We used to come here all the time. The food was good, the service was always great. But after today, this place is just losing its edge and allures. We order per usual mozerella sticks (basically string cheese deep fried) which is absolutely delicious. They served ours and they were not even hot nor melted. So they made a new portion. And they tool half. Of the bill. So all and all well handled by the server. The service is slow and sub par and that is not the servers fault. There is only one server to deal with the lunch shift. Which is ridiculous by any standard. The sweet tea was pure sugar water, mind you sweet tea is suppose to be sweet. But boy o boy, our teeth fell out just looking at the glass. Let alone if we took a sip... For a place that has a bar attached to it?! You do not expect that at all. Then we walk to the front to pay our check, again took a while before we could pay and leave. Due to the fact only one server is on duty. The food is good once done correctly. However the two stars are based on service lack there of. And that is not the servers fault, its the mediocre new owner(s) that lack business experience it shows. When Pete run it, we would never had issues like this at joes. Ratings are dropping fast for this place. Perhaps its time to work on that.

I been there 3 times for the poker. Would never go again. Last time I went there was on Saturday August 1st. Servise was horrible. Anything I wanted had to remind the waitress 2 or 3 times before I got it. After I asked for my receipt had to wait 15 minutes and I walked and sat by her at the their register and ask again and again. Finally my bill came in at 34.93 (which I do not agree with, but I wanted to be out of there). I still left a $3 tip. Which should be really zero. Anyway on Sunday I saw on my bank account that she put it a $10 tip. I called and the manager apologize and said that either him or the owner will fix it on Monday. This did not happen. I gave them a chance to fix it. I left a tip for a horrible service. Now I will have no choice but to report them. Changing the amount of the tip and charge me a different amount that what was agree upon it is credit card fraud., which is a federal crime. I also called today August 8th and the manager was to busy to talk to me. I have gave them numerous chances to fix it.

If you are on your lunch break or in a rush and time matters do not pick this place. I have been going to this restaurant for a while now but after the customer service that I got over the phone tonight, I will not be returning to this restaurant. Every time I call in for a order I have always been put on hold for 4 to 5 minutes and even sometimes I get left on there so long for 9 to 10 minutes only because I hang up after that and call right back. Today was the same as usual and I was put on hold for about 10 minutes. I called back and I was asked to hold again, I told the young man that answered the phone that I was calling back because I was asked to hold the first time but was left on hold. He got silent and put me on hold again without saying anything. I call back again and got hung up on when I told the person that answered that I was calling to place a order for pickup. The customer service is poor.

This place is usually busy for a reason! The service is decent enough, and the food is good quality at fair prices. The best night to go is Wednesday because its wing night! They are perfectly done every time Ive been there. Order them crispy to get the correct texture. As a Buffalo native and self described wing connoisseur I can assure you these are the best in the greater Atlanta area. Wild Wings or Taco Mac isnt in the same league. My wife gets some salad thing every time we go and she says its good also. I dont understand how but she likes salad more than wings. Never a complaint from her. Check it out! 2 thumbs up.

Sad to say this was me and my familys favorite place to eat we ate here 3 to 4 times a week ? but in the last 2 month has changed drastically, we notice a increase in food prices, at the same time this accrued the quantity of food decreased And size of food example shrimp cocktail went from big to medium and 6 instead of 8, the burgers were great they now serve a cheap grade of meat and has a strong Nasty taste, tonight went in for wing night my favorite to have the food served in 5 min fries were very old and wings were chewy and the bone was cold they microwaved wings and fries 3 strikes and Im done :(

Buford location failed to deliver food on time (took 112 min), left several items off the order; driver went to wrong address, once given correct address, took 21 minutes to drive 4.7 mi; restaurant was out of one item, called to ask what wed like instead, promised cookies and replacement item, delivered neither; notified GrubHub who said theyd contact manager, only refunded for missing appetizer plus a coupon against future purchase; food/service may be great inside restaurant, but skip this as a GrubHub choice;

Id just found a flyer for Famous Joes on my apt door today and decided to order since they offered more than pizza or chinese. I just ordered (a delivery order). First it was fast and second, it was awesome food! I ordered a BLT on toasted sourdough and fried okra. Im so happy to have something besides pizza or chinese for delivery and the fact that it was soooo good!!! Great job.

HORRIBLE service and hit or miss food on several occasions. Management does little to nothing to fix this restaurants issues (constantly slow service, burnt food due to not changing grease traps, finding hair in food, storing fruit salad in soda? Just to name a few). Weve given them WAY too many second chances and we will never be back. Used to be one of our favorites!

I went here once and asked for my wings crispy. They were soggy with mediocre flavor. Second time I got the fried chicken sandwich. It was McDonalds mcchicken quality at best. Would be fine if it was $2. But, it was $8.50 for beyond below average meat. Plenty of places around the mall where you can get mediocre food, but this place is less than than mediocre.

We order wings, side of fries, and side salad. The advertisement of "jumbo" wings is incredibly misleading as they were tiny. The side salad barely even fit the container for being 4.50... Oh and our fries had a total of 10 fries for two people. Maybe eating in would be better but take out is awful with portions. Wish I couldve posted pictures
