If I could give Zero stars I would. I have been to a few bonefish grills and this was by far the Worst experience Ive Ever had. We requested to sit outside and the hostess tried to sit us next to a table with two kids. When we asked to sit one table down further the hostess acted as if this was a Big inconvenience to her. Our cups that were given to us had obvious food left over on the side that you could just feel when you picked it up. Our server didnt return for refills or to even check up until she was just dropping off our food. She never asked if we needed Anything at all and tried to rush away. We flagged her down for refills and new cups along with silverware which was Never on the table. We ordered our steaks medium rare and they were Well done. We asked for them to be redone. They brought us New steaks. The manager Wasnt the one to bring us the new steaks which should have been the case. They Also Didnt bring us new sides which were cold at this point. On top of All this the New steaks were Well done AGAIN. Also the one I had tasted Old. The rice with crab I had was hard too. At this point we just said forget the steaks and we just wanted to leave. The Only Good thing I can say about this experience is that we Didnt have to pay for the meal we Didnt eat. It was Terrible from the start and were Definitely Not going back to this location. Im Never the one to complain but I just Want people to think twice before going to this location. It was just Awful.

My husband I go to Bonefish every weekend, however not this location. We had a reservation and arrived early. Seated by a very friendly waitress, not sure of her name. After being seated, we had received our appetizer (1 bang bang shrimp) our waitress told us a child sitting behind us had thrown up so we were moved to another table. So our food came. I ordered for dinner, Coconut Shrimp, but with our meal, the waitress and another server/cook brought another appetizer of the Coconut shrimp also, I was about to say, "We didnt order two...but the waitress, bumped my arm with her elbow, bent down to my table and as I said "Oh I just love you, thinking she was giving us a free appetizer for having to move, she whispered "No, that is mine cause I gotta clean up that stuff at that other table, so Im leaving it here for you to watch until I go and get a box." We didnt know what to think; we were very uncomfortable and felt somewhat stupid. She later came back with a box, stood at our table, poured the shrimp in it, thanked us for watching it and took it to the back. This was terrible! I will not go back to this Bonefish ever. I dont know how this was originally charged, she said something about taking it off the bill. This was thievery at best….what a shame and she knows who she is…Blonde hair…I rated this a 1 but it really needed to be lower than that!!!

My daughter and I went on an early Saturday afternoon. We were initially one of only 2 other tables in there due to the hour. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. I will defintiely rate this place with an A for service. Our appetizers (bang bang or firecracker shrimp) was highly recommended. While they were not bad, I am not sure if paying that much for shrimp covered in a mayonaise sauce made a lot fo sense. I ordered the Sea Bass for my meal and it was quite tasty. I was however EXTREMELY upset when we discovered a bolt/screw in my succotash (sp). It had appatently fallen into the pot from the shelf above and made it on to my plate. I was horrified but happy that I saw it before I bit into it. Management was very apologetic and helpful about the whole matter. They comped my dish and also gave my daughter a free dessert. I am not sure though that I would return as the food and menu selections were just OK and not worth the high prices.

Think we just went on a bad night for management & staff. Had reservations at 730p, arrived at 645p to have a drink at the bar. Checked in at 715p and was seated at 745p (we had reservations and had a 30 min wait). Ordered calamari as appetizer...was told that it was soldout afterwards. Manager apologized and offered to cover an appetizer...our Plan B was Maryland crabcakes, which were delish! For entree, ordered Snapper & Shrimp...only to learn that they were out of Snapper....so had Swordfish & Pumpkin Ravioli. This was nice, but was hoping for Snapper. For desert, we passed and went across the street to Krispie Kreme for fresh & hot donuts plus coffee. Overall, the food was nice, but was disappointed with resevation not being planned and our food options not available. This is attypical of Bonefish Grill as our previous experiences were not like this at all...so hope it was due to an unexpected rush and not the new norm.

I made my first and last trip to Bonefish Grill last night. We had a 7:15 reservation, only at Bonefish reservations are a joke! We were not seated until 8:00 and then only after several complaints about the wait. All through this process the hostess continued to tell the walk ins that their wait would only be 15-20 minutes. The food is average. The service is the worst I have experienced in some time. Save yourself the disappointment!

The interior is really nice and really cramped. Service was great, but takes forever to be seated if its busy (like an absurd amount of time, we actually left the first time we came because it was taking so long) food is great, but really small portions (probably a healthy portion, but we live in America where everything is bigger) and for the prices... meh. Probably wont come here again, except the bang bang shrimp was awesome.

This place is terrible! It is clear that the management is to blame...It used to be decent but last time we went we got sick off the food my sea bass which I love was borderline bad...like old and my fiances pork was more than pink and underdone and the manager was nasty when we asked about it. I wrote to them and never heard back. And it is very expensive for what you get...

I just had to write a review about what happen during Sunday Brunch. I place my order and my salad comes out...no big deal right? Well the manager comes up to my table and says to me "The salad we gave you is too big, if you order a salad next time it will not be as big." And she kept standing there, I looked at her like she was crazy. Like honestly what restaurant does that?

Went on a Saturday early evening. Hostess was polite and sat our party of 4 quickly. The waiter was very prompt and very helpful with any questions we had. The food was cooked properly and very delicious, and never had to wait for drinks to be refilled. This was our 3 time at this particular bonefish and weve never had a bad experience
