My husband and I have been coming to panera nearly every Sunday for almost 2 years and nearly every time we are at the Mall of Georgia location someone is upset with the service and a manager has to get involved. We have had several mediocre visits ourselves but after this Sunday we will not be coming back to this location. First of all they only had a fraction of their bagel selection available and when we asked how long for other to be made they said about 20 minutes so I agreed to wait. While waiting our buzzer went off and I went to get our drinks and my coffe was wrong. I told them at the counter and the guy rudely told me it had been there forever practically blaming me for waiting to get it when I came immediately. Come to find out they never even made my coffee so I waited while he didnt make my coffee then he asked me what I ordered again before making it. Therefore even though he had already ignored my order he acted as if I was an inconvenience. After about an hour of patiently waiting on the bagel and checking several times and tryin to get a manager for assistance as she walked by me 3 times one of the cashiers told me they dont make more bagels until the evening. She was quick to get the manager I had tried to flag down earlier. The manager explained that she was very sorry but she was here by herself. She did refund us but the service was so terrible and incompetent so many times before we will not be going back to this location.

This Panera Bread pretended to offer me employment as a baker. I performed the interview well. Then, I was told this was required for my employment, I performed as a baker for almost four hours that night. The woman that worked with me acknowledged my ability to perform this job without problems. I was asked to submit to a background check, which I did. Keep in mind I was told I would be paid for my work. Days later I received a call from the bakery manager starting that I couldnt work because I lied about my background, and proceeded to tell me I was a felon. This had me worried about my record because I knew I wasnt. I was told I had felonies in two states. I asked for a copy of my background check for dispute. Upon receipt of said document, I found this statement to be a complete fallacy. When I responded about the mistake, I never got a response. Needless to say, this Panera lied to me to get four hours of labor from me with no intent to pay me. This is extremely unprofessional, and not to mention the hour drive there and hour drive back on gas. I consider this stealing. No business in good conscience would do this, and Ive never been treated so ridiculously. Therefore, I rate one star because I cannot rate less.

I really wish i can given them not even one star, this place is very expensive and i dont mind paying a high price for my food as long as it is good, but the food is so bad, the costumer service is even worst than the food, i have order their chicken noodle soup before and most of the time is more broth than anything, all the time i was making excuses for them, it was probably rush hour, probably they did not notice until i went today and ask for one more to go, i told the lady at the window please make sure there is actually chicken and noodles in there because i have gotten only water in the past , besides waiting almost 15 on the line to actually get my food , when i got home it was only broth again !! this will be the last time they rob me blind !! there is many other places to eat besides this dump !! is always dirty inside !! be wise and dont waste your money the food is not worth it !!!!

Ive gone to this panera three times and every single time my order has been wrong. All I have asked for is a plain toasted bagel with plain cream cheese and add ham and white cheddar cheese. Its very simple but yet it is so complicated for people to understand. This last time I went they forget to hand me another sandwich I had paid for so I went back for it and forgot to check if the bagel was correct and of course it was not. They gave me a free bakery treat for my troubles but I still didnt have the cream cheese on my bagel like I paid for. $1.30 for cream cheese yet there was abosolutely no cream cheese not on the bagel or even a container of it.

People should not go into this panera expecting the usual great panera food or great panera service. I have given them 3 opportunities at the drive through and have been disappointed twice. I called the manager and was told to come in with my name and they would replace my sandwich. I came in and was told that it is not their policy and I needed the name of the manager I spoke with or the receipt. I was told that too many people are fake customers and that they had replaced my sandwhich already. Basically argued and called me a liar. What happened to serving the customer? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this panera.

This is THE place I buy bread from so Im giving these guys 5 stars to bump them up a bit. Ive always received good service but there does seem to be some room for more experienced staff. Occasionally, Ill also have lunch there when its not during a rush, because Im not a masochist and because the average level of patron entitlement makes me physically uncomfortable. Note to the owner: make sure you are paying for the best talent and training them better before you release them into wild insanity that is a rush-hour Panera.

This is my first time to this location. I have to say that it is a very nice location since it recently opened. It is extremely clean and modern. I also like the fact that they have a drive thru and take online orders (not all locations do). The staff seems friendly also. The internet is pretty good for free internet. I get 1.39Mbps download and 1.29 Mbps upload speeds. If you are looking for a place to work remotely in this location this is your spot. It has lots of seating and outlets underneath each booth.

drove 20 min to panera...ordered my usual green goddess salad...it was ready fairly quickly...it looked great...i was ready to enjoy it...wrong!!!! they ran out of the mix for that specific salad so they covered romaine with lots of goodies and hoping i was stupid enough to fall for that....the manager didnt care and so i asked for my money back...never going back..horrible service..presentation of the food and just overall expirience. They dont deserve any stars

NEVER AGAIN. I placed an order here via phone. The young lady on the call was extremely rude. Her name was Lexi. After an hour and a half, I went to pick up my food, which was not ready at the time they said. I was not very happy, because this caused me to be late for work. When I mentioned this to Lexi, she shrugged her shoulders at me & said well theyre making it. I will never return here EVER again!!!!! We will be doing business elsewhere for my company.
