this was an issue. The "proud owner" told him if he didnt like it, he could leave. Apparently this owner hasnt been explained the concept of customer service, advertising by word of mouth or the fact that selling a meal is more profitable than selling no meal (see economics 101 for reference). Wont get the business of any of our family, friends, many members of the church, co - workers etc. He didnt make his $3 off of one meal to the detriment of potentially 100s of meals. This owner may be proud, but his pride got the best of his wits.

I am a long time patron of Sopranos and have always had a great experience until today! We normally go on Sundays and I have the brunch and my wife has the Reuben sandwich. Today, we decided to do the same, however, we received poor wait staff service, had to ask for my beer three times prior to receiving, and the buffet was out of wings which I asked two different people about and all I got was " there are more coming out". After waiting longer than it would take to make them from scratch, I asked for the check and we left. We also got to listen to the owners wife talking on the phone about how unhappy she was that someone didnt so up to work, by the way she was our server.......... Not sure we will return anytime soon,You would think if a guest asked the owners wife about the wings and we continued to wait till I asked for the check, she would have offered something???????

Unfortunately we waited over an hour for our food. The waitress was new and was attending about 6 tables. She kept forgetting to bring us straws, bread, the oil for the bread, water,. It was hot! The waffle fries were cold by the time they came out. The Philly steak was mediocre. The Italian food was good. Overall, our experience was not a good one due to the service. We will not be returning. Also, the server who brought our food out was drenched in SWEAT. His clothes were wet as well as his face and head. The imagery was not at all appealing, actually nauseating.

I lived in New York for many years and Im very used to eat excellent Italian food (pizza, pasta and desserts). The name of the restaurant caught my attention and decided to give it a try. I have to say I am very disappointed. Food is expensive and under average. To be honest, I expected much more for what I paid. In addition, as my order was to take out they told me my food didnt include bread, it is included just for dinning in. If you want better Italian food you can try the frozen section at Walmart. I give one star because that is the least I can review.

We just went for dessert and the servers younger(18-48) one were all up in eachothers business rather then work. Not many people in the place. They apparently severed drunk person or let her get drunk there because she sat out side the restaurant all the servers thought it was(a joke) their business to talk about so customers could hear. Our bill was all messed up. Dessert at least was very good. We did watch people just walk out due to no service because the servers were too busy screwing around. Huge problem

A friend and I tried to eat at this restaurant but unfortunately they never brought us our food. We showed up about 1:50 and there were only two other tables being served, they had their food. We ordered within 5 minutes (a quesadilla and a chicken sandwich) 30 minutes later we were still waiting for our food and the waitress had no idea what was taking so long. We walked out. I wrote an email to the manager and received no response. Neither of us will ever go back now.

We were thrown out by the owner tonight. Were on date night having a couple of beers an an appetizer. While at the bar we supposedly looked at some regulars and were confronted. We never left our seats nor did we initiate any conversation. The owner proceeded to use profanity and told us he didnt need any more money and escorted us out. We are 40+ professionals that obviously dont fit Sapranos clientele. I would suggest avoiding this place!!!

Portions are large, even for a lunch serving! Blackened chicken salad has great flavor! The lasagna is great, too! Good sauce! Now, the waitresses lack enthusiasm, we had to send back 3 sets of silverware for still having dried food left on it, and the chicken nachos would be amazing if hey had real cheese not canned pump cheese. So there are a few hints that could be tweaked to amp up the experience but definitely worth stopping in!

Very friendly people and awesome pizza!!! I drove to wrong location to pick up my pizza and when I arrived at the correct location the owner/manager gave me a free order of bread and sauce for my trouble even though it was only 10 miles away - not too much of a bother for some great bread. Make sure you are calling the right location though!!! There is one is Braselton and one in Hoschton!

Just moved to the area and this was the first restaurant we tried. Weve been back twice since, trying new plates each time. We have yet to be disappointed in any aspect of our visit from food to service. Highly recommend the Cajun Pasta and meat lovers pizza. The free bread they bring to the table has been great every time as well.
