It saddens me to write this review deeming that Ive been a regular patron of this location for quite sometime. I went on for Sunday breakfast as I do frequently, the greeter and I made eye contact and here I thought she was going to greet and ask me how many in my party. Boy was I wrong! I stood there and waited for about 4 minutes or so. All the while she greeted 3 groups that walked in after me and when I brought it to her attention, she brushed me off as though it wasnt a big deal. I walked away in disappointment. I proceeded to call and speak with the Manager by the name of "Rose" and explained what happened, to only be brushed off again and to be offered a free meal. Not acknowledging the situation at hand offering me a "free meal" to appease me. Needless to say, I got no where FAST! I will NOT be going back to this location. An email/letter has been drafted to be sent to the customer relations department.

The food is made from scratch fresh ingredients, the options were good, the prices are reasonable, the reason why I probably wont come back here is the service there needs to be someone training on how to follow up and make sure the customer is happy we didnt have any napkins our waitress moved around so fast I had to catch her just to ask her about simple things, she never onced came back and asked how our food was just dropped off the bill and came back to clear the plates off the table as to say okay time for you to go! I ordered the barbocoa with eggs I hardly seen or tasted any meat and thats something that I felt like that needed to be known even when checking out the waiter just ask for my check and there were no see you back soon or have a nice day it was very unwelcoming, I didnt feel like this place does it for me as far as service but the food is good.

First Watch is a great place to eat breakfast with the family! They offer healthy items and the range of items to please everyone in the family. Even the pickiest eater in my brood finds something great to eat every time. We are greeted like old friends every time we visit. The restaurant is clean and bright and the service is fast, thorough and accurate. We often order food to go and it is always top quality and nicely packed so that when it arrives at home it is in good condition. The prices are on par for a trendy breakfast spot. I have no problem paying a little more for healthier food in a cleaner restaurant. You get that for which you pay! Enjoy!

So far, everything Ive tried off the menu has been great. Breakfast of course with fluffy waffle and fresh fruit compote. Also with non-pork offerings for sausage and cooked to order eggs. Fresh squeezed juices are so refreshing for this area....not available at most chain restaurants out here in Gwinnett. But the salads....I cant say enough good things about the fresh mixed greens, dressings with delicious taste combinations...my favorite is the Dijon-Pecan! So glad First Watch chose Snellville for store #5. Looking forward to my next visit.

Kinda foo-foo granola-crunchy kinda of grub. Healthy in the minds of those who dont understand that wheat and starch and sugar are the enemy. If you know how to pronounce quinoa, then youll probably love this place. Now, as a person who would never go to such a place except to make my wife happy, I can tell you thats its really quite good. I had a ham and cheese sandwich with tomato soup and it was tasty. The service was top notch. Not my kind of place, but if its your thing, this is one of the better ones.

I was really excited about trying this establishment for brunch. I was very disappointed. I ordered an omelette with crab meat, roasted asparagus, cheese, arugaula, and hollandaise sauce. The omelette was served with a side of potatoes. The omelette was bland very boring. Im not sure where they buy their crab meat but it was tasteless, taste like canned seafood. My potatoes were cold and they were also tasteless. I wasted $13.00. I definitely will not be going back.

Not the best ever, but definitely one of the better brunch spots in the area. Youll get a much more varied and quality menu than other local restaurants. The lemon ricotta pancakes were incredible, and the eggs Benedict was excellent with the ciabatta bread. Having the calories of each dish on the menu is a huge bonus as well. The service was fine, the atmosphere is nothing special, and it gets very busy during peak brunch hours.

Its hard to find great service in todays market, or at least Ive found that you sometimes have to search hard to find genuine people who care about your experience at their establishment. Thats why I am writing this post, visit First Watch and ask for Chris, he runs the place and ensures that every visit is perfect. He will not let you leave unless you are 100% satisfied. Oh, by the way, the food is awesome too!

This is a California style healthy choice restaurant based out of Florida. I mistakenly call it "Healthy Start" on a regular basis. It attracts a healthy crowd and alternative crowd. Chicken pesto quinoa bowl is my favorite! Mixed greens on the side consist of beet greens, dandelion greens, mixed lettuce greens ... everything is healthy! And if you want some French toast... you can have it on sourdough!

The food is good, but waaaaay overpriced for the amount of food and honestly the setting. This place would do much better if their environment and vibe matched the menu. It doesnt feel like youre eating farm-to-table when you feel like youre in a hospital cafeteria. It was good food, but I wouldnt eat here again. A $40 breakfast for two people that I can get for $25 just as good elsewhere.

We got seated after 3 groups who walked in after us and the host realized he forgot us, but didnt apologize. After being seated, it took about 6 minutes for anyone to talk to us at the table. Service was average, my wife found two hairs in her veggie burger (we didnt say anything to staff). Wont be coming back here, we had a gift card which is why we came in the first place.

Nice cage-free eggs. Kale juice was VERY light, but pre-made so you couldnt swap ingredients. Dont care for tater tots, but they were seasoned well and went well with my eggs. Service was great, Tyrone was our server, attentive & thorough. VERY busy spot, waiting area was SOO congested, but patrons & staff were all pleasant. Will return using NO WAIT app, again!

I would have loved to eat there. However there is very limited parking out in front. The other stores reserve the spots in front of their stores and threaten to tow if you park there. That leaves you to either park illegally or wait thirty minutes for a spot to open up. Immensely unhappy. I will think about coming back if they somehow fix the parking issue.

The food quality was slightly over diner quality. The fresh pico de gallo was fantastic. But the establishment was dirty. They need their staff to clean the floor during the duration of business. Plus, the bathroom trash hadnt been emptied all day. Cleanliness is not something management should overlook or neglect while the place is open for business.
