My family and I went in for dinner on a Tuesday evening, we sat in the lobby for 10 minutes another person waiting walked to the back to get someone to seat us. We were sat and there was only 1 sever on and apparently the manager was in the back cooking. We sat at our table for awhile a man in street clothes came to our table asking if the server had taken our order, we said no so he went and got the kid. Alex was the server responsible for the whole front because someone called in.. He came over took our order and got us our drinks, while waiting on our food there was a girl who I assumed was an employee because she was in the kitchen, she was wearing short shorts a t-shirt and flip flops.. Her and a male were messing around back there and she started throwing f bombs because he threw some water Im assuming on her.. My kids were able to hear it all.. The food was terrible they put old hash browns in my omelet hoping I wouldnt notice they were dead.. As a former ihop employee it was obvious.. The manager finally emerged from the kitchen and she ended up coming our ticket, I told her that wasnt necessary since I was eating it because I hadnt eaten at all that day... This is the worst ran ihop I have ever been to we have never had a good experience here.. Will never be back.. Alex our server was the only good part of our experience. Dont waste your time or money.. Horrible!!

This is not my favorite IHOP. We were one of two customers in the restaurant and the food took about 20 minutes to come out. When it did, the plates were so hot the server had a hard time holding them. Telling me, that our food had been sitting in the window a long time. The server, on two occasions, also left our table and went to the server bay and was laughing like mad with another server and then looking at us. Not sure if they thought we couldnt see them.

One star is a gift. While eating last Sunday, I went to the restroom. As I was coming out of the stall an employee was coming out of the one next to me. Expecting to have to wait for the sink since another customer was already at one, I was SHOCKED when the employee simply walked out and DID NOT wash her hands. GROSS! Then I witnessed her pick up food with her hands and deliver it to waiting customers. I will never eat there again!

I was really disappointed. Had the senior pot roast. Ive had it several times in the past and really enjoyed it. This had so much gristle that one piece is all that I could eat or even cut with my knife. The rest was to be thrown away. Told the waitress that it should not be served. It was not her fault at all, but I was really disappointed and at this point we have marked them off the list of places to eat. Carolyn Haynes

Waitress was very nice. Received our food toast was not even toasted we had to send that back my eggs were so cold that the cheese was still laying in a big Square on top of my Scramble and I had to send that back as well there always seems to be a problem with IHOP making toast he always requested to be toasted extra crispy and that never happens

The waiter was really polite. He seemed to be a little stressed out though. He really tried to make sure we had a good experience though. The people in the kitchen damn near got everything wrong. The server really made up for it. The host was really rude. We asked for some tea for my friends daughter and he told us to have a good night

Food was great! Logan the waiter brought us the check when our food hit the table though. We felt rushed the entire time. It was my birthday dinner and this dude had me stressed out the whole time. He kept eyeballing us every 2 seconds and kept passive aggressively asking us to pay and leave. We were there like 20 minutes tops lol

Im giving 4 stars upon the service before our meal even arrived. The server was extremely patient and understanding tue diffficulty of teaching a 2 year old proper manners to dispay in public. Will update if anychamges but having been a server for many of years I dont see any dissapointments to come.

I live very close, and always enjoy the food, but this location consistently has the slowest service of any restaurant around here. Sometimes it has been an hour between placing the order and receiving the food. You could drive to the IHOP in Woodstock and get food faster than this place.

I love pancakes and eat here often. A few times the pancakes I had to send back bc they were not done in the middle and they were slow to get it out (not busy times).Overall the food is good. I almost always have a good Server and very good atmosphere.

Really went downhill after new management. Im from Jasper and make my way to Canton on a weekly basis. This at one point was my go-to but not anymore. That manager needs to be bumped back down to server recognition and start over.

This place has been a solid breakfast stop for us in an area that doesnt have a ton of options. Our service has always been decent to good and the food is better than average. Im telling you their coffee is usually really good

Went in after working until midnight. Was seated immediately. Only 4 other tables were occupied. We were never asked what we would like to drink. After 15 minutes of hearing people play around we left.

Kaitlyn did not have any leadership skills as a manager and was very shocked to know she was the manager of this IHOP. I come here often and just did not receive great service this time around

The folks here are friendly. Many friends of the family comes here. The food is good. Downer is we had to ask for extra items (lemon/napkins) multiple times before receiving it.
