First off let me say that we as a family love the Red Robin in Cumming, Ga. We have had nothing but great food and service there. MALL OF GA RED ROBIN IS HORRIBLE!!!! To start when I checked in I told the hostess that I had a party of 3 and needed a highchair. The wair time was fine, but once called back they had call four large parties at a time and the very small front was packed full of people waiting to be seated. The tables were not ready. Once shown to the table we reminded the host we needed a highchair. He stated they didnt have any and said they had a booster seat for a booth. My baby is 15 months old and has never sat in a booth in a booster seat she is WAY to small and young for that. Also the booster seat states only to use with a chair. Very dangerous. I was holding the booster seat the whole time. Once we were finally seated. My husband order a Miller Lite, it took the waitress 10 mintues to come back and tell him they were out. He then order something else and it took 20 mintues to get that. My order was incorrect and we asked for the flavored ketchup, took forever to get it and we never got a second order fries after asking it for twice. By this time we paid at the table kiosk and left. We will not be going back to this location again.

Visited there sat night oct 14 2016 before catching a movie. Place was a mess - everything was dirty. Tables were gross looking and not properly cleaned. In fact - the table we got was pretty gross and the person seating us said "is this table ok?" looking at the filth on the table trying to see if we were going to be ok with it. I said "can you get someone to clean it?" they just placed the menus down and walked off. On top of that, honestly it was the worst food Ive ever had in my life. My burger was so bad - I actually had people at my table try it just to make sure I wasnt crazy. Everyone agreed it was the worst thing they had eaten. We had a party of three and only one person in our group thought their food was just "ok." There are so many craft burger joints out there now - Red Robin is on the same level of McDonalds at this point. Ended up getting my meal comped after only taking a couple of bites of my meal. Will never go back. Im done supporting restaurants with crap food and service. If youre in this area I would recommend parma tavern or burger 21 for a burger. I mean honestly even McDonalds is better than Red Robin. And youll save money too.

I have never been to a Red Robins with great service. I love the food but the service keeps me from coming back more frequently. To be honest o Charles bacon cheese burger is just as good. However no one beats them on a specialty burgers. Both take out and in house service are all bad. To pick your food up at the bar takes like 10 to 20 longer then you Were told it would take. So you stand there waiting and they always mess up. In house service the wait staff is slow and boarder line incompetent. For a good specialty burger you have to choose the lesser of the Two evils.

Terrible excuse for a Red Robin property. First strike dirty table and bench seats. Second strike, would never fulfill our request for napkins to wipe off the table. Third strike food was terribly slow to come out. Fourth strike food came out on dirty plates, asked for a clean plate server didnt feel like we were being reasonable however she ended up bringing us a clean plate. Fifth strike food was sub-par. Last strike no refill was ever offered, sat with empty drinks for over half the meal. Dont waste your time at this establishment.

Horrible experience!!! Food was good but the service was terrible. The waitress only came to the table to take the order. Never saw her again after that. She came by when we were done and ready to leave!!! No napkins. Appetizer was brought after the meal. No silverware no refills. When requested to speak with the manager only offered to talk to the waitress not even a 10% discount for the horrible experience. Will never come back!!!!!

Food was GREAT but the the service wasnt. Our waitress rarely came to see about how we were. Her interactions were minimum and her attitude wasnt pleasant. Even toward the hostess. We had to flag the manager on shift for refills on drinks and food.In fact, the manager was more of our waitress. Again, the food was great but our particular waitress (Alicia) service wasnt.

Jordana greeted us when we came and left with a huge smile...Food was great. Great presentation infused with flavor from the grill. Price was reasonable and we had awesome service from our waiter Ryan. He was attentive, courteous and catered to our needs. We will return with our family again!

The service is hit or miss at this location. The place is loud, but all Red Robins seem to be. The burgers is also hit or miss. I love the chophouse cause it is so saucy but this location twice now hasnt made it right. If youre near the mall go to burger 21 instead.

Extremely repulsing and dirty. Went here and ordered the Arctic Cod fish and chips. As I was eating the fish, I found a hair that was not ON the fish but wrapped around IN the fish. Very disgusting and dirty place. Dont go here unless you want to consume hair.

I gotta say this was the best Red Robin I have been to and Ive been to a few of them. Fast prompt service. Drinks never went below half. Food came out pretty quickly even though they were slammed. Definitely will be back to this one

Excellent and Friendly Service from the whole staff. They are on top of things Fries and Drinks kept coming didnt have to look around to ask. 1st time here. Will come back when in the area. The food was great too.

Price normal for red robin, a little high (thats franchise for you). However, the speed and customer service even when having a massive amount of people is astonishing, and maybe even physically impossible.

Newer location for Red Robin so everything is nice and new. The waiter we had was very friendly and quick to get our items out to us. The food was prepared perfectly. The beer menu is a bit pricey

Absolutely the slowest service ever! Got two of our orders wrong. Very small and loud. Kids screaming on top of their lungs and mgmt does nothing about it!. Will never go back again!!
