Seated quickly, but waited over 45 minutes for the WRONG food. I ordered what I normally order (we frequent this establishment a few mornings a month) but was charged a fee for substituting out the meat as I am a vegetarian. Almost 1 hour wait time for our food and the waitress avoided our table and never gave an undate on the overdue food until asked. The pancakes were cold and obviously had been ready for a while, but not brought to us. My husbands breakfast taco were requested with egg whites, but we were given regular eggs heavily smoothered in cheese. When this was mentioned to the waitress she assured us they were egg whites. We heard her ask the kitchen staff if egg whites were used to which she returned and said you can ask the front to remove them (Ill take that has a big fat No, they did not use egg whites). Worst food and service ever!!

First, this place is not The Original Pancake House, even though Google Maps has linked the website to this listing. The food: It was cheap tasting. Most of it tasted like it had been previously frozen. The bacon was really chewy. The pancakes tasted like a box mix from the grocery store. Honestly, The biscuits was the best tasting part we received. Seriously good biscuits. Unfortunately, the gravy on them tasted like it came from a factory made mix. Employees: The people that served us were nice and prompt. The manager acted as if she had better, more important places to be. When compared to other breakfast restaurants, I would rank Ihop and Waffle House as being much better.

I keep giving this place a chance because the food is actually really good. But the service is the absolute worst. I live really close so we have called in an order multiple times and not once have we actually gotten the correct order. We tried uber eats, thinking it would be better going through an actual business, and they still didnt get the order right. I had to go pick it up which defeated the purpose of paying extra for the uber eats service. Definitely wont be giving them any more business. Disappointing.

Went here for breakfast on Fathers Day. There were 6 people in our party. This is a small place but they were able to accommodate us. There was a 20 minute wait for a table but that was expected since it was a weekend morning and Fathers Day as well. Food was super affordable and the waitress was friendly. I had the cheesecake pancakes and they were great. Everyone else in our group cleared their plates. Would recommend if youre looking for a cozy and affordable breakfast.

My spouse and I have been going here for years. The food is always great and the staff very friendly. Im on a diet and they are always accommodating in switching out items for fruit or other options. Im glad they are doing well and opened a new location in Lawrenceville. Id love to see one open in Sugar Hill or Buford.

Thursday morning, 10am-ish, and I was promptly seated. Within 3 min Silvia greeted me with a smile. Took my order, started off with fresh coffee. Weekly special $5.99 2 pancakes, eggs and sausage was just enough to start my day. This is usual place to have father/son breakfast time. Nothing fancy, just good diner food.

This is my third visit. Pleasant place with good food. On Saturday mornings, i wait a little longer for food, but never too long. The wait to be seated has always been great, even during peak times. Excellent customer service. Lisa served me today. She was delightful. Prices are great.

A great place to go when you dont want to deal with the perpetually packed IHOP, or Waffle House. The staff is friendly, and the food that Ive tried so far has been pretty good. I could do without the TVs on the walls, but otherwise everything is good.
