This is bar none the BEST Chinese/Asian restaurant anywhere around here. The food is always perfect. The chicken dishes use excellent sliced chicken breast. The fried chicken like General Tsos is tender white meat also. Their beef is also excellent, very tender and nice cuts of meat. The portions are huge for what you pay. I can feed four people with two take out dishes, and still have enough left over for two of us to have lunch the next day. The rice is also wonderful. Perfectly sticky and chewy. Its even good the next day, still nice and soft. Unlike most rice that turns back into dried pellets the next day. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They seem to know all their customers and its always a pleasure to stop in. I cant say enough about it. If you live anywhere nearby, you must check this place out. Ive been going for four years now, and it has always been the same.

I order here about once a week and today June 24 2017 I ordered house fried rice, BBQ spare ribs, and beef on a stick. The chicken in the fried rice was CHEWY AND UNDERCOOKED, the rib meat was undercooked, and the beef on a stick was burned. I called to ask to speak to the manager and they wouldnt talk to me so the cashier had to speak to me and say "if you drive up here with the food we can inspect the food and if we think the food is undercooked then we will refund you" HELL NO! It was your screw up for the awful food and expect me to drive up there to get it inspected? Definitely done ordering here with the piss poor management they have.

Great place for take out, one of my favorite Chinese restaurants anywhere. We have also eaten in, but be prepared to wait for your food and staff is not the most attentive, food is great either way. I like the free crab Rangoon, just be sure to ask when ordering, if you forget, they will offer a free 2 liter soda, if you spend over the limit, I think its $25, which is not hard to do if youre feeding more than 2. Price and selection similar to most, but quality is better. They also deliver which is nice.

This place used to be amazing. But for the past few times of ordering they have gotten a lot of easy stuff wrong. Tonight they messed up my beef fried rice by not adding beef to it... then when I called them to fix it they said they would get it out to me. And hour later I call and they said that its not in at all and that it would be another 10 min and an extra $4 because apparently they didnt charge me right the first time. I will NEVER order from them again!

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Buford! I love Asian cuisine, and the best Asian food that I have ever had was on the West Coast. This restaurant is the closest you will come to finding Chinese cuisine that rivals the West Coast OTP. Food quality and delivery is 5/5. Try the Seafood Delight and honey chicken wings, you wont be disappointed. Fair warning - if you are looking for Dim Sum, Southern Chinese or Hong Kong style food go ITP.

You wont find a more friendly Chinese place in the area. They offer super fast carry out and delivery. The food is delicious. Im an egg roll snob, and theirs are the best Ive had around here. Also, anytime you are waiting, they always offer you a free drink. One day, I ordered a Crab Rangoon and they told me it was on the house. Theres a reason its called Friends House.

Bugs, bugs, bugs! Watch your food! I hate to do this, but I have to be honest and make others aware. I found a dead brown bug with wings in my fried rice. When I took the food back to Friends House they did not take responsibility and said that the bug must have flown into the foods after it was cooked. I hated this finding, because I really liked their food.

Very rude lady running the front desk. Wanted to place a to go order and needed to see a menu. She stood and starred at me while I was looking at the menu. Soon as I asked a question she snapped on me. I let it go. Then she went off about how what I wanted did make sense. General Tso Shrimp (fried shrimp) with my sauce on the side.

The Chinese food that we eat here is really American. Chinese people in china couldnt tell you who general cho is. And what is lo mein? Egg foo young? Nope, they dont eat that either. However, i do like their lo mein, and pork ribs are really good. You want some real Chinese? Go to pleasant hill road on the east side.

worst phone order experience. Placed my order and waiting for lady to reconfirm my order i repeated one of my order and she rudely says to me ( you going to place your order or are you going to talk to me) . I am in a total shock that all I did was repeating an order. I gave two star cause i have not tasted their food.

This is a great place to eat Chinese food if youre in a hurry. They have the best Sizzling Rice Soup in town. The service is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very casual. I have a strick Lacto-Vegan friend who will only eat Chinese food at Friend House. The staff seems to remember all of their customers.

This has been a main stay take out for my family for years. How ever the last 3 times we ordered the food has been not so fresh tasting. Im thinking they got a new cook or something. Please fix your food quality or I will start going to the new Chinese restaurant around the corner.

Best food around! Ive been ordering food here for 6-7 years and this is the only Chinese restaurant we go to. The staff is very nice. Theyve got the best hot & sour soup around for miles - and weve tried every chinese place around buford/dacula. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beware ordering through their website and door dash, they took the order charged our card and did not deliver. When we called they said they were not affiliated with them, called our bank and Friend House was the biz who charged our card. Crooks
