I stopped by this location on my way back from charleston (I usually go to Dunwoody or N Druid Hills) so I called in my order. I order the chipotle chicken w no bacon. The employee then said okay bye. I said ok my name is Breahna. Ill be there in 8 mins. I get lost so I try to call them back. No answer. I get there the cashier asks my name and I tell her. 2 mins later she asks my name again. Asks me what I ordered chipotle club NO BACON and rings me up. Hands me my sandwich - no thank you or anything. Doesnt hand me my receipt because she cant get then printer to work. Guess who got their sandwich with pork on it? Oh and I tried calling three times to let a manager know. No answer. I wont be returning to this location.

Usually its a great experience going to this store but last night I have to really thank the night staff for making an absolutely horrible day even worse. I admit that I wasnt paying attention to that stores closing time, I thought the store closed at 9 like the ones closer to where I live, I can understand why they were mad but if you take my money I expect to be given what I paid for. Instead I received a cold buffalo wrap, a watery smoothie, and their rude mutterings. Seriously if it was so hard for you to give me what I paid for, I would have better appreciated you turning me away at the door.

If I place an online order 30 minutes in advance before the pick up time and I arrive and its not even made yet, whats the point of placing an order online? If you offer this service then do it properly. I see plenty of workers in the kitchen dancing and joking and the dining area wasnt even crowded. So why wasnt my food on time? Not OK.

I love this place. Great food and wide variety of smoothies. I go so much they know me by name. Definitely recommend stopping by. Also their smoothies are half prices before 9 am early birds get more than the worm

Depending on whom is working on the kind of service u get. And have attempted to call in an order, no one answers phone and when you arrive at store its empty and workers are in the store yappin!
