Our recent visit to Saigon Cafe has awoken my less than secret desire to be a food critic. So here goes: Ambiance: Contemporary casual. Pleasant lighting, Surfaces and floors were all clean. Service: We were seated immediately and attended to frequently and pleasantly. Offered recommendations when petitioned. Knowledgeable when asked nuance questions about menu items. Drinks: The selection was fantastic. We ordered a coconut boba (with tapioca) and mango smoothie with lychee. Do you know how hard it is to find somewhere that serves lychee in a drink? Anyway, the mango was a perfect ratio of syrup to contents and if you have never had lychee in a smoothie then your life has been bleak and colorless. These were the best drinks we have had in Atlanta. Actually, in the United States. A distant second would be the Mango lassi I had in Bloomington, IN in a restaurant that no longer exists. If you have never ordered one of these drinks, do it. Do it right now. Entrée: My wife ordered Korean bulgogi (a specialty item) and I had the Com Bi Cha Thit Nuong (Pork slices charred to a caramelized thin crust to bring out the sweet marinade and scent of lemongrass, fresh garlic and shallot onion). And yes, it was as good as it sounds. It was served with a homemade patty of steamed pork and egg custard, shredded pork tossed in a roasted rice powder, steamed jasmine rice, side salad and had Saigon Cafes homemade fragrant sauce on the side (Id highly recommend drizzling it over your rice). My wife thought it was a little fatty, but the flavor was so good she couldnt stop taking bites from my plate. I thought it was just right. The bulgogi was also delicious and was not slathered in oil like so many other places tend to do. Actually, when I am done with this, Im probably going to steal it from the fridge. The meat was evenly cooked and had a perfect ratio of meat to vegetables. Our meals were served with a pleasantly fragranced Jasmine rice. If you havent eaten here, you are missing out. If it has been a while since your last visit, you clearly suffer from retrograde amnesia because otherwise you would never forget the lychee drink.

Be careful when ordering online! This location is Lawrenceville, however its considered their Snellville store. With that being said, the staff is very lovely. I, obviously, made the mistake of selecting the wrong location when placing an online order. Upon arrival we realized what had happened and the gentleman behind the counter said not to worry, their first goal is to make me happy. He immediately put in my order and got on the phone with the other store and the company who handles the orders. Within minutes my original order was refunded back to my checking account and I was able to pay the correct location for my food, which was AMAZING. I usually order their Singapore Noodles with Chicken & Shrimp, but that night decided to try their Panang Curry, super delish.

We came in 45 minutes before closing on a Sunday night in the service was very friendly. Excellent shrimp spring rolls and grilled pork banh mi sandwich! Loved the flavorble rare steak pho Thai soup, and added meatballs for additional $2. I highly recommend this restaurant for great food and reasonable prices if you got the craving for some Vietnamese fare!!

I order a super expensive Thai tea, the milk was spoiled I told the waiter and she said "oh we dont use milk we use half and half" like if is not the same thing, later I told to a diferent waiter and he said they only use fresh milk, and they never said sorry or do you want to drink somting else. not going back

Pho broth was nice and rich and everything had tons of flavor including the tripe!! Bubble tea is good too and with a friendly staff this is a must try if you like Pho! Glad to have finally found a place nearer to my house instead of having to go out near Gwinnett Place or Buford highway.

Well i have been here 2 times. The first time it was ok. Food was decent for the prices. The second and more recent time we walked in and stood until a lady at the front told us to sit anywhere. We did and we sat and sat... 15 mins later we got up and left without ever being talked to.

Good portion for the price. very flavorful with wonderful drinks and appetizer. Wonderful service and when they forgot the piece of my order they had no problem upgrading for no extra price and apologized and brought it back in a timely manner.so four all around!!!

This place is my new go to in Snellville. Food was delicious sandwich was one of the best Ive ever had. Pho was great as well. Staff is friendly. Highly recommend this place to everyone! Pricing is very reasonable and portion sizes are good as well.

If you name your place Pho and Pho is the worst thing you have then this is the worst restaurants I would call. Flavor less Pho with partially cooked noodles. Unclean restaurant with friendly staff. Will never go back at this place.

The service some of the best Ive had in a very long time. My server is very helpful and polite and friendly and so were other servers who were not "assigned" to me. Will be leaving a nice tip if the food turns out to be good

Consistently low health scores (low 80s), so no thank you. With as many restaurants there are with good scores, theres no reason to go somewhere where theyre not protecting your health. The thought just grosses me out.

If youre in the Snellville area and want Pho, this is the place. The food is fantastic and the staff is friendly and attentive. Ill be back. Alex gave me good input on selection based on what I was looking for.

Wonderful food and fun, friendly service. The lemongrass fish was amazing and I always enjoy experimenting with their huge bubble tea and smoothie combinations. This place is in my regular rotation.

Really good! They have lots of Boba (bubble) tea options. My favorite is the avocado with tapioca! The pho is my go to and I love their clear noodles. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms.
