Last 2 times I have been there my experience was horrible. A couple months ago when they had the smoked BBQ or whatever, the pizza was so hard we threw it away. It was late and didnt feel like getting back out. Called and spoke to a manager the next day, and was very nice about it. So I wait a long while to go back. I went back this past Sunday night and got 2 of the $6 Pepperoni. Again, it was late so I didnt think anything of it until after the fact, but the girl didnt "show" me the pizza before i left. Im in a hurry to get home so when I get the pizza in the house and reach in box to get a piece, its HARD. Even looked like it had been sitting for a long while. I love Little Caesars, but dont think Ill ever go back to this one on Tennessee St. in Cartersville.

Just left this location, the food was suprisingly good and fresh, the service however was horrible. The gentleman in from of me got treated like he was stupid. The cashier showed no want or will to be there, not a single hello, or how you doing thank you or even a smile. As I was leaving i let the cashier know that her customer service was awesome (sarcasm) and to my surprise she thought I was serious! Quickly told her I was joking and that her service was horrid. I think yall could do much better...

Worst service ever! These employees do not care about their jobs at all. This is the 4th time they have messed up my order! Its a simple order! Just a pepperoni cheese Bread with a mtn dew. Thats all! But no one here can seem to get it right! I will never be coming to this location ever again. On the other hand I praise the Canton location. Ive never had any issues and they go above and beyond to please their customers!

Always check to make sure your order is fresh. This location is terrible about sending out old food. Another note- called to order new stuffed pizza with thirty minutes to close and they did not let me order. Between that and the old cheesy bread I got yesterday... Was time to leave a review. The food can be good but do not take their word for it being "fresh"- they dont care, they are all kids.

I give the pizza 5 stars but the rude high school kids that deal with the customer service side get a 1. I am sorry you have to actually do your job. Always rude, and make it seem that you are inconveniencing them by wanting to spend your money in their store. Want to improve this store? Start by hiring people that care about their job, and putting customers first.

Hot and ready pizza was an excellent idea. Ive been a customer here for a while now. Whenever I get starving and have people that are ready to eat and currently broke college students or graduates with me it is very delicious, convenient, and fast.

This is the only little ceasars to not offer cheesy jalapeño bread. The food is always old and they never give you marinara sauce with your cheesy bread. Product aside, just an awful location. Poor service all around.

This place is pretty good! I wouldnt eat here late in the evening, the pizza seems worse. They have forgotten my drink the last few times, but over all they have great food and decent service.

For the third consecutive time we had to wait over 15 minutes for the crazy bread. Today our wait was over 20 minutes and when we went back to check, they had forgotten about us!!

I call in pizza at 7 p.m. I get there at 7:25 p.m. pizza isnt ready till 7:45 p.m. and I had to go inside and get it.. hot and never ready smh
