This is the best food that a you will ever try. If you are in the mood for an awesome soul food taste then coming here is a MUST!! The burgers are delicious and the milkshakes are made the old fashioned way which makes the taste to die for. On top of all the great food the service is even better, Mr. and Mrs. Hamm are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. P.S. I just found out that this was the diner that was featured in one of my favorite movies, Tyler Perrys The Family That Preys

I stopped in on a visit to Covington after learning the exterior was used as Alices Wing And A Prayer Diner in Tyler Perrys The Family That Preys and was blown away by the "above and beyond" service and friendliness of Mr. and Mrs. Hamm! It was like stepping back in time...great food, friendly people and a relaxed, slow-paced ambiance. I wish I lived in Covington! Try the Double Meat Cheeseburger...Awesome!

I get breakfast here every once in a while - Turkey Sausage and Egg White Sandwich - and each time I call to order they know my name and treat me like family. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Service and prices are great and the food is too!

Chris was charming and the menu had everything you really need. I wish they would have collards everyday but the smothered pork chop was on point. All the food was seasoned with love and happiness with a dash of laughter

Down home, family owned diner that has been around 53 years, Town House Café has simple food and a simple atmosphere. Our server today was fun and theatrical though, for a change of pace from the usual lunch-counter feel.
