Today, my family and I went to the Gainesville, GA restaurant. I am legally blind and have a seizure disorder due to a rare brain condition. I am accompanied by my Service Dog who keeps me calm, alerts for impending seizures, and helps curb the attacks. The manager at this location was extremely coarse, rude, and went past being unaccommodating. Buddy, my Service Dog, has to be within my sight for him to properly alert me and to perform his job tasks effectively. The manager demanded that he be put under the table on the /extremely/ dirty floor. I informed him of my medical condition and that Buddy will lay on his towel in the seat next to me. Never touching food, never barking, never disturbing any other patrons. He stated that wasnt allowed, and that corporate office says otherwise. This is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act Revised in 2011. Service animals are allowed /anywhere/ that customers are allowed. The /only/ accommodations that are not /required/ by the business is to feed / water / clean up after a service animal. The manager repeatedly harassed me, and even after asking the tables around us if Buddy was causing an issue, The manager persisted. He blatantly refused to give us his name in order to report him. All the patrons at the restaurant were dismayed by his behavior, his disrespect, and downright abhorrent attitude. This is completely unacceptable behavior for anyone in the service industry. Service animals are legally considered medical equipment. Would you demand a patron with an oxygen tank to put it on a dirty, uncleaned floor? I highly doubt it. This is being reported the ADA along with the Better Business Bureau. The managers callous behavior did cause me to have a seizure, as stress often does. This is a crime. This is discrimination. This is unbelievably /wrong/. This will be shared on every social media avenue I have available, because no disabled person should ever have to be treated this way.

We went here last weekend with the plan of celebrating my moms birthday. She loves the ribs. We made reservations for 430 and arrived on time. We were seated and put my 6 month old in the high chair for the first time at a restaurant. The waitress took our drink order and brought them out on the tray. As she is setting them on the table she drops the tray full of drinks on my childs head. He was soaked from head to toe in soda!!! To say I was upset was a understatement. Yes accidents do happen but this wad a careless accident and should of never happened period! One of the first things you learn as a waitress is to pour away from the customer and for the love of god have enough sense not to hold a try of glass drinks over a childs head!!! This was the most horrific experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. A parents nightmare!!! To make it worse they did nothing to rectify the situation. The first thing the manager did was bring a accident report to the table and state "I just want you to know she feels terrible" . Wow!! So does my son who has a mark on his face from the glasses and is in new clothes because he was drenched!!!! They never offered to take care of our dinner, which is not the point but still goes to the point of how this restaurant is ran and where their priorities are!!! To top it off the food was not up to par for what we paid. Just a warning to all parents!!

My family and I used to come here quite frequently but have since slowed down. One of the main bartenders quit and she was amazing. Super friendly. My father asked for a drink at the bar and the one bartender had zero issues with it, the other replied "yea if your lucky" real smart ass. She had no reason to even be in the conversation. So we attempted T.R.H. last Saturday ( 7/25) and first and foremost, the food was delicious. The cooks are still killing it back there. Our waitress had issues though. We asked for a Perrier and she had no clue what we were asking for, semi understandable. But then we asked for a club soda, again she repeated that she didnt have that either. When our food arrived we were almost empty on drinks and preceeded to ask if we wanted refills. I understand she was being polite but commonsense goes a long way. Also, pretty irrelevant but what happened to all the attractive people? That was half the fun going there. Ha. Anyways...to the manager of Texas road house in gainesville, have a team meeting regularly. Your crew has become very lazy and not very bright. The cooks...on point!

We had 5 people in our party. We have always enjoyed eating at Texas Roadhouse until tonight. Our waitress couldnt keep our drinks full, our appraiser came after our meal and one entree wasnt brought out till ten minutes after the rest. Waitress was apologetic but said manager wouldnt take the last entree of the bill. She ended up paying for it. Waitress was crying, we ask to see the manager 3 times for 20 min she never showed. We got mad and started to leave, ask 1 more time on the way or the see a manager and finally Amanda showed up. She said she was aware of the situation but was on the phone with another customer. I ask if she was on the phone for 20 minutes and she said yes. I call bull. She said she was using the incident as a coaching opportunity and was sorry for the issues. Amanda the manager did not have a sincere look on her face much less a sincere attitude. Will not come to this Roadhouse again.

Went in to this location to have some lunch for my birthday with my wife before I had to go into work. We were seated and then ignored by the staff for 9 minutes. We were never greeted and never offered drinks. Another couple sat down after us and was promptly greeted and served. Multiple members of the staff passed by or made eye contact but did not assist us. We were practically invisible until I stopped a member of the wait staff and asked for a manager. The only saving grace to this restaurant was that when the manager came over she was very apologetic and offered us multiple things as an apology and to get us to stay. Our minds were already made up and we were leaving. Went a half a mile down the road to outback and was greeted graciously in under 20 seconds. I will probably not go back to this restaurant if I have the choice.

I admit that I am hard to please because I do cook myself. However, I found this ace. Little over rated. It may just be me because the place is always packed. Today I simply had a starter and small salad. The staff kind and attentive. The food lacked. The potato skins were awful. The recipe need to be rethought. They were waxy. Kind of like leftover and refrigerated. The cheese was not a good quality and as a whole they looked and tasted burnt. My boneless wings were tender and juicy but not at all spicy. They were good enough however. My salad tasted like water if it werent for the onions and thousand island there would have been no flavor. $14.96, and I feel only slightly satisfied. I should have gone to Publix and bought the same in groceries. I could have feed 2 and made it a lunch date.
