This was our first time here and it was horrible. We waited extremely long for our server to come to our table to greet us, and it wasnt even busy. When she finally got to our table to take our drink order we were ready to place our food order, because that how long she took. She came back 15 mins later asking us what we ordered because the cooks didnt make our meal. So we told her again, and she placed our order, so we thought. Then another server came to us, 5 minutes later asking for us to tell him our order again, and he said, "The kitchen lost our order, and Ill be sure to write it down this time." Our order finally came out 10 mins later. And it was wrong, again! I asked for the manager and he blamed the bad service on "the new waitress", even though two servers took our order. The food was bad, and we are not going back again. A 30-45 min food stop turned into an hour and a half bad experience and unsatisfied stomachs. And the manager was frustrated with us, go figure.

Ive been a regular customer here since theyve been open which is around 20 years or so. There have been very few occasions that I was dissapointed with the food or service. This is my go to Mexican for the best food for the money and I like the people there. The tacos are usually loaded compared to other places Ive been. The taco salad, enchiladas, burritos are typical of most places but the price is hard to beat. The drinks are very good. One thing I really like is meeting people there and we can hear each other talk and dont feel rushed.

The food is always good here. Its the service thats not great. Ive had the same female waitress twice and both times she was just okay. She didnt seem too interested in her job or making tips. I will go here again because of the reasonable prices, location and food. If the service is bad again it will probably be my last visit.

Sitting here right now. Our waiter walked past us 3 or 4 times without acknowledging us. Took almost 25 minutes to even come take our drink order. The place is empty, but I guess I now know why. Half out food also came out wrong. Food was very bland. Worst service Ive had anywhere, ever.

Slow service, waitress forgot about us, then we said to ourselves "maybe the food will redeem the crappy service". Well it didnt, it was mediocre at best, this place isnt even on par with the middle of the road Frontera chain. Sorry but cant recommend to anyone.

Terrible I ordered soup and it was ice cold the manager told me to bring it back I told him im at work he said oh well.... Bad costumer service I will never go there again. ......I see why its empty in there....

The service is always spot on, the margaritas are perfect, and the food is delicious, and the owner is awesome! What more could you ask for?! Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!
