Visit to the food court...what the...? we ordered from Asian Chao, the man was moving his arms in circles indicating for the customers to move...the most insane crap I have ever witnessed. I dont usually visit the food court but thought I would take my children to eat MISTAKE... the food was ok hence the two stars. (not the "crab ragoon" that was like some gelatinous goo oozing out of crust) versus our order from Great Wraps. If you compare it to the bland, undercooked, mass of protein and starch gyro and chicken platter, the lo mein was good. I should have known and even said to myself, wonder why no one is at Great Wraps...Why is this happening, who wants to be herded. If you eat this food and take this type of treatment you need to raise your standards. Never again!

It was horrible!! And the person how supposed to give him sorry about what was wrong with your meal was so rude and disrespect!! The met in my meal was under coock and the has a bad odor! I tell him in hi said oh is good i good eaten eaten a tolk him not if is good for you you can eat that first but i dont gonna eaten so hi put that met in the grille againg and try to giveme to my again in the same plate but a said no i dont wanna no more and hi put my met in a other customer plate !! So i told the nex person was goin on with her meal; so the owner has no way so hom put in a table in the back ! But im pretty sure hi is going to give to somebody !! So dont come to this place !! I do 1 star because is the only way to writte this!!

The service is badddd,they asked for vegetables and if you said no thanks they didnt discount. .50cents but if you ask for extra white rice instead of vegetables they charge you .50 cents and they are rude a every time they give you less chicken......bad attitude they never smile in sorry because my kids love the chicken

My worse nightmare came true!!!! I took a bite of the famous "Chicken Teriyaki" that they serve and pulled a roach out of my mouth!!!! I wanted to punch somebody, like the manager!!! I would advise you to NEVER EVER go here, unless you like fried roach with your fried rice!!!!

Not bad for mall chicken teriyaki. Id avoid the "crab rangon" though. (seriously, thats how they spelled it on the menu). Im not sure whats in it but it sure isnt crab.
