We went to IHOP at around 3:00 a.m. and a woman named Aaron was out server. She was undoubtedly the rudest and least professional server weve ever encountered. We ordered an appetizer and instead of that she brought out our main dishes. My husband and I both spoke up -- he mentioned the appetizer and then I mentioned the sour cream I had asked for -- and she said, "Its COMING. I only have TWO hands. Give me time!" If the appetizer had arrived as it should have she wouldnt have needed to worry because she would have brought that out already. After her rude comment about two hands we waited forever for refills and a bottle of ketchup. The coffee was ice cold. Heres the kicker ... my husband and I were the ONLY customers in the place. Being able to keep our drinks refilled at least once shouldnt have been an issue. Hands down the worst dining experience weve had in years.

We like coming here because theres rarely a crowd (except Sunday mornings). The staff is friendly and usually pretty attentive without being annoying. The food is quickly prepared and delivered hot. It tastes pretty good but doesnt really "wow" you. Prices are pretty decent for what you get. Overall, its a positive experience to eat here, though nothing over-the-top awesome. Theres certainly other IHOPs and other breakfasty places around that are better, but this certainly isnt a bad place.

Cooks refuse to read what is written down on the order and just seem to wing it all three times Ive been here. Every single time Ive went my bread has been dry and stale and my burger either lacking materials or just wrong ones used. The last straw for me was crapes we received tonight, incorrect portion and were served dry and with a side bowl of cream cheese instead of being added into them.

Myself,my 3 year old son,My 25 year old daughter and my wife ate here.My daughter and wife ate different dishes while me and my 3 year old shared the same food.This was at 8 pm. by 5 am the next morning we both had diarrhea. I had to take my 3 year old to the emergency room because his was so bad he had blood in his stool. I asked them to pay the 170.00 ER Bill. They refused.

My husband and I LOVE IHOP. Weve recently been going all around Cobb county to find one that doesnt have CRAPPY service. This one isnt in Cobb county but its worth the drive! We always revive great costumer service whenever we come. I have had an order that was messed up once here but it was quickly taken care of. We will only go to the Cartersville IHOP from now on.

Tonight Ihope does not deserve A star. I am very disappointed. There was a total of 14-20 people waiting around 10pm. The restaurant was not busy whatsoever. We all came in at the same time we waited a total of 10-15 mins and nobody approached us or anybody that was waiting. We all left. Poor store! poor service! I will go above and beyond about this situation!

The service was absolutely AWFUL. Extremely rude the whole time. I went with three friends, and we all left about a 1.50 tip each since the waitress was absolutely horrible. I guess she saw only one of our tips, and as we were leaving the table, our waitress called US rude. Wow. Dont ever come here. Rude waitresses and mediocre food.

Marissa, my server, did just fine. I felt super safe this morning as over 20 of Bartow Countys finest were there as well as members of the Cartersville police department. I had an Army major and his wife at a table nearby and lots of golden oldies from the 70s on the radio as I ate and read my Bible. A good way to start the day!

Excellent service. It was hot and we had a wait but didnt want to leave our dog in the car without a/c for more than 20 min. Not only did they come out to our car to get us (so we could leave a/c on for dog) they served us very quickly, kindly, and excellently. Food was great. Staff was great. What more can you ask for?

The worst IHOP I have ever been to. Waitress was nice but messed up on the check, larger party, charges crazy amounts on wrong cards. When we noticed and called back, the manager-in-training was rude and very unprofessional. Said there was nothing we could do BUT WAIT for charge to drop. No apologies.

I tried to place a to go order and i was put on hold for ten minutes. I called back and again i was put on hold. I stayed on hold the whole time i drove up to the restaurant and walked inside still on hold. This is a horrible location and every experience i have had here were all awful!

We stopped at this IHOP on Christmas Day while traveling because it was one of the only places that was open. There was a wait to get seated and a long wait for the food, but this was understandable given how crowded it was. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.

Absolutely awful. Took almost 20 minutes for drinks, and then another 30-45 to get the food. Our waitress forgot the pancakes and had to go back and get those and that took another 10 minutes. She rarely checked on us during the entire time we were there. Will not go back.

The place was busy. They may have been short staffed because the managers were delivering food, cleaning tables and seating guests. The server took a little while to get to the table, but she was very accommodating once she took our order. Food was as expected.

Given SMALL table when 5 normal sized booths available. One was big table for groups, but that still leaves 4 regular booths. Couple behind us was given regular booth. Waitress asked if we wanted warm syrup, we said yes. It was never brought to table.

The music. Im not joking. They play a playlist of top-pop romance songs, and each sounds more and more similar until they blend together into a cacophony of pron grooves. I give it the Stars for 24-hour access to some spicy omelets and free WiFi.

Service here was terrible. Food was cold and lack luster. Our waitress took everyones order but mine and had to be called back to take my order. Also dont ask for a Coke, they only have Pepsi. Service was slow, even paying the check was an ordeal.

This is definitely our favorite eat-in restaurant in town. The servers are fantastic - many have become personal friends. The menu is fantastic - you can order just about anything you can think of. The prices are very reasonable.

Great food, as Ive come to expect from IHOP, but we also received great service. Alix put us at ease and frequently checked up on us, even offering me a water to go when he noticed how thirsty I was. Very enjoyable experience.

Ive given this place a couple of chances and it just doesnt cut it. While 24/7, it offers nothing more than an uncomfortable place to wait for a tow truck. Short staffed, cold food, facilities issues. Fairly convenient to I-75.
