This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Walked in the dining room and some employees were actually sleeping. The staff was totally unfriendly. Barely spoke to us. My meal was cold and the bread was stale. The additional salad I ordered was also made incorrectly with missing ingredients and it also took quite a while to get it made. Asked to have another one made and it was equally as bad. The bun was flat as a pancake. On top of that, they were out of several fountain drinks as well most condiments. There was a giant puddle on the floor right in front of the fountain drinks with zero employees bothering to clean it up. While we were eating, two employees started arguing in the dining room and eventually one of them stormed off and left outside. Another employee interrupted our meal to sweep up a piece of lettuce on the ground and said her reasoning was "I want to get out of here." I guess the pool of water wasnt as much of a hazard as that piece of lettuce was because she didnt bother to clean up the water. The TVs were set to a screen that says "set up your wireless receiver." There was zero apology for our meal being awful and none of the employees cared about anything at all. I cannot believe this place is in business. Whomever the owner of this franchise is should be totally embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. If I were the owner of this place I would be mortified walking in and seeing the condition of the dining room, general atmosphere, and the employees unfriendliness. If you want your order wrong, cold, stale, and enjoy your shoes getting soaked from random pools of water, bring your family here. Otherwise - eat at one of the many better establishments close by.

This is the worst and nastiest Burger King I have ever been to. The wait times are always way long even if there isnt any customers inside or in the drive-thru. The soda never tastes good and I usually get gross cold fries. It also grosses me out to see the employees hanging out in the parking lot smoking. The gas station next door has a car wash and there is always questionable people loitering around doing suspicious activity. Maybe the owners of this burger king should talk to the gas station about cleaning up that area. Its trashy. I feel like between the Mcdonalds across the street and this place they just trade off terrible employees. Ive also paid for cheese on my veggie burger multiple times and never get it. I now avoid this place even if it means I go hungry. Burger King is the only fast food restaurant that has a veggie burger and this is the only one around where I live. I am just glad I dont waste my hard earned money there any longer.

The service could be faster, but have never gotten bad food. I have been to this Burger King numerous times and never had horrible food as some of you speak of, nor has the place been filthy. I am there often so I know what Im talking about. Some days the customers are rude and in a horrible mood and take their frustrations out on the employees. I have seen this myself first hand. Some of you need to check your own attitude and treat people the way you expect to be treated and dont curse the employees or hurt their feelings. They are not there to be abused by you either.

The service is always horrible weather its dine in or drive through. Ive never been to this store and not been disappointed. The only thing they have going for thembis the 100 grade on their health department inspection. I guess when you serve food at a snails pace you dont get the place too dirty. Go to waffle house or cracker barrel avoid this place at all cost

It was. The most horrible place Ive been in . The floors were wet from the rain noone bothered to clean the water up so guess what happened . I fell ND the manager and staff just looked and laughed . Like really . The manager was letting her son run around with no shirt or shoes on with customers in there and on top of that they served me. Burnt

Horrible!!! these people served raw chicken on a bun. The chicken wasnt partially cooked it was completely raw. When I spoke to the manager he asked if he can give me another sandwich....Never asked to refund our money. Then blamed a new employee that didnt know how to cook....so they obviously do not train people!!

If you get a soft drink instead of a coffee with your breakfast meal they quietly add a surcharge to your bill. Are times really that hard in the burger kingdom that you cant tell me: "hey, its gonna be a couple quarters more, that cool?" To be fair, food is good and staff is friendly here.

They accused me of passing counterfeit money to them. The bill was an older 5 dollar bill 1963 with red lettering. Very common for that yr. When I asked the girl why she thought it was counterfeit she said "it just is". Apparently they have currency experts working there.

This is my first time here and the first crispy chicken sandwich. Two first and two lasts! The chicken is old and the buns seems and us falling apart as I grab it. The fries are barely warm. Just not a good experience. Well the young lady taking my order was nice!

As a former Burger king manager,i was completely disappointed in my visit. They had products advertised which they didnt have and i dont know when they changed their shake recipe. But this is the absolute worst chocolate shake i have ever had.

Service is slow. Waited in the drive thru more than 20 minutes and drove away before I got my food. Another time I went in and my whole order was wrong. It was like the person taking my order couldnt hear cause the order was wrung up wrong.

I usually go to my local Burger King to use the free WiFi. Theyre always nice to me, but the TV is usually on some show with a lot of bleeps. Its kind of distracting. They should tune the TV to CNN or something.

Great service and friendly staff! If there is a mistake they apologize and do it with a smile on their face. (You cant rate them a bad review if they make a mistake and apologize What human doesnt make mistakes)
