---UPDATE-UPDATE-UPDATE--- I visited on March 28th and it was GREAT! 1000Xs better than my first experience. The employees were very friendly and attentive! Got welcomed and thanked for coming! The bar was fully stocked and all the pizzas looked great. I had a personal order and unfortunately it took them well over 20 minutes to get my order out to my table. I think they forgot and only made them after I complained at the 20 minute mark. However, they were extremely apologetic. The manager (James?) apologized to me twice. Heck, they even gave me a box to take my slices home since Id waited so long. Their sauces were definitely up to standard this time around! None of that watered down nonsense. Much better than my first visit which you can read below. Hopefully this latest visit is their new normal! ----------------------------------------------------------------- This is the only Cicis Ive been to where you have to clean up after yourself. As if that wasnt bad enough, their pizza and service sucked. Their slices were HORRIBLY cut and when I asked them to help me out- I got looked at like I was crazy. Excuse me for expecting to be able to take apart the pizzas yall just put on the bar. Also, some slices were massive while others were tiny slivers. I didnt get the "Welcome to Cicis!" as I walked in or the "Bye, thank you!" when I walked out. Ive been to plenty of Cicis and this was by far the worse experience Ive had. Additionally, the "alfredo" sauce was essentially white water. It was so runny and disappointing. Also they didnt have jalapeño at the salad bar. Overall, place sucks, but its Cicis and youre paying like $6.

Has been about 10 years since visiting a CiCis Pizza. I now remember why. This has been the nastiest Pizza I have ever paid for. The staff was clueless on what they had at the bar. They asked us what our 3 year old son would like as we finished paying, we said plain cheese without the marinara sauce. He told us he will make us one. As he brought it out, he explained that we should have just got it from the bar as it was already up there. Tried to belittle us into submission. The pizza selection was between 6 different varieties, which were all the same giv or take pepperoni. The childrens arcade was overpriced, which may not be a concern to some. A worked also kept coming around and every 5 minutes asking for our plates as we were clearly still eating off of. I gave a 2 out of 5 mainly because I did not feel a professional sense of service was provided for the amount of money spent. The plus side to my review would be the cheesy bread was delicious.

Everything was great as usual, except the cinnamon rolls were raw. I told the manager and he immediately pulled them from the bar. We left and I was a little disappointed because they are my favorite part of Ciciss. We were standing in the parking lot and the manager came out and apologized for the cinnamon rolls and gave us an entire box of them. That is why I gave them 5 stars and would recommend this Cicis to anyone. Thank you Mr manager for taking care of us.

On the day I visited this CiCis, it seemed a little too crowded due to a school bus just recently dropping off students, but the staff handled the crowd pretty well. The food was fresh and pizzas came out very quickly. I was able to get a custom pizza and didnt have to wait longer than I would on a slower day, so all-in-all it was an enjoyable experience.

This place was clean and friendly. Pizzas were hot and we ask for a buffalo chicken pizza as soon as we came in and they had one ready for us in no time. Did I mention that everyone was very friendly! We just stopped in while traveling, but based on this one visit, I would definitely come back again and recommend you give it a try.

We will never go back to this place. When we were there. The girl putting out pizza was rude. There was knats flying all over your food. I asked to talk to a manager witch I was hardly ever do. And he was also rude. The buss boy was the sweetest and apologized. Kids miss it. But they need new management.

This is the worste cicis i have ever been to. The pizza was more than aweful, we had five in our party, 40.00 wasted. Then the little young white guy wants to walk around and smile at all the women his face came straight out of the oven. I will never again go to another cicis everyone of them is crap.

cicis is a very good place, i brought my bad but dedicated baseball team there and they all loved it. i didnt enjoy as much but i still count it as edible. it must be a age thing, something i cant related too. any way preferably recomended for any once wanting some good pizza time!!!

Drove out of our way to go try this.. it was horrible! Old pizza, no sauce, Alfredo was from last week. Once a pizza was gone forget seeing another one until your finished eating. No cheese for salad. Just a bad experience all the way around.

We are from Florida, and this is the best cicis we have ever been too. It was a wonderful experience from hot fresh pizza, to nice friendly employees. Sarah was a wonderful manager and made us feel welcomed. We are very happy we made that stop.

This was a nasty place to eat at. How is pizza good if its burnt crust.. And the manager or employee blows her nose in the bathroom AFTER washing her hand... UGH. It was NOT worth my money at all.... NEVER GONNA VISIT HERE AGAIN..

Waxed paper Chicken soup cups do not shield you from the very hot soup ! Nice manager James helped me with first aid for my hand I dropped the hot soup on. Food otherwise o.k. for the price and quantity of buffet selections.

Nice place been there many times over the years but the quality of the food there has gone down hill. Very over cooked last 2 times I have been. Will probably go back since its the only pizza buffet in Cartersville.

Because we asked for pizza to our table and the lady put it on the buffet line and we never got our pizza and when we walked in the lady at the front was talking on her cell phone and we thought that was very rude

Our Cicis has the nicest personnel of any Ive eaten at. The restraunt was clean, the food piping hot and delicious. We love eating there. We also love their personal greeting as we come and when we leave

Fun stop for kids. Tends to be loud and busy like most CiCis locations. Cleaner than most. Very friendly staff. Small game room. Favorite meet-up location for schools, baseball functions, birthday parties.

This store seems to have a bigger selection than other CiCis. The food was like any other CiCis. The floor was dirty and needed to be swept and mopped but other than that it was what we expected.
