Store #55 is the worst experience you could expect. Its been going downhill for a while now, but yesterday was the final straw. The crew was more interested in playing around and giving each other a hard time than they were interested in the customers at the counter. Ice tea? Didnt exist and nobody knew when they would make more. Condiments for the fish? Told they were our of them. Period. Want the new Cod Sandwich? Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes before you find out that nobody even began to cook it. Meanwhile the rest of your order sits on a tray on the counter so it is cold by the time you get it. Want to cancel your order? Good luck getting somebody who knows how, and a refund is going to take another eternity. And this is the first place I have been where the staff refused to give me a receipt. I would recommend that you stay well away from this restaurant.

Customers service is apparently a thing of the past. Its rare that I will even eat at Long Johns; however, on few occasions I will. Tonight we went there for a quick bite (Bell Rd, Antioch), bad decision. Employees were just standing around, drive thru was backed up, cashier was seemingly irritated that she was at work. Our order came out and my order was wrong and my husbands order was burned. The manager actually told us that his fish which she originally thought was chicken was suppose to look that way. She said, "its because the grease we use is dark". We asked for a refund and in the midst of refunding our money she took a personal call on her cell phone. We will not go there again!!!!

Actually closed only the long johns half of the restaurant 1 hour and 15 min early, when asked about it, got the excuse it was because they had lots of new people in training. What? The heck does that have to do with closing early. And if that was the case the why was the KFC half not closed as well? Food here is only decent about half the time, usually over cooked or bad batter or old fry oil. Management is a joke, staff more interested in playing around with each other or on their phones then waiting on customers at the counter. I love Long John Silvers food. But this place has completely ruined it for me. Bad employees, bad service. You feel it the minute you walk in the door.

Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru (after rude service at the speaker). Pulled up and the girl at the window was too busy asking everyone what I ordered instead of asking me to repeat my order. There were 3 bags sitting by the window & no one looked at them, the screen or asked me. The girl stood around for over 5 minutes with the window open & without acknowledging me. I sadly left without my very simple, non-customized order. Poor customer service.

Wide and I went here twice, 6 months apart and both experiences were horrible. Did was not fresh, but for some reason it took nearly 15 minutes during at the window for them to give us it. Order was not accurate, team members are not friendly and menu isnt complete which is OK because you probably wont get what you ordered anyways. My recommendation, look elsewhere, this ended in disappointment.

This is a KFC and Long John Silvers in one. Great food but the employees are always lazy and are usually more busy talking than taking your order. I stood there for almost 5 minutes while they looked at me and kept talking until the manager came from the back and yelled at them and took my order himself. He was amazing and the only thing keeping this review at 3 stars instead of 2.

This has to be the worst kfc Ive ever been to. Very poorly maintained, poor customer service, rude/ irritated body language, immature playing in the back kitchen as if they are in middle school. Dirty work/ eating environment. No leadership to be seen ANYWHERE! I guess they all hate their job

Honestly I would not rate this location. Here I am on my lunch break and mind you I only have 30 to eat and get back to work without being late. I placed my order at 1:14 and did not receive my food until almost 1:30. The service here is very slow. And I will be calling the corporate office

The food was pretty good but the service is really bad. The gentleman who came up to the register was just messing with the trash and didnt wash his hands and came up mediately and start helping us out. Thats after the lazy manager or shift leader wouldnt come out of the office

Terrible. When we went in the store was empty. We were the only customers. They still managed to get our order wrong and every single table in the dining area was dirty. It was kind of ridiculous to be honest. It was pretty obvious the staff gave zero fucks.

No condiments for the customers to use. No ketchup at all and they serve potato wedges as a side. No hand dryer or paper towels in bathroom. Just poorly maintained restaurant. Food was great an you get a hardy proportioned meal was the only plus I seen here

Was horrible. Fish was cooked in oil that should have long been changed. The girl running the register was too busy to take orders because she was talking to her visiting boyfriend about what they were doing after she got off work. Avoid this awful place.

Worst eating experience ever, we ordered the 8 pieces chicken cost about 21.99 not cheap the food quality was poor and most of it is not cooked fully services is bad. Really if we got 8 pieces of chicken for a supermarket for 8.99 it would taste better

Tried this location 3 times each time bad service in the drive thru and fish extremely dark and drenched with oil got a refund and asked about it said thats what they use. I find that hard to believe! Things could be very much improved here!

Worst service ever! Sat in drive thru forever. When I finally got to intercom they told me to hold on and that was like 10 minutes for them to get to me. Then she couldnt get the order right and was not friendly. Will never go back!!

Horrible service. Employees outside smoking and cutting up when we drove up then came inside to prepare our food. Order was incomplete and they were not cooperative when we pointed it out. Glad were just passing through.

I ordered the 2 piece fish meal. The fish was so over battered and raw inside and the coleslaw was frozen. The hushpuppies burnt. I ended up toss the entire meal. Overall the worst ever experience.

Horrible service! Wrong order, food had black residue from the fryer all over my food. Chicken was HARD. over all I will not be returning. Store smelled like crap as well. Very unmanaged.

I havent been to a KFC in years, my wife wanted fried chicken so, we gave it a try. Crispy chicken was delicious. Definetely will stop again for a quick bite when were in the area.

They never have any food after 7pm, lobby closes up to three hours early from what the sign says and its disgusting tables are never cleaned and the drink fountain have mold.
