Today I experienced the best customer service ever. Drive-thru lady notices my soda may not be mixed well so told me to check and it wasnt mixed well. Told her I would take a tea instead. She gave me a large instead of medium and also gave me a cup of ice because she knew the tea was fresh and would melt the ice. Best service from both people who helped me. Not sure of their names but the both deserve a raise. Finally some people who know how to be customer centric at a fast food joint. Thank you both.

Cashier said to us when ordering our food this isnt burger king, you cant have it the way you want it...all we asked for was a taco with meat and cheese only!! And of course we got all three tacos with lettuce and tomato on them too! what the heck!! THEN they wanted to see our receipt when we take it back up to the counter for them to make it the right way...never again...

Food is always good. People are nice. Cant say the same for cleanliness of the place. Table was dirty. My husband cleaned it. Floors are sticky. You can feel it when you walk. Floors need to be swept cause I could see the mess under the couch. Poor floor design. People run against each other when buying and leaving area. Best is going through drive-thru

Food was taco bell, but it was the customer service I was very impressed with. Clean restaurant inside and when I forgot my wallet inside the restaurant, the girl behind the counter ran it outside to me. I dont eat here often, but will when its brought up again.

Went there at 1:45 am ordered 3 party packs of tacos and was told to wait a minute she wasnt sure if they had enough meat,comes back and tells me they dont have enough meat for 1 party pack, I told them they should turn the lights off and close.

As far as Taco Bells go....this is probably the best around for about 30 or 40 miles. Dont know why, but its just better than the other Bells.
