The Chelsea Treehouse is 20~30min away from Ann Arbor. It’s not super close, but it is worth it! I absolutely love this place. We just had our sons 5-year birthday party at the Treehouse yesterday. This was our second time holding a party there, and weve been there for other parties as well. Every time we were there, my husband and I were both pleased. These are the wonderful things about the Chelsea Treehouse: 1)Kids really have fun there. 2)The structure isnt too overwhelming where kids could get lost there. 3)Many sitting area for adults to relax. 4)Adults can have fun in the structures, too! 5)The staff really keep this place clean! There are hand wipes and hand sanitizer by every trash can. 6)If you host a birthday party there, it really is carefree! All you have to do is to bring the cake and favors. For the rest of time, you just have to hangout and watch your kids run wild. 7)The party coordinator gathers the kids, prepare the cake, and pizza for each kid. They also make sure all the kids’ hands get sanitized before they eat. 8)Carefree, carefree, and carefree! 9)Very very very very good service! The most impressive thing to me is how courteous the staffs are, especially after yesterday’s party! All the staffs look young. But they are super patient, thoughtful, and courteous. They helped us carry out the rest of the cake, pizzas, presents, and fruit trays to our car. I know this may seem like a small thing, but they even put ice cube bag in the fruit tray to keep it cold for the drive! My husband and I are so impressed with these kids. You can tell the management really cares about the business, and the staffs are trained so well. The parents of these staffs should also be proud of them!

Unlike many indoor playground joints Ive been to, this one felt warm and inviting rather than neon and shocking. BIG, comfy chairs and couches of a variety of sizes meant I had a comfy place to lounge with the baby while the bigger kids tired themselves out on the play structure. The staff was very nice and there was ALWAYS at least one person walking around sweeping up and wiping down the play equipment. They have lots of healthy snack and meal options. Pair that with the handful of restaurants within walking distance (in the same strip mall) and the local pizza joint theyre partnered with to bring you fresh pizza and theres something for even picky eaters to enjoy. All in all a great experience for me and my kids and Ill definitely be going back time and again.

Great place to let kids play while parents relax. Small area for kids 24 months and younger, and a preschool area. Also a ball court with soft balls and basketball hoops. Offers birthday parties and group rates, also memberships and punch cards at discounted rates. My kids loved it, and it gives them a great place to run and climb indoors, especially when the weather is wet, cold, or too hot! I like the variety of foods offered. There are healthy snacks as well as baked treats, smoothies, Popsicles, and ice cream bars. There is a menu for kids and adults, and adults are allowed to order from the kids menu! Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Chelsea Treehouse is a great place for kids to play! My favorite parts of visiting are the super clean play structures for the kiddos to play on and the reasonably priced and healthy food! Snack bags with fruits, veggies, jello cut outs, etc. are just $1 a bag. I have a 3 and 6 year old and they love coming here. There are also plenty of comfortable sofas for relaxing. The Tree house also has a coffee bar!! There are play areas for infants-2 years, 2 years-kindergarten, and a huge main structure for older kids. The main structure is large enough for adults so I can get in and play with my kids too!! Highly recommend!!

Had my daughters birthday there and my host was great but other than that my experience was horrible. When I called to verify number of kids coming I was on hold for 7 minutes, then they just hung up. At the party all the other workers were over barring and rude. One of there workers ripped a balloon out of my daughters hand without any explanation after spend hundreds of dollars they were worried about one balloon... Very unsatisfied with Chelsea treehouse will never have my daughters party there again... head manager was not nice, was rude and apparently the workers are always right, not the customer!

Overpriced for what it offers. Maybe fun for older kids, but the toddler area is tiny and hardly has any equipment. Weve had much more fun at free public playgrounds. Worse, the staff insisted my son wear adult socks over his footwear even though I explained he uses prosthetic casts on his feet to help him walk! Low supervision meant that there were several ten year olds playing in the toddler area (for some reason?) and nobody did anything about it. Big disappointment.

Nice play structures with slides, and tunnels. Nice areas for babies, and toddlers through kindergarten. The area with basketball nets and lots of balls tends to be crazy, with big and small kids launching balls at each other. Its decently clean, and comfortable enough for parents, despite being very loud. Overall its very busy.

Very clean establishment. The employees were walking around the entire time wiping down the equipment and vacuuming. We stayed about four hours on a Friday afternoon and it was really packed in the morning but freed up by early evening. Lots of seating for the adults and a pretty good selection of foods and drinks.

I made a last minute arrangement to have my Daughters birthday party there. They were very accommodating with me. Once we arrived, they handled everything. Kids got to run and play. Babies got to crawl around. I could see the kids inside the structure at all times . Chelsea, out party hostess was amazing!

Great little indoor playground. A little on the pricey side, but the hours are unlimited. The children loved the slides, the swinging bags, and the climbing structure. They also enjoyed the dress up clothes and the ball court. Many little details also kept them entertained like the coins embedded in the floor.

Place is clean as compared to other indoor playgrounds. Brilliant idea for them to serve zingermanns coffee to the exhausted parents who are diligently waiting for their "adrenaline fueled" children/s to burn off those energy. The play space are divided into different age group range.

Went and purchased a groupon deal from them and I read over it many times only to find out AFTER I purchased that it can not be used until the day after. This would not have been much of an issue had they stated this on their groupon special itself so customers know before hand.

Best place for parents to bring their young kids. Great cafe style sandwiches and snacks, excellent lattes & cappuccinos made from Zingermans coffee, you can always find your kid on the structure, and its CLEAN. They are also super organized and attentive for birthday parties.

Love this place! Its clean, has great updated play equipment for all ages and abilities, friendly staff, quality healthy snacks and food at a reasonable price and wifi for adults. My kids can play and if need be, I can get work done while they have a great time.
