Have been here a couple times since I moved here because it is close to home & is convienent. Food is ok. My husband, daughter and I went in to grab dinner to go the other night (9/3) and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. We ignored it at first and continued to order. I asked one question on my meal she responded with "uh I dont know" she again was extremely rude. I asked if she could please check with someone else who worked there & she then looked at me..rolled her eyes and grunted. It really is unbelievable someone like that is working the front. After exchanged words we walked out. Will never go again & will spread the word:)

Ive been ordering from here forever! It was my first place to order from. I called here last night and the lady that answered the phone was RUDE. she proceeded to have a conversation with someone else while never acknowledging me on the phone then hung up. I called back and the same thing happened. She finally got my info and address, then in the nastiest possible tone said that Im too far from them and they wont deliver! Its not even 3 miles away and Ive ordered from them at least 20 times each order being close to 100$ with a 20$tip. I called Happy China and got good food in 30 minutes. I will never go here again.

Usually a decent place for chinese food. I have been several times and never had a problem but tonight was different. The woman taking my order was rude and horribly brash. When we asked for condiments she became even more rude and would not give us any. We will never go back. Its sad because the food is good but Im not going to put up with the attitude! Perception is everything and there are plenty of other places to go. Heck we even have a chinese restaurant that delivers. Only stopped here because I had to go to publix. Keep it up and you will be out of business.

We wanted to like the food here because its convenient and inexpensive. We give it another try every so often hoping we remembered wrong, but its still the same sub-standard shopping center Chinese fare with a dingy interior, greasy tables and lumpy booth seats. The items weve tried from the menu all seem to taste the same with tough meat and overcooked veggies. The customer service is friendly, though, and the soup is hot.

Gave it a couple chances. No thanks. Food really isnt good. At all. In any way. Chicken was the worst quality possible. Sauces were bad. Egg rolls bad. Even the fortune cookie was bad which I dont know how thats even possible. The steamed rice was good? 2 stars because if you just want cheap Chinese delivery, you wont die from it. So thats good.

Everything tastes a little different that the normal Chinese takeout type. Im not a big fan of the beef and broccoli but the sesame chicken is really good. This is my second favorite place for quick Chinese but much closer to my house. Ill say it is the best Chinese within 10 miles that i have found.

Worse crab Rangoon on earth it taste very fish n spoiled n its over cooked.....also the mei fun noodles are so dry if u put sauce on them it absorbs every once of it I HATE THIS PLACE NEVER EVER EATING THERE AGAIN!!

Pretty much chinese fast food. Tasty and quick. Prices are not too high. I usually eat here when the sushi place next door is closed, not a real regular, but I have been here several times. No complaints.

Food is pretty good. Customer service terrible. Employees are not very friendly and seem to have an attitude. Employees never smile or say thanks they act like theyre put out for having to wait on you.

The website and online menu says lunch is until 4:00pm. When I called at 3:39 to place order. I was told they changed their hours a month ago?? So "No lunch special anymore". Rude
